    @Crippleywonk @O2 It was a bit of a wrench when I had to leave T-Mobile/EE. But they took our mast out and we donโ€™t get signal at home now. Iโ€™ve had good experiences with most providers over the years. Itโ€™s not as scary as it may at first seem.

    @O2 charging me for an account I cancelled over a year ago. Hours on customer service calls and a callback arranged that didn't happen. 1 of them saying the account was deleted, the other saying its active, another denying they've taken the money at all. Absolutely unbelievable

    @O2 I don't have to give a reason for wanting to leave, but what I will say is the unnecessary hoops I had to jump through to get my PAC certainly aren't helping your case for persuading me to stay. It's not a nice customer experience.

    Trying to get through to @O2 lost property since last Saturday. I emailed them straight away on Saturday night but no reply and tried to ring multiple times. Been on hold for 20 mins. Can anyone help me? I filled in form etc but heard nothing ๐Ÿ˜ญ

    @O2 There is/was a problem with your online payment system application, as your call centre colleagues note, but there is no pinned Tweet about this and nothing on your Web site (which prioritises upwelling to your customers more than facilitating them paying their bills)

    Was on Vodafone for 15 years plus, very few issues. Been on @O2 for a few months and itโ€™s absolutely shocking. Coverage appalling, phone cuts out part way through calls regularly . Paying for a service Iโ€™m not receiving. Avoid at all costs!

    @GarethTheNerd @mhewson_MCH @O2 They do, but youโ€™re more likely to lose or have poor connection with the cheaper package. I suspect the lower pricing means you get dumped at peak times or during routine maintenance.

    @LL2013A Also having problems. I think their customer service call centre has been hijacked by scammers. We've tried numerous times to contact @o2 to get resolution and still nothing. Time to investigate this @o2. I am resorting to Ofcom.

    @O2 @Uptowndiscos Why are you directing people to a page that is no long monitored/active? How do we contact o2 Business customer support in the UK? Why is the o2 Business online portal not working? Customer service levels have been bad for a ages, but now they're bordering on non-existent.

    @beckieebabee_x @mhewson_MCH @O2 I know right! Iโ€™ve been with them 15+ years and they used to be great. Now I canโ€™t get even get signal in my garden, the train home its awful and match days at the local football ground absolutely zero chance of signal for 2 hours.
