    Absolutely fantastic Customer service today from @TMLewin #londonbridgebranch makes all the difference!!!! Not like in @O2 Westfield where the guy barely had a second spare and was very rude

    Keep getting calls from Botswana and Guyana every 5-10 mins and have over 100 calls now it’s acc pissing me off. And now from Guinea too! Seems like this is an @O2 problem where is the solution 😠

    @O2 can you please explain why the signal is so poor on the train, motorway & generally near where I live (TN26). I’ve just got back from Crete and the signals are brilliant 4G everywhere, so much so I was in the middle of a lake, top of a mountain & I get 4G???

    @O2 The UK’s number 1 network? Don’t make me laugh ! I’ve just switched from Vodafone to 02 and that was the worst decision I’ve ever made 🀬🀬🀬 I barely get 1 bar. My phone keep disconnecting in central london. Calls are always failing. 02 is my disappointment.

    @O2 hi! I’m not sure if this is a you problem or an apple problem. But my mobile data will completely shut off around 4/5 times a day, turning the data on and off doesn’t bring it back. I have to completely reboot my phone 5 times a day at the moment. Pls help!!

    @O2 1/2 I have switched my phone off restarted numerous times but the signal is still awful.still unable to make or receive calls during the day! Appreciate that everyone is on their phones more than every now but I would appreciate a bit more help rather than just lk network guide

    @dhl e-commerce is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. The customer support just blatantly lie. @o2 your no better. Resulting in me cancelling my contract and going elsewhere after so many years. What a joke.🀬

    @O2 Two weeks at least. Slow speed, but worse, the connection dropped today too, even though I was still on the O2 network, but service stopped momentarily anyway and this threw a spanned into the works at a delicate moment online.

    @O2 Thank you. I raised it in the O2 shop and they agreed it was and has always been bad. At the time they said to switch to 3G (that’s what they did) 🫣

    @O2 @O2 - Even though I was supposed to be disconnected, you took Β£17.99 and I spent more than an hour, with the worst colleagues based from India who had no clue what they are doing. Simply the worst customer service bar none.

    @O2 Can you please tell me what is going on with your network? The signal has been dire in the last month or 6 weeks and it’s not just my area, LN5. You have a mast 1 mile from me. I can’t hold a conversation now unless on wi fi at home. My contract has expired but i wont renew with current situation. Ive been with you years because the signal has been very good, not now though.
