    @O2 your priority ticket service has not let me click on continue to buy the tickets (it is greyed out). This is the first time I have used the service and it isn't a good experience.

    Looking forward to going in to the @O2 & Sport Direct shop (they deleted there twitter) To argue with one of there nice colleagues who mite of struggled with there **** 80% wages, about ******** ups with my orders they sent me in lockdown & that the 30days to sort it, is over

    @Crippleywonk @O2 It was a bit of a wrench when I had to leave T-Mobile/EE. But they took our mast out and we donโ€™t get signal at home now. Iโ€™ve had good experiences with most providers over the years. Itโ€™s not as scary as it may at first seem.

    After being on hold @O2 for an age to upgrade, customer service bloke atonal and barely responsive, then for some reason could no longer hear me, said FFS down the phone and hung up. Brilliant work. Think Iโ€™ll be switching provider.

    Keep getting calls from Botswana and Guyana every 5-10 mins and have over 100 calls now itโ€™s acc pissing me off. And now from Guinea too! Seems like this is an @O2 problem where is the solution ๐Ÿ˜

    @O2 Thank you but these are just platitudes. How can it take 8 days to fix a broadband fault? You tell me there is โ€˜good mobile coverageโ€™ here for O2 but there is none and hasnโ€™t been for years and yet your charges increase! All talk and zero action! @Ofcom @MartinSLewis

    @O2 I checked the map before adding and all the areas seem to be apparently strong in connection. But I thought youโ€™re supposed to see a satellite symbol when the signal drops but nothing appears and I get E signal or just low connection.

    @O2 Iโ€™m trying to make a formal complaint but your complaints process appears to be failing. Your online complaint form gives me an error and the complaints email address directed me to is not monitored. I need someone to help me register this complaint through another route.

    @O2 I have an existing contract with you.I want to purchase a phone for an O2 SIM given to me by an O2 store.Your online system will not take my payment (funds are there, authorised in app).Your customer service can't find the phone I've picked.noone can take my money apparently

    I've had terrible coverage from @O2 - Can't get a signal most of the time in Liverpool City Centre - At the castlefield bowl gigs - every other network my friends were on was ok, O2 failed Generally can't trust it for any coverage
