@O2 Is there an issue for WhatsApp videos on o2? Both mine and my other half’s WhatsApp has stopped playing videos were sent. I use some videos I’m sent for my job!!!! I’ve deleted the app I’ve contacted WhatsApp. Still nothing is working!

@O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

@O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

@O2 Yes - four different departments including your bereavement team. I’m utterly exhausted trying to sort this out. It’s not the kind of barrier anyone should have to experience when losing a parent. It’s hard enough without without this level of poor service.

@O2 The UK’s number 1 network? Don’t make me laugh ! I’ve just switched from Vodafone to 02 and that was the worst decision I’ve ever made 🤬🤬🤬 I barely get 1 bar. My phone keep disconnecting in central london. Calls are always failing. 02 is my disappointment.

@O2 @bbcsoutheast My mother passed away in October and you are unable to speak to me about cancelling her phone and account because I am not the account holder. We have been with you for 20 plus years and I have 4 family phones which I now intend to cancel! #disgusted #stupidity

@o2 why is this only happening to me and not my sister when we clicked on “Use Now” at the same time? It’s an app issue. This is the main perk for staying with O2 - if this isn’t resolved, I will be going elsewhere for my phone contract

@O2 i bought the device and airtime from O2 on 5th Jan. O2 is sending me separate bills for airtime and Device. While speaking to CC, they mentioned it cannot be single bill. My friends are on single bill but O2 is ready to lose the customer then do the changes.
