A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

@O2 I've tried all that already. If I had WiFi access I wouldn't need the data to work. Phone signal works fine, just can't use anything with Internet. It's been like this for at least a month.

@O2 Too many issues to explain here. Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank £160 from you. More time wasted. Your customer service is appalling!

@O2 can you please explain why the signal is so poor on the train, motorway & generally near where I live (TN26). I’ve just got back from Crete and the signals are brilliant 4G everywhere, so much so I was in the middle of a lake, top of a mountain & I get 4G???

In case anyone was curious - my experience with SIM cards here. @VOXI_UK was first, signal indoors sucks, but if I leave phone elsewhere plugged in, I can hotspot at least. @O2 supposed to be great - worse than @VodafoneUK for my location b/c mast down & it's buried in their site
