@O2 Yes - four different departments including your bereavement team. I’m utterly exhausted trying to sort this out. It’s not the kind of barrier anyone should have to experience when losing a parent. It’s hard enough without without this level of poor service.

@O2 I paid for click and collect last night for today but the staff member in the store said that there has been an issue so he said to get a refund from o2 for the click and collect and I had to pay for it again in the store

I contact @O2 to provide them with my 30 day notice to cancel my airtime plan, as per the wording on their own website. I can carry on with the device plan, as this is a little more expensive and I'd have to pay that off in one go.

Shoutout to @askesure - couldn’t come close to a competitors quote for renewal. But, rather refreshingly, their cancellation process was swiftly dealt with by the advisor over the phone. Unlike @O2 and @virginmedia who make it as painful as possible and hang up on you repeatedly
