    @AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

    Genuinely very impressed with @AskNationwide mortgage switching service. Took me 5 mins online to switch to a new deal, better interest rate, was able to change term of loan and didn’t have to pay a fee for switching to a new deal with 3 months left on old one. Bravo!

    @MarkMillarx889 @AskNationwide Hi Mark, I’m simply offering service fee. If it’s illegal I do invite someone to come and arrest me for trying to take care of my parents. It would stop the pain of having to do so. I feel like I’m the very first person on the planet to have parents with dementia.

    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    @AskNationwide sorry that was terrible. I appreciate the bank has to cover its self. bit the problem is at your end for the pending transaction. and since I can't use it. if the money isn't returned to me then I sauce you will refund it. it may be the shop...but I can't check to see!!

    @AskNationwide No problem, since nationwide "has" the power to decide what their clients are allowed to use the money they have entrusted with them on, then their customers actually have the power to choose to entrust their funds with a bank that shows a bit more respect towards property rights

    @AskNationwide your pending transaction button on your app is down. when pressed it says cannot load. it been like this on and off for weeks as you are aware. this is the reason I think I should complain. your app is broken and as a result I don't know what's happening.
