    @AskNationwide please explain why you have made it impossible to use an online portal that has still not sent me log in details for travel with my flex plus account. As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.

    @Barclaycard Why would we do that after 20 years free of Barcleys problems. We are so pleased to be with @AskNationwide ever since with very few problems when we had resolved in 24 hours.

    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide I will be working 7:30-7pm & again will miss a chance to speak to them as advertised on the policy it says 9pm then the phones still cut off at 7pm. I wanted to update a medical condition that I’ve only just found out about. Disappointed.

    @AskNationwide my banking app says ‘establishing secure connection’ and then stalls. The only workaround I have is to uninstall the App and then reinstall, go thru hoops and then I get on first time. Then problem repeats. Can you please look into / resolve?

    @AskNationwide can you guys fix a bug that’s currently going on with your IOS mobile app? As of installing IOS 15.1 beta software on my iPhone 12 Pro Max . I haven’t been able to log into the app. It’s just stuck on ‘talking to nationwide’. This is very frustrating. Please help.

    Taken me over 12 weeks to open a savings account with @AskNationwide . 2 complaints resolved and shut down even though it’s still not open absolute scumbags. Shocking service! #typical

    @AskNationwide If I did this will it automatically log me back in via Face ID. I wouldn’t want to do this if I manually had to log in as I can’t remember any username or password.
