Genuinely very impressed with @AskNationwide mortgage switching service. Took me 5 mins online to switch to a new deal, better interest rate, was able to change term of loan and didn’t have to pay a fee for switching to a new deal with 3 months left on old one. Bravo!

@MarkMillarx889 @AskNationwide Hi Mark, I’m simply offering service fee. If it’s illegal I do invite someone to come and arrest me for trying to take care of my parents. It would stop the pain of having to do so. I feel like I’m the very first person on the planet to have parents with dementia.

@AskNationwide @DamonJ2001 He went into nationwide in Winton Bmth to deposit ‘children in need’ collection, only to be told they’re not accepting CIN donations, despite being advertised on the CIN site that nationwide are taking the donations. I hope that’s clear enough for you 👍

@AskNationwide Poor customer service. You have my money in one account. What is the issue? I took the required form printed out ready to be signed, my passport and a printed copy of passport. They literally need to sign the form and stamp the passport copy. It would take 5 mins. Job done 😕
