    @HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

    Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK is just lovely. Can't log in online so called - no one available and through a zigzag of automated messages they hang up. Tried the online chat, it's a bot who offers no resolution. To speak to a person I must log in. Which I can't. Excellent customer service 🤬

    @DrOlusesan @HSBC_UK 2/2 they are using the money to buy clothes in US,he had to block his account and went immediately to GTB the next morning..Thank God for been swift enough,the money never comot his ledger account..but long story short..it took two months after writing the company his account was

    @HSBC_UK worst ‘help’ ever - error happening on online banking, try to contact you and end up in a loop on website page to page from Help page to customer support, ‘live chat’ is just more links back to Help page, phone lines closed, customer support suggests back to live chat 🙄
