    Right I have contacted @AskNationwide a couple of times as my credit card statement don’t look right and I have spoken to someone and neither do they. Can’t get through on the phone because they keep saying they can’t hear me. Is this anyway to treat a loyal customer. 😡😡

    Banked with @AskNationwide many moons ago. Seen in the news that they’re struggling to process payments - THIS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS. They were a calamity then & it seems like nothing has changed. Join a challenger bank - they value your custom and offer excellent customer service!

    After 3 months @AskNationwide still can not get through to #themortgageworks to discuss anything! Phone cuts you off with no option to speak to a human. Website for existing customers doesn’t work. Woeful. #customerexperience #poor

    @AskNationwide Other Banks also have high levels of inbound payments, I don't believe they are experiencing any issues. Seems to be a regular occurrence lately, whats going on???

    @AskNationwide That’s really a shame as this is going to take 15+ minutes on the phone when all that’s happened is you’ve made a mistake. If you can’t actually offer online chat to customers, it shouldn’t be listed on the site.

    @AskNationwide today I tried to make a one off payment from my flex basic account after twice inputting all the correct details was twice told there was an error, so I had to go to a post office to sort it. Card working ok. Do flex basic not allow 1 off payments

    @AskNationwide Hi my current account is set to close on Monday 4th April. I have used the current account switch service to do this. I’m expecting a payment from my old employer this Friday however if it’s late or they pay my closed nationwide account what happens ?

    @AskNationwide If my wife opened a 1 year Triple Access Online Saver 12 account in early February this year at 0.45%pa, why on earth does she have to apply for another new identical account to take advantage of the new 0.7% now on offer ? They're not Fixed Rate Bonds ???
