@O2 can you please explain why the signal is so poor on the train, motorway & generally near where I live (TN26). I’ve just got back from Crete and the signals are brilliant 4G everywhere, so much so I was in the middle of a lake, top of a mountain & I get 4G???

@O2 Too many issues to explain here. Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank £160 from you. More time wasted. Your customer service is appalling!

@O2 Hi, is there presently an issue with 4G in Liverpool? I can get a dodgy 3G connection but 4G is kaput. Nothing on the service checker and restarting phone has no effect.
