My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

@HSBC_UK Dear HSBC, I’ve had the most terrible service relating to the delivery of a replacement card. Conflicting information from all your advisors and at the end of an online chat and two phone calls, still no progress. Unacceptable level of service.
