There are cameras...I challenge the British Company working with Chinese Company in Shenzhen...pull out the CCTV.

  @AskNationwide I make a regular payment every month to an existing payee. However today it is asking me to use a card reader. It never asks me to use a card reader for existing payee. I have never had a card reader. What is going on? Is this a temporary glitch?

  @AskNationwide @Argos_Online Trying to buy something online and am stuck in a “We need to check it’s really you” loop. I verify … and then have to verify again … and again … Is there a problem in either of your systems?

  The new update for the @AskNationwide app is so useful. Being able to view your PIN and card details inside the app is a massive help.

  @AskNationwide 35 mins into a web chat.Nothing so far except the answer to someone else's query. 27 mins into phone queue . Have some questions to be answered before I can start application for joint account. Perhaps I'll go elsewhere. Terrible service

  @AskNationwide Young lad with a disability, having difficulty opening an account and doesn't know why. Goes into your Goole branch - they can't help him and give him a number (seemingly a Head Office). Requires account details. Nice. How does he do that? Refer to the above.

  @MichaelFra89678 @SkhTrains @AskNationwide Then maybe save some money like the rest of us and you will get a little bit of help. If you can’t save £100 by your age then you are not making good financial decisions.
