Beware anyone thinking of joining @O2 they’ve just hiked up their rates and limited free data total usage when in Europe #ripoff also just merged with @virginmedia so expect the service to fall of a cliff when the call centres are rerouted to virgins Singapore call centres

Seriously @O2 literally just taken out a contract with them and already worst service!!! Phone hasn’t arrived and was supposed to last Friday, only to find out it was sent back. Now I have to wait til they receive it and reorder another one.

@emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

@O2 Day 109 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 That’s really not helpful. Your network status shows there is a fault and has been most of this week. What timescale do you deem acceptable for a fault that means I am unable to make phone calls without them dropping practically immediately or not at all.

@O2 just had message on my phone - 4G calls switched off...I've googled and found answer to it, I have switched phone off and on gone to settings to check but when i go to Voice and Data i don't have VolTE as ive seen advised, I have a screen saying 5G on 5G auto and 4G help pls
