It’s not signal as when I turn phone off then back on it’s got full signal. It’s not just me. Check Twitter feed. So many people complaining about same problem

They’ve also abruptly ended a payment plan I was on, allegedly because it “automatically terminated” when my account was credited for the charges for my previous phone, which should not have been added. I’ve tried asking them for help today, but they have been ******* useless
