    @HSBC_UK literally the worst customer service ever. Spent the last 2 hours on hold and talking to 3 different team members without any luck. Given up after being bounced around. All just to make a simple transfer! Need a new bank

    @HSBC_UK ยฃ20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly ยฃ0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

    @HSBC_UK I would like to ask you how can you manage to give the WORST BANKING SERVICE in UK. Your customers can not reach you via phones or through Internet. You are really terrible, because of your unexperienced BANKING services, I am loosing my business.

    @HSBC_UK you are the WORST Bank uf UK ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง. It is impossible to reach your customer service. We have to spend hours of waiting for you to answer our calls. Hsbc of Turkey is one million times better than you. ๐Ÿ˜ž

    @UKFtweets if any of your clients would like to talk to a SME banking with @HSBC_UK business banking for 15 years, quadrupled turnover in last 4 years but will no longer accept shody service ( 4 weeks into 48 hour call back promise of @HSBC_UK ) i"m here. Verified accounts only.

    @HSBC_UK sort out your dreadful phone system, or just try it yourself, itโ€™s ****!!!! Probably in Delhi, accent issues, background noise and a total lack of UK knowledge - unhelpful to the extreme. Closing branches without an online telephone system that works for clients! ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    I got an issue with @HSBC_UK. Normally when money is due to leave the account, it is placed in 'pending' and you can see that. But if you do a foreign transfer, it is not! That caused me to do a transfer twice (me one, my wife one). Now we are left with less monies in the account

    @HSBC_UK is really the worst bank experience I ever haveโ€ฆ They are blocking your account for NO reasons and force you to go in person for a full ID check. Absolutely awful service. I will change bank, I canโ€™t endure their garbage services. All my issues is their fault.
