    @AskNationwide Other Banks also have high levels of inbound payments, I don't believe they are experiencing any issues. Seems to be a regular occurrence lately, whats going on???

    After 3 months @AskNationwide still can not get through to #themortgageworks to discuss anything! Phone cuts you off with no option to speak to a human. Website for existing customers doesn’t work. Woeful. #customerexperience #poor

    Banked with @AskNationwide many moons ago. Seen in the news that they’re struggling to process payments - THIS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS. They were a calamity then & it seems like nothing has changed. Join a challenger bank - they value your custom and offer excellent customer service!

    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

    Genuinely very impressed with @AskNationwide mortgage switching service. Took me 5 mins online to switch to a new deal, better interest rate, was able to change term of loan and didn’t have to pay a fee for switching to a new deal with 3 months left on old one. Bravo!

    @AskNationwide My salary should have arrived in my bank account at 9am this morning. It’s now 9pm and still not there. I’m absolutely fed up to the back teeth with Nationwide and after 20 years as a customer, I will be moving to another bank once my salary arrives. SHOCKING.

    @AskNationwide 3/3 I fail to see how raising s complaint helps resolve my situation. Last time I complained the reply contained multiple platitudes but zero explanation, so I gave up. Next time deal with the fallout much better, give estimated times for resolution or even better fix your IT...

    @AskNationwide I've had better days and I guess you have too! I work in IT. We all have outages. Sh*t happens. My problem with NW is the lack of any timescale for resolution. If the system is now stable and a backlog unwinding, it is simple to calculate a ETA for resolution. Ctd

    @AskNationwide It's weekend and people are waiting for incoming money. I would like to remind you that similar situation brought TSB to near collapse and massive reflux of customers. You should really resolve the current issue by the end of the day or latest by tomorrow morning.

    I hate #Nationwide @AskNationwide U guys are useless. I’m changing my bank. Payments never can come out or go in using ur rubbish services. U better have my money in my account or I’m coming down to one of ur banks and I’m gonna wreak havoc on ur bank and employees 🖕🏾
