  @AskNationwide No, it's okay. Decision made as there is also reduced branch access to consider. If you don’t already have digital access, then you are basically stuffed! After 30years loyalty, we are too old to get all technical with new phones & expensive hardware along with broadband etc

  @AskNationwide I’ve just tried the call centre to sort an issue. I was verified & then the bot said “Due to unforeseen circumstances your call cannot be taken right now” - I need to speak to someone but can't get through.

  @AskNationwide And now for the record DIXITA has said there’s no problem with the payment to HMRC. I still want to know WHY my payment card was blocked. I’ve had to get on to HMRC and stupidly the ARTI (?) chat!!

  @DebiEvansMatron @AskNationwide Bad, Ask you why you are withdrawing your own money, for years, and not just Nationwide. Then they don`t want you to have a lot of cash at home. All of them are a problem.

  @MartinSLewis @Zopa @AskNationwide Hi Martin, help required CAB no one available to help, complaints in with both Zopa and nationwide but they are both passing the buck. Zopa sent Nationwide money via Zap, the money was to an old nationwide account which is closed. I was told the
