    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

    @HSBC_UK At the end of the day this is not intentional and no company wants to let anyone down however internet banking is a free of charge service and customers do have the option to bank elsewhere: they do need to remember however that no company is except from IT faults…

    @itvMLshow @ITV I've done a balance transfer to an @HSBC_UK credit card but they haven't paid off the other card. I've contacted them but been told it could take 10 working days for an answer. Not great, I tried to cancel the transfer but they insisted it was too late. Actually worried about it

    @HSBC_UK There is a persistent long standing problem with pop-ups on the internet banking which dates from an Apple Mac OS upgrade three or four generations ago. With everything set to “go”, pop-ups allowed etc etc, Safari is unable to load My Portfolio. For the n-th time - PLEASE sort it

    @HSBC_UK Issues with your app have been ongoing for weeks. You only address it now? Certain app functionality redirects to the HSBC website for example, leaving the app signed in session. It's just poor.

    @HSBC_UK locking me out of my online banking because they changed the login page, only to ring and be told I have to go to a branch with ID to verify me- said branches are only open mon- fri when I’m in work! Totally impossible to access for full time working people! Poor.
