Have spent 12 hours trying, but HSBC App refuses entry of Canadian A/C Details. Global Money Support is missing, the GM Team never answer phone when transferred to them.

Customer service doesn't give you a profit only sales. Footfall will be down in branches because your forcing people online. Branches now have queues to the door to get help
