@O2 I spent hours on chat to your advisers trying to cancel my phone contract and was told it was all done. I started a new contract with another provider and now suddenly I have been started on a new o2 tariff??? Help!

@O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

Experienced some of the worst customer service to date!! First the advisor takes £400 more than agreed, next I’m chasing advisors everyday for a month with false lies about refund dates @o2 #notacceptable

@ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

@O2 worst customer services, ring 202 to pay off phone and they cut me off then don’t answer, told on chat to follow link to chat to someone else who tells me they can’t help and ring 202! Going round in circles no wonder once paid off phone I’m leaving!

@O2 twice I’ve phoned JUST to upgrade my sim to 5G. 1st caller was uninterested and eventually cut the call off. Second guy asked me 3 times if I wanted to upgrade my handset, after being told I’ve bought a brand new 12 Pro Max last week, he STILL pushed me to upgrade 😶 wtf?

@O2 called you 4 times in the last hour and everytime u have answered the phone u have put the phone down. Worst thing is I spoke to someone this morning who said they had dealt with my issue and you still haven't. Amazing how I only renewed my contract Friday.

@O2 Brentcross store. Customer service very rude. I have a voucher to use. Was told store closes at 6.30pm arrived at 6.10pm and shutters were down. The voucher is given to ensure O2 customers visit the store. However customer service was very poor.

@O2 I’m not happy at the treatment I have had I have closed a business account the call handler told me an amount I then paid it that doesn’t mean you can then charge me a fuse then £200 on top of what I have paid 3 months down the line it’s just not acceptable
