Hours on customer service calls and a callback arranged that didn't happen. 1 of them saying the account was deleted, the other saying its active, another denying they've taken the money at all. A friend lives in DA15 8DQ and he said a mast has been worked on and his reception and 4G is now amazing, it’s about 1 mile away from me
