We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”

I’ve been waiting for over a month for installation and each week it’s ‘we promise it’ll be next week’ to ‘sorry we couldn’t set it up again’. Don’t leave it too late to raise a complaint as the customer service team get ignored by field teams and not worth chasing up.
