    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    @O2 It'd nice to see that o2 take customer complaints seriously! Just as about as seriously as using there o2 guru chat service!! I'm still waiting for a reply to my DM that I sent you over an hour ago (about the length of time I wasted on the guru chat service!!)

    Have had 1 bar of @O2 signal for most of this year, funnily enough when I tested the signal strength back in July the signal jumped to a MEGA 2 bars momentarily. #NoServiceHere

    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    Is anyone else experiencing call drop outs and freezes on #iPhone11ProMax I have cleared cache and done soft reset, also had a sim swap @O2 but still having buggy experiencing overheating. I’ve checked online and have reset my network settings. Minded to pop into @Apple

    Experienced some of the worst customer service to date!! First the advisor takes £400 more than agreed, next I’m chasing advisors everyday for a month with false lies about refund dates @o2 #notacceptable

    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 great marketing activity. But no good doing that if you can’t provide basic service. Have been trying for 2 weeks to buy a new SIM. Passed around everywhere, 40 minute waits, given phone numbers by your South African call centre that don’t work. Not feeling like centre stage.

    Had the best person trying to help me with @O2. Asas switch still isnt in stock and probably won’t be by his birthday, but this woman tried EVERYTHIN possible to help! Even rang me back after a few hours after trying other options🥺 you don’t get customerservice like that anymore

    @O2 hi, I went to Greggs this morning to use one of the O2 treats, ordered my bacon sandwich and coffee then tried to activate the treat and it said sold out when 1 min earlier it was available, meaning I had to then pay, can you tell me if I can get the money back for this?

    I think @O2 app name "My O2" isn't mine at all. I have a simple query about upgrading. Can't speak to them, messaging returns "We are busy" whatsapp bit tells me an operator will be in touch. 2 days on no-one has. It looks like a change of network is on the way!!!! Bad bad bad

    @O2 Tried everything common problem round here. Doesn't matter just cancelled contract and moved to another provider. Now let's talk about compensation for having no phone for 3 weeks please.
