    @HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

    Annoyed by the fact that every time a bank transfer contains the word #crypto @HSBC_UK marks it as “fraudulent” and block it. #Banks are the real fraud #Crypto is the future

    @HSBC_UK Was in there again just now! Both cash AND cheque machines down plus I gather all systems. And only 1 counter open and gather the main frame is down too? So what I paid in won’t show up?🙈🤬

    Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

    @dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

    @HSBC_UK how are businesses that still accept cash transactions supposed to stay with you when you keep cost cutting & closing branches? We don’t get the same level of service from the Post Office. We’re not a cashless society, just another example of disgraceful profiteering !!

    @HSBC_AUS @HSBC_UK i am in a stalemate with a KYC (Know your customer) issue , and HSBC UK (who can identify me) dont seem to want / be able to talk to HSBC AUS to help resolve. Any chance you can help ?

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    Filled in all the forms @HSBC_UK I put in all the codes...still unable to get into my online banking. I'm in tears of frustration, again on hold, again poor customer service person has no clue. I'm losing money while you claw yours you horrible lot.

    @HSBC_UK @diddledani Can they get it working before the final version is released? As has been stated and confirmed by HSBC in the past the beta iOS is not on the whitelist your app maintains so your app just shuts down. In the past you have added the beta to the white list but not consistently.

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I assume you're probably a Premier customer, have you tried the direct Account line for them? Or used that to get at a person in a branch? As they'll have a dedicated manager you can deal with.

    Incredible day of stress from @HSBC_UK ...went to get cash out for electrician...retained my card because it's 'lost or stolen' even though i called yesterday and you said you'd taken temporary block off. What have I done to you????

    @HSBC_UK hiya, when I logged in to the banking app this morning a pop up appeared about a competition that I could opt in to. When I clicked opt in and it wanted to take me to a website and asked if I wanted to leave the app. Could you please confirm this is legit? Thank you

    Hi @GMB awful hearing abt #vodaphone & #bereavement. I have to say when my Dad passed away in 2019 @HSBC_UK were simply amazing,had a dedicated team. Released money for funeral & flowers until probate granted. Hardest time 🥲for those dealing. Sympathies to all 🙏
