It would stop the pain of having to do so. I feel like I’m the very first person on the planet to have parents with dementia.

    After 3 months @AskNationwide still can not get through to #themortgageworks to discuss anything! Phone cuts you off with no option to speak to a human. Website for existing customers doesn’t work. Woeful. #customerexperience #poor

    @AskNationwide I will be working 7:30-7pm & again will miss a chance to speak to them as advertised on the policy it says 9pm then the phones still cut off at 7pm. I wanted to update a medical condition that I’ve only just found out about. Disappointed.

    @AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

    @AskNationwide please explain why you have made it impossible to use an online portal that has still not sent me log in details for travel with my flex plus account. As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.

    @AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide The issue is I am opening an account for a child that is not physically with me. He is in boarding school in Kent but has been hounding me to sort this out and I’m not sure how this can work for our situation. Because of Covid children are not allowed outside the school

    @AskNationwide Please could the ability to skip a standing order be added to your app? At the moment you can only amend or cancel them via the app but in order to skip one you have to log in online. A lot of faff to do something that could be a couple clicks on the app. Thanks!

    @AskNationwide I rather suspect the payment gateway is at fault, not anything my end, I have had no issues with any other sites I have used and bought things from all weekend.
