@HSBC_UK i had applied for a credit card on 26 mar 2022. Called the customer care 4-5 times since then finally came to know that the application is approved, all clear from the underwriting services team, it's sitting with the banking approval team. It's been a month !!!!

Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

@HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

@HSBC_UK Was in there again just now! Both cash AND cheque machines down plus I gather all systems. And only 1 counter open and gather the main frame is down too? So what I paid in won’t show up?🙈🤬

@HSBC_UK the paper statements and notifications are criminal waste of money, paper and efforts. I am sure most clients would be happy to receive soft copies. You should offer this service free or reduce charges

@scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

@bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

Going to change banks from @HSBC_UK had enough now. They are not interested in personal accounts. Counter service is 9.30-16.30 Mon-Fri so to go you have to take time off work to go. Only to get there and find the counter is closed all day. Nothing on their website to say this

@HSBC_UK There is a wide scam going around from "Track and Trace' advising you have been in contact with someone positive and to order a LFT - you just need to pay for postage. Thus capturing all your debit card details. Why no warning on your website about this one?

How about paying some interest instead of paying your execs excessive amounts, customers are bottom of the heap.

Hi @HSBC_UK, I'm a VoiceOver user who's just opened your iOS app, been greeted by a screen celebrating that the app is 10 years old and presented a chance to win £10K. I wasn't able to opt in accessibly, because scrolling is *STILL* broken for VO users despite numerous reports.
