    @O2 your coverage in the Gravesend and northfleet area is getting worse . Iโ€™ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years and am seriously considering leaving. Can you maybe send a signal booster. This will not only help with my problems but also my customers while Iโ€™m at work.

    @O2 can you please explain why the signal is so poor on the train, motorway & generally near where I live (TN26). Iโ€™ve just got back from Crete and the signals are brilliant 4G everywhere, so much so I was in the middle of a lake, top of a mountain & I get 4G???

    @O2 Your customer services are terrible and abject. I've been awaiting a promised call back now for over an hour, after you passed me from pillar to post to try and buy a new item. I've been with you for well over 20 years and I am very likely to cancel everything with you if you don't pull your finger out and do as you have said you were going to. Very unhappy with your service.

    @O2 Thereโ€™s zero point. You work with @AXS_UK , a company that chucks you out of the queue in a never ending loop cos it thinks youโ€™re a bot. Meanwhile thousands of tickets already up for resale. Again, theyโ€™re not fit for purpose. Things have just got worse since they came along.

    @Stephen1494712 @O2 Have the same issues with the payment system, the app and the website very rarely works and when if you do even manage to get to the card details/apple pay page it either knocks the payment back or says Apple Pay isnโ€™t available

    @O2 @dermothill11 If O2 could leave Virgin that would solve the problem because whatever they touch it doesnโ€™t work, O2 was better before the Partnership or takeover, they sent me a link today for 5g, please tell who thought they wasnโ€™t getting this as part of their deal anyway, beggars belief !!!
