    @AskNationwide If only that were true I wouldn’t of spent from the beginning of March until now trying to sort out my parents with dementia‘s problems in finance all perpetuated by you. it’s like I’m the very first person to ever have parents with dementia

    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide Why make it so complicated for a man his age!!! He went to Lloyd's across the road and withdraw the money at the counter you treated him like a criminal you should be ashamed!!! Customer service zero!!!!

    @AskNationwide Other Banks also have high levels of inbound payments, I don't believe they are experiencing any issues. Seems to be a regular occurrence lately, whats going on???

    Genuinely very impressed with @AskNationwide mortgage switching service. Took me 5 mins online to switch to a new deal, better interest rate, was able to change term of loan and didn’t have to pay a fee for switching to a new deal with 3 months left on old one. Bravo!

    @MarkMillarx889 @AskNationwide Hi Mark, I’m simply offering service fee. If it’s illegal I do invite someone to come and arrest me for trying to take care of my parents. It would stop the pain of having to do so. I feel like I’m the very first person on the planet to have parents with dementia.

    Banked with @AskNationwide many moons ago. Seen in the news that they’re struggling to process payments - THIS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS. They were a calamity then & it seems like nothing has changed. Join a challenger bank - they value your custom and offer excellent customer service!

    @bethanroberts @AskNationwide I lived in that London for about 15 years. A few months ago in an idle moment I looked at rental prices in my old neighbourhood. The flat I paid 45% of my salary for is now FIVE times the price; the salary for that job has only risen by 40%. It’s impossible.

    @AskNationwide Please do so. I’ve now spent almost an hour trying to find out about a mortgage application where the last update from Nationwide was 19th May. Tried Broker Chat before phoning but that took me down a cul de sac. Now have another appointment so have got absolutely nowhere.

    @AskNationwide Already tried 0800302015 and age never managed to talk to anyone, system kept dropping her call after waiting ages. The person she talked to on the chat service was unhelpful given she was already trying to lodge a complaint. Will have another go this morning, I'll report back
