@O2 I don't have to give a reason for wanting to leave, but what I will say is the unnecessary hoops I had to jump through to get my PAC certainly aren't helping your case for persuading me to stay. It's not a nice customer experience.

@O2 very disappointed and suprised that after 2 months without mobile service in my home you will not be providing any compensation! Contract up in September. I’ll be off to a different supplier. Anyone reading this please retweet so other users understand this crazy @O2 policy.

Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

@O2 I don’t think you are doing enough to protect from dodgy premium numbers. They should be banned by default not only by customers requests. I have been charged for 6£ for 6 seconds. This is really bad and yours policy do allow it

@O2 service is absolutely shocking! £120 a month for 2 phones we can’t use because EVERY call fails, texts don’t send and data is on E or 3G! Absolutely sick of it! All they tell you to do is restart your phone!! They’re off more than on because I’ve reset them that many times 😤
