    @O2 I donโ€™t think you are doing enough to protect from dodgy premium numbers. They should be banned by default not only by customers requests. I have been charged for 6ยฃ for 6 seconds. This is really bad and yours policy do allow it

    @O2 Too many issues to explain here. Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank ยฃ160 from you. More time wasted. Your customer service is appalling!

    @O2 Tbh itโ€™s not just the calling, the main issue is the lack of 4g and itโ€™s awful speed, 3G, when it kicks in, is ok but in this day and age not getting 4g is a problem ;(

    @O2 third call to your call center today and nobody can help me as the account holder. Apparently I have failed the security. I will close my account with you and port the number. Absolutely outrageous customer service. New, cheaper tariff package and no EU data #shocking

    @O2 your coverage in the Gravesend and northfleet area is getting worse . Iโ€™ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years and am seriously considering leaving. Can you maybe send a signal booster. This will not only help with my problems but also my customers while Iโ€™m at work.

    Dear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet Iโ€™ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve

    @O2 hello you lovely people, so my phone is paid for so Iโ€™m now out of contract, been with you since day 1 but signal in DA15 7LE is shocking! A friend lives in DA15 8DQ and he said a mast has been worked on and his reception and 4G is now amazing, itโ€™s about 1 mile away from me

    Seriously @O2 literally just taken out a contract with them and already worst service!!! Phone hasnโ€™t arrived and was supposed to last Friday, only to find out it was sent back. Now I have to wait til they receive it and reorder another one.

    Trying to get through to @O2 lost property since last Saturday. I emailed them straight away on Saturday night but no reply and tried to ring multiple times. Been on hold for 20 mins. Can anyone help me? I filled in form etc but heard nothing ๐Ÿ˜ญ

    Honestly, @O2 continue to prove to me that they are worst company. They sent me an email to say they tried to contact me to discuss my complaint. My phone never rang but my iPad received a text saying they were going to call me.

    @O2 Well, literally, I don't have any data throughput virtually nowhere around the whole of central London, around Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury, King's Cross. And it's not my iPhone and it's not the settings, because I have three iPhones, all with different services from Vodafone, EE, 3, and yourself. Oh, and also Giffgaff, which is on the same network as yours, but Giffgaff always seems to work. Weird that. So either you've completely throttled my data to zero, which is odd considering I'm on the ultimate package, or the service just doesn't work in central London. See if you can fix it.

    @O2 Hi, I am having a lot of trouble accessing the app to see my bills. Keeps asking to verify my email which I do but the app keeps asking to do everytime I try to log in! I am in a never ending loop! Spoke to someone who couldn't solve it! Help would be appreciated
