    Annoyed by the fact that every time a bank transfer contains the word #crypto @HSBC_UK marks it as “fraudulent” and block it. #Banks are the real fraud #Crypto is the future

    @HSBC_UK the paper statements and notifications are criminal waste of money, paper and efforts. I am sure most clients would be happy to receive soft copies. You should offer this service free or reduce charges

    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

    Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

    @HSBC_UK I have a final notice off escalated complaints apparently there was no loan application in October but my credit file shows different an incompetent bank. Very rude lady in escalated complaints wasn’t prepared to listen again poor customer service

    @Thin_As_Lizzy @HSBC_UK Don't be naive, the financial sector is over saturated with white males and the presence of black is almost negligible. Even women aren't holding top positions in banks and that can't be attributed to problems in blacks/women but to the white male control of the whole structure.

    @HSBC_UK how can you trust a bank with your money when they can’t keep account off applications made. Then deny rather than bothering to look into the issue guess it’s one for the ombudsman to deal with NEGLIGENCE
