    @O2 I don't have to give a reason for wanting to leave, but what I will say is the unnecessary hoops I had to jump through to get my PAC certainly aren't helping your case for persuading me to stay. It's not a nice customer experience.

    @O2 @MoneySavingExp Just had emails to say that my monthly plan with O2 will increase by ยฃ2.50 in April rather than ยฃ1.80. No explanation as to why? Can you help? I have 2 plans with you and both of these cost under ยฃ17 so I'm looking at about a 15% rise.

    Whatโ€™s going on with the @O2 signal around London/Kent lately. Absolutely awful, every call I make or receive cuts out or off etc. Anyone else had this problem. Even cost me a chance of winning The Who tickets with @absoluteradio the other day. @daveberry_tweet

    @O2 1/2 I have switched my phone off restarted numerous times but the signal is still awful.still unable to make or receive calls during the day! Appreciate that everyone is on their phones more than every now but I would appreciate a bit more help rather than just lk network guide

    @O2 your priority ticket service has not let me click on continue to buy the tickets (it is greyed out). This is the first time I have used the service and it isn't a good experience.

    Good morning @O2. When you about to fix below: โ€œSorry a phone mast in this area isn't working This means your service might come and go until we fix it.โ€ in E14 5LB In Canary Wharf. Just to mention that network problems (data) have been around for several weeks.

    @O2 Can you please tell me what is going on with your network? The signal has been dire in the last month or 6 weeks and itโ€™s not just my area, LN5. You have a mast 1 mile from me. I canโ€™t hold a conversation now unless on wi fi at home. My contract has expired but i wont renew with current situation. Ive been with you years because the signal has been very good, not now though.

    @wheat_daddy @O2 Government should start imposing meaty fines on all network providers not providing reasonable rural coverage! Plenty of masts around here but theyโ€™re basically all dialed down to save on energy costs!

    @BluesnJazzxx @O2 They have known about this issue for a few months now but donโ€™t want to take responsibility and actually fix it. Itโ€™s the same on the website too. Someone seriously messed up and it would seem that O2 donโ€™t care. They have become prawns. No backbone and full of shite

    @O2 I was only there for a day. Signal was so bad I couldnโ€™t when check the status page. Appeared everywhere I went (near the promenade/football club) in Blackpool wouldnโ€™t work. Was highly frustrating.
