@scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

@HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

@bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

@HSBC_UK You do not give your agents key info that customers need. You failed, resulting in a 3 branch trip around SW London in pouring rain. Everyone we met was empathic and helped in a very challenging situation. Online and by phone it was a still unsolved customer service disaster.

When you get to talk to real branch people they where truly trying to help. On line and on the phone. .. polite at best, but don't have access to key info. C'est la vie.

Tried to transfer money from HSBC to Coinbase earlier. After a follow up call HSBC said everything was OK - my account is now suspended - help lines all closed. 20 years as a premier customer and 6 years of transferring to Coinbase - @HSBC_UK what is going on? This is a disgrace.

@HSBC_UK The point is the branch doesn’t have a counter service at all, making it redundant effectively, had to travel several miles to one that did. It’d be easier if you just shut the counterless branches down so customers don’t waste their time. I’d rather you opened them.
