    @O2 can you please explain why the signal is so poor on the train, motorway & generally near where I live (TN26). I’ve just got back from Crete and the signals are brilliant 4G everywhere, so much so I was in the middle of a lake, top of a mountain & I get 4G???

    @o2 Why is your signal so sh1t around Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells and Paddock Wood areas? Everytime I call someone, they sound like a dalek. 30 years I've been with you, from BT Cellnet days, looks like I'll be joining EE soon.

    @O2 Too many issues to explain here. Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank £160 from you. More time wasted. Your customer service is appalling!

    @O2 She has tried to contact you to cancel but you just make it harder. You are now taking money for a non existent account/no. which I think is theft. You have all her details but still make it hard. Quite shameful really..
