    @HSBC_UK Hsbc is the worst Bank of UK ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง Never trust them, they are terrible with their services. You can never reach them. Their staff are incredibly unexperienced.

    @HSBC_UK literally the worst customer service ever. Spent the last 2 hours on hold and talking to 3 different team members without any luck. Given up after being bounced around. All just to make a simple transfer! Need a new bank

    But instead theyโ€™ve just twitted me another phone number to call and spend another half an hour. UK has some really good examples of nice digital bank experience and Iโ€™m sorry the @firstdirect being part of the huge @HSBC_UK canโ€™t provide any good service. #firstdirect

    @HSBC_UK I would like to ask you how can you manage to give the WORST BANKING SERVICE in UK. Your customers can not reach you via phones or through Internet. You are really terrible, because of your unexperienced BANKING services, I am loosing my business.

    @HSBC_UK I have already sent you a few DMs. Also, I spent more than one hour on the phone. Today is Bank Holiday in the UK and it seems nobody in the Currency Accounts Department is working. I'll try again tomorrow.

    @HSBC_UK Hi, Iโ€™ve cancelled my credit card and the app has now signed me out. I still have a document I need to read but canโ€™t access it. Will this be sent to me in the post instead? Iโ€™m assuming it just says to cut up the card, but Iโ€™m not sure.

    I know it doesnโ€™t work this way but I have been a customer of @HSBC_UK for over 40 years (when it was simply Midland Bank) and have had, at times, three current accounts and a mortgage with them so why donโ€™t I ever get invited to @QueensTennis as a guest?

    @HSBC_UK @rosieerooo22 Same with us, a/c upgrade on joint account, did 5 Hard searches each on our credit file because you upgraded to wrong account, and to fix it you did more, complaints team a joke๏ฟผ, now with FOS to sort as in one go you have destroyed a perfect credit rating.
