    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @O2 charging me for an account I cancelled over a year ago. Hours on customer service calls and a callback arranged that didn't happen. 1 of them saying the account was deleted, the other saying its active, another denying they've taken the money at all. Absolutely unbelievable

    @O2 I can now see why you wanted to take this private, spent £2k plus with you at midday, three hours later a customer service representative is verbally laughing at us over the phone because the sims haven’t transferred. 🙄

    Beware of @O2 - 3days going through customer service to cancel an account I didn't know I had but was being charged for, hung up on, return calls not returned, refund offered, refund rescinded. If you leave o2, it is possible you haven't left o2! Be very careful

    Beware anyone thinking of joining @O2 they’ve just hiked up their rates and limited free data total usage when in Europe #ripoff also just merged with @virginmedia so expect the service to fall of a cliff when the call centres are rerouted to virgins Singapore call centres

    @2WeekTraveller @O2 I’ve signed out of data cap but need to call a UK call centre every time which never answers - even when I lift the cap they still cut me off automatically periodically until I pay ahead of my bill falling due.     .@O2 Must congratulate #o2 for great customer services. Made a total mess of finances this month and had to speak to o2. Very helpful, very understanding & managed to resolve it all in one call. I’m so used to rubbish cust ser that it makes a nice change when they are great!
