    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

    @HSBC_UK I’ve been on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes with no answers now, all of this just to understand if one of your branches is open on Saturday mornings or not! On your website is scheduled as open but it wasn’t last week! This isn’t a great service!

    @HSBC_UK the paper statements and notifications are criminal waste of money, paper and efforts. I am sure most clients would be happy to receive soft copies. You should offer this service free or reduce charges

    @HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

    @MikeGore2 @HSBC_UK I had nearly £1k stolen last year and I had to do it through the fraud squad but I got it back pretty much the next working day, the actual bank were pretty useless

    Absolutely gutted. My daughter has had £478 stolen from her @HSBC_UK account and they they are refusing to help. We’ve phoned and emailed and are unwilling to help in anyway. Any ideas??

    @MikeGore2 @HSBC_UK My mom had over £3k taken through no fault of her own, her details got taken, etc, etc. That was 4yrs ago and when she last rang a few weeks ago, it was still being investigated!! Sorry I wish I could help, but hope you find an answer.

    @HSBC_UK The mobile app never works for me when I try to pay my energy bill. I complained about this before. I also can't pay it via the web. The mobile app crashes when I enter my reference, the web site won't let me enter the sort code.
