    @HSBC_UK I would like to ask you how can you manage to give the WORST BANKING SERVICE in UK. Your customers can not reach you via phones or through Internet. You are really terrible, because of your unexperienced BANKING services, I am loosing my business.

    @dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

    Absolutely appalling levels of customer service with @hsbc_uk business banking -phone service over 1hour wait - but no responsiveness on the Chat app either. If you’re looking for a business account look elsewhere

    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK Hsbc is the worst Bank of UK 🇬🇧 Never trust them, they are terrible with their services. You can never reach them. Their staff are incredibly unexperienced.

    @HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

    @HSBC_UK I mean, it hasn't. the last update to the app was on the 18th July 2022 and the problem still very much exists. I suggest you ask someone in IT to read the app store reviews.

    @HSBC_UK My goodness your customer services are an absolute shambles. My new debit card doesn’t work and I have been passed from pillar to post, cut off to start again. After over 30 years I’m going elsewhere. Appalling. The App is useless too! Weekend and can access any money😡

    @HSBC_UK your probably loosing customers because you are the only bank that doesn’t support iOS 16 beta and any beta every other bank can get there IT team to get it up and running for beta users in less than 24 hours come on HSBC

    @HSBC_UK Why? For what reason? I have 2 payees to who I make occasional payments. One already disappeared. By the time I was able to contact them to get their details again it was all but too late to make the payment. This seems like something else to suit HSBC rather than the customer.

    @HSBC_UK But you still haven’t given me any options beyond ‘sit and wait.’ How am I supposed to access my account today to pay credit card bills? Transfer money? Even to simply check my bank balance? This is the bare minimum service you should be providing

    @HSBC_UK how long is the queue for chat? I started a chat at 0755 this morning. I have had 2 semi communications from 2 different agents but then nothing else. Apparently I'm now in a queue again which so far is just shy of 2 hours wait. Is this good customer service?
