    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK After providing the information are u going to resolve issue or I n ed make phone calls and keep on answering ?s which otherwise should be in system after I enter my security details and voide id etc. Or should I give you my new frustrated voice id?

    @HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

    Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

    @HSBC_UK Your telephone service is woefully inadequate. Kept on hold for hours and the speak to agents who cant do anything but keep me on hold. And say a team is working on it. 6 months later I'd fire the team as they cant do anything it seems

    @HSBC_UK I'm having similar problems to other customers trying to open an HSBC Online Bonus Savers account. I keep receiving a "not eligible to apply as not a uk tax payer" message despite the facy that I have been a tax paying teacher in England for nearly thirty years.

    @HSBC_UK poor SLAs. Requested replacement card 29th Oct. Hasn't arrived. New card now on order to 'nearest' full service bank 9 miles away, will take up to 6 days. 2 weeks without a bank card not acceptable. So much for loyalty having been a customer for 30 years.
