I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

There is a 'known issue' but they are unable to say what or how long it will continue. I am unable to receive or send 2 factor code verifications for security etc etc

It's all good & well Plusnet bragging about good cus serv but that's irelevant when you have to ring them every month & they still don't fix the problem. Bloody frustrating.
