We don’t get the same level of service from the Post Office. We’re not a cashless society, just another example of disgraceful profiteering !!

Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?
