Gary Brian Smith (@MrGarySmith) reported from Dartford, EnglandBeware anyone thinking of joining @O2 they’ve just hiked up their rates and limited free data total usage when in Europe #ripoff also just merged with @virginmedia so expect the service to fall of a cliff when the call centres are rerouted to virgins Singapore call centres

-
Nico Macdonald (@Nico_Macdonald) reported from Poplar, England@O2 There is/was a problem with your online payment system application, as your call centre colleagues note, but there is no pinned Tweet about this and nothing on your Web site (which prioritises upwelling to your customers more than facilitating them paying their bills)
-
The Guv'nor (@Payney26) reported from Bromley, England@O2 3 weeks plus I have been having literally no service in my house! I have been with you over 26 years and never had a problem. Your site says there may be a problem with a mask and your engineers will probably already be on it! 3weeks are they on day rate? Help please

Barbara Richardson (@Barbara25122320) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I’m in Dulwich too. Wasn’t it Boris and his cycling Czar who gave us cycle lanes and closed roads? What did your party do in government to improve mobile service?
-
John Ford (@john_ford77) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 I get a signal for about half of my train journey into Cannon Street, which is really very poor. They must know where people lose signal but for some reason seem fine with the current service.
-
Afine (@Afine849962) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone Nope never had any issues with the EE signal or network.
-
Nick Booth (@nicknickster) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone Exactly. They all share one network of masts now so no-one has an incentive (or an ability) to provide a better service
-
Ellie Winters (@N104AP) reported@Marooned_Sailor @O2 @Ofcom the issue with mmwave is whilst the bands were recently auctioned, theres another thing stopping the mmwave rollout which doesnt even have anything to do with the carriers, device manufacturers keep making it US exclusive, with international models not having it, so then the carriers dont build the infrastructure, so then the companies dont ship mmwave hardware, and it just goes in circles i dont think we'll ever have mmwave in this country at this rate
-
Umm...nope (@Ummnope7) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE It's not the government's job to help you choose a decent mobile phone service. You're a grown man. You can make your own consumer choices, whether they be sensible or stupid.
-
The Blasted Cat (@RobbieTwts) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE We increasingly have 650 elected officials in Westminster more interested in chasing personal glory on matters overseas than attempting to resolve domestic issues
-
Felix Lowe (@saddleblaze) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE It’s quite a leap to blame your poor phone reception on cyclists, Tom. Be better.
-
AB (@socksandaphone) reported@O2 Following link on priority for Sienna Spiro Manchester 02/03 and keep getting Ticketmaster page saying presale is happening now, but no option to buy. Same for other artists. Want to try and get Muse tickets tomorrow. How can I resolve the issue. No VPNs, blockers etc used.
-
Benjamin Webster (@benjaminlfc) reported@O2 I am sick and tired of not being able to make payment online or in the app because of your absolute shambles of a payment system, a system that you ironically upgraded last year telling us all that it would improve the system that had been around for years and years. The phrase “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” springs to mind. For the record tickets have been raised to your back office teams by your CS over and over and not one has ever been replied to or acted on.
