  • LindsCollumbell Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England

@Plusnet So that will be 20 days without a broadband connection 🤬🤬. Your mistake - not ours - lost the ability to connect to fibre. Two of us work from home (1 of us - me - runs a business) and one is studying at Uni. This is totally unacceptable. A shocking service from @plusnet & @BT

  • NortysTweets Angeline Clean (@NortysTweets) reported from London, England

Recently moved. Cancelled my broadband with #plusnet. If you don’t pay up the contract in 14 days, your account sent to collection agency. No discussion available, no chance of a discount. £140 to terminate…..

  • Scampboi Daniel Smith (@Scampboi) reported from Croydon, England

@plusnethelp @plusnet if this page was shut down in May why is the feed still here why have an account up which no one checks?

  • MusicMoofie ✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

@TelevisionGold @TVCatchup I used to have Plusnet when I lived in Glasgow and never had a single issue, and I used their own router and had Sky towards the end of living there

  • MartinWoodward2 Martin Woodward (@MartinWoodward2) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@lizcooperclark @Plusnet The problem seemed to be fixed over the weekend but now back to where we were in the middle of last week. I too was receiving some intermittent emails spasmodically.

  • Scampboi Daniel Smith (@Scampboi) reported from Croydon, England

@Plusnet for the second time in as many days my router has failed. It just randomly drops connection. I would never recommend you to anyone. In a time where people are working from home they need a reliable service and you are not it!

  • rupertcheek Rupert Cheek (@rupertcheek) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

Anyone on @Plusnet in SW LONDON (#newmalden) having issues? #plusnet

  • LindsCollumbell Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England

@Plusnet I appreciated your call and that you are taking ownership of this on our behalf. Thank you. Getting us back to ADSL is something, but nowhere near the level of service as per our contract with you.

  • miktrinh mtrinh (@miktrinh) reported from London, England

@Plusnet broadband is down in SE23 1AN area

  • Harrison20202 Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England

However, this is clearly not my problem. In the manual, it does not say that a microfilter is not required. The engineer came to my house and told me about it.@Plusnet @plusnethelp

  • LindsCollumbell Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England

Thanks to a screw up btw @BT & @Plusnet, upgrading our broadband package with #PlusNet = no broadband 🤬. The earliest they can reinstate is 30th Dec 🤬🤬🤬. Their solution for how we can work at home? Buy extra data on our phone & hotspot & they will reimburse max £30! #EpicFail

  • LindsCollumbell Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England

@Plusnet @BT We will be seeking compensation. Only 1 of your customer service team showed any care - everyone else put us in the too difficult category. This is a problem of your making. At a time when the Govt has told us to work from home, you cut off our broadband and ability to do that.

  • Harrison20202 Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England

    I feel deeply disgusting and humiliated because I used Plusnet's service.@plusnethelp @Plusnet

  • DameClaraM Dame C 🧙🏼‍♀️ (@DameClaraM) reported from Bromley, England

Not a good start to the day when your Internet connection goes bonkers. I hate trying to unravel tech. But @Plusnet support were great. Phew.

  • Harrison20202 Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

  • elyob elyob (@elyob) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

  • LinJaneThe2 Sir Aleks (They/Them) 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🇪🇺♿ (@LinJaneThe2) reported from London, England

  • MarkAWigmore Mark Wigmore (@MarkAWigmore) reported

@EE The last I heard from Plusnet was, "Thanks for getting back to us Mark, our network doesn't actually support WiFi calling, however that is something we're hoping to introduce in the future."

  • BarracudaSwer Pissed off ********** (@BarracudaSwer) reported

There's phone companies that have no phone signal in areas in Devon. Plusnet was so bad in Devon. I remember that nightmare. You can stand in the high street and have no signal

  • matsulimusic Matsuli Music (@matsulimusic) reported

@Plusnet Just had a new router sent out and still got a solid orange. Waiting for your tech support. Hope they don’t send another router instead of fixing the issue. Grrrr

  • TonyJohnOShea Tony O'Shea (@TonyJohnOShea) reported

@Plusnet I’m back to really slow speeds again - 1.6Mbps. Is there something inherently wrong with my line. Sent a DM yesterday, but so far no response. Thanks.

  • Simon_dttia Simon (@Simon_dttia) reported

@Plusnet #poorcustomerservice shockingly poor customer service from plusnet followed by rude customer service from your call centre.

  • MarkAWigmore Mark Wigmore (@MarkAWigmore) reported

@EE I'm actually a Plusnet customer and we've been down this route before. It doesn't work. I don't think it worked even when I was an EE customer. In any case, what's the point if I'm out of WiFi range, in the garden perhaps? Back to square one!

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@DerekFortune13 Hi Derek, I'm really sorry about the issues with your phone. Is it a land line or a mobile service you're having problems with? Please get back to me with your number too and I'll make sure we're doing all that we can to help out. Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

  • DerekFortune13 Derek Fortune (@DerekFortune13) reported

@Plusnet my phone is dead no service

  • Ian66232919 corby (@Ian66232919) reported

@Avillafan @virginmedia My dad has got plusnet and to be honest when ever I have had to deal with them on his behalf it’s been easy and quick. He’s also never ever had any service problems. He’s never complained to me about going off line in about 4/5 years

  • datbloodywoman thatbloodywomanreads (@datbloodywoman) reported

@Plusnet Hey 👋 I’ve recently moved home and the previous owner had Wi-Fi with you. Her account closes tomorrow (19th) and she has left the router behind. Is there an easy way for me to continue the service or do I have to sign up from scratch as a new customer?
