  @mattstingray @O2 I was with O2 when they were BT Cellnet they got worse and worse moved to @lebara I now pay a quarter of what I was for an excellent service, I only had one issue since moving called them and it was sorted in an 8 minute call including waiting time.

  @o2 where on the train line from Maidstone to London 3G=no signal 4G=no signal E=no signal and 5G=no signal unless you have all 4 bars unfortunately for the majority (approx 50 minutes of a 1hr journey) there is no four bar 5G. It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite

  No internet coming upto 30days from your service, three attempts for a technician to call us for no call to ever be made, and now just been hung up on by your call handlers. @O2 what's going on why can't we get a technician or even our internet sorted? All calls are recorded.
