    I feel deeply disgusting and humiliated because I used Plusnet's service.@plusnethelp @Plusnet

  • kevindewes
Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Plusnet I’ve had your broadband service for 2 months, mobile phones won’t work on it and WiFi signal continually drops out. Tried separating the bands then spent 20 minuets in hold and was advised to try turning the 5Ghz band off completely. No joy. No one is doing me proud.

  • dmosaheb
Dharmendra Mosaheb (@dmosaheb) reported from Hillingdon, England

@plusnethelp hi there. I have just joined Plusnet. Got an email saying that my phone package is ready to use. Does that mean that I can connect my WiFi router from today. Need it asap as I need to work from home. My current supplier has switched my service off.

  • rupertcheek
Rupert Cheek (@rupertcheek) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

Looks like (our) @Plusnet @plusnethelp connection has been down for an hour +. Giving up. Hope it's up again tomorrow. #plusnet

  • hastiecamera
Phil (@hastiecamera) reported from Hillingdon, England

@plusnethelp 7 days on and no idea why my line was cut let alone when it’s going to be re connected. #plusnet don’t call back when they promise to - no updates and generally appalling service from this generally good company. Step up your game and sort this out.

  • trina_latham
trina_latham (@trina_latham) reported from Richmond, England

@plusnethelp before you ask I've checked my micro filters, my phone connection, turned the hub off/on and experienced zero connection issues with my former providers @shell_energy The fault lies with @Plusnet It's impossible to WFH + I want to leave within my cooling-off period.

  • kevindewes
Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?

  • hastiecamera
Phil (@hastiecamera) reported from Hillingdon, England

@plusnethelp 7 days on and not even a reason as to why my line was terminated let alone any time scale as to when it will be re-connected. Laughed at when I asked about a SIM card to give me some connection to the internet. #plusnet never return calls - shocking service.

  • MusicSkypirate

Plusnet went down exactly at midnight... :/

  • rackitman
Richard Carroll (@rackitman) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Plusnet what APPALLING customer service! Ordered 8th May, today you tell me the order was cancelled... With another TWO WEEKS until I'm connected. Leaving me without phone/Internet... NOT GOOD ENOUGH

  • Harrison20202
Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England

However, this is clearly not my problem. In the manual, it does not say that a microfilter is not required. The engineer came to my house and told me about it.@Plusnet @plusnethelp

  • GaryAblett3
Greyman (Gary A) (@GaryAblett3) reported from West Molesey, England

Hopefully. But seeing as your team have failed to contact me when they say they were going to, I feel that tweeting is the only method of communicating the issue. #richardbranson #libertyglobal #loyalty #customerservice #bt #talktalk #offcom #plusnet

  • LindsCollumbell
Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England

@Plusnet @BT We will be seeking compensation. Only 1 of your customer service team showed any care - everyone else put us in the too difficult category. This is a problem of your making. At a time when the Govt has told us to work from home, you cut off our broadband and ability to do that.

  • DDIGITALMEDIA
David Neil Robinson (@DDIGITALMEDIA) reported from Ealing, England

@Hambert06 @Plusnet Mines just gone down, no handshake with their systems, web page not working on phone signal either.

  • LindsCollumbell
Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England

@Plusnet I appreciated your call and that you are taking ownership of this on our behalf. Thank you. Getting us back to ADSL is something, but nowhere near the level of service as per our contract with you.

I swear, having to deal with @WeAreOpenreach and @Plusnet bouncing me back and forth just to have my fibre order, WHICH I PLACED IN FEBRUARY, fulfilled before MAY, is a layer of customer service hell I did not need. Openreach is organised with the sole purpose of making it..

  • annelilort
    Anneli Lort (@annelilort) reported

@Plusnet another weekend, another two days of my wifi dropping out constantly. I’ve gone through the help text service, twice now, and still no difference. It’s gone beyond a joke.

  • Greymayce
    GeeMan (@Greymayce) reported

@tina0402x The trouble is all other providers BT Plusnet etc apart from Virgin use the same cabling, be it copper or fibre it all comes from the exchange. I worked at BT and this was explained by an engineer in the training. Copper is being phased out.

  • garyvince1981
    Gary Vince (@garyvince1981) reported

@Plusnet is your broadband service down in the Swanley area? As I've had no internet for an hour.

  • BrantLesley
    Louislou🧓🏉 (@BrantLesley) reported

@esp8687 Both of my children recommended Sky when my Plusnet (BT in disguise) ended and they were trying to force me to go to EE because we are only part fibre and Plusnet don't do it anymore. I anticipated issues but it was a totally smooth and easy

  • IMDANM
    IMDANM (@IMDANM) reported

@saltyy_savage Have a look at PlusNet, runs on the BT network without their awful pricing and terrible customer support (I’ll never use them again). Or look at one of the smaller fibre companies, I’m with a company called Squirrel and get 1GB up/down for £28 a month with no mid contract price increases.

  • grok
    Grok (@grok) reported

@gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims. @Plusnet Sky routers used to connect to my WiFi extender and work just fine Your Plusnet routers are awful, spotty connection at best, at least 2-3 times I have to wait 10+ minutes to reconnect. Was promised same speed yet I received slower less reliable internet.

  • helkhiana
    Helkhiana (@helkhiana) reported

@saltyy_savage I had Virgin media for years and only issues and expensive contracts. I am on Plusnet right now £43/46 for 900mb with 0 problems and uk customer services. They do £3 increase yearly and I am curious to see my first contract end what I'll get. Bet still better than virgin
