    @HSBC_UK any specific reason to block taking screenshots from the Android app? It makes it impossible to wire some money and send the recipient proof of payment. Any tip is welcome, thanks

    @HSBC_UK ยฃ20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly ยฃ0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

    @HSBC_UK I have already sent you a few DMs. Also, I spent more than one hour on the phone. Today is Bank Holiday in the UK and it seems nobody in the Currency Accounts Department is working. I'll try again tomorrow.

    @HSBC_UK Hsbc is the worst Bank of UK ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง Never trust them, they are terrible with their services. You can never reach them. Their staff are incredibly unexperienced.

    I got an issue with @HSBC_UK. Normally when money is due to leave the account, it is placed in 'pending' and you can see that. But if you do a foreign transfer, it is not! That caused me to do a transfer twice (me one, my wife one). Now we are left with less monies in the account

    @HSBC_UK trying to transfer money from one account to another despite assurances that itโ€™s been done this will be now be my 4 call to your call centre to try and get it done truly shocking service ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ simply not a good experience
