-
Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England@Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?

Rupert Cheek (@rupertcheek) reported from Kingston upon Thames, EnglandSuffering a @Plusnet outage in KT3 @plusnethelp

-
Phil (@hastiecamera) reported from Hillingdon, England@plusnethelp 7 days on and no idea why my line was cut let alone when it’s going to be re connected. #plusnet don’t call back when they promise to - no updates and generally appalling service from this generally good company. Step up your game and sort this out.
-
Sarah Morton (@SarahMorton6) reported from Wandsworth, England@Plusnet once again absolute incompetence - February issues still not resolved and now a new one! #disappointed #poorcustomerservice
-
Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England@Plusnet @BT We will be seeking compensation. Only 1 of your customer service team showed any care - everyone else put us in the too difficult category. This is a problem of your making. At a time when the Govt has told us to work from home, you cut off our broadband and ability to do that.
-
Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, EnglandHowever, this is clearly not my problem. In the manual, it does not say that a microfilter is not required. The engineer came to my house and told me about it.@Plusnet @plusnethelp
-
Rupert Cheek (@rupertcheek) reported from Kingston upon Thames, EnglandAnyone on @Plusnet in SW LONDON (#newmalden) having issues? #plusnet
-

-
Dharmendra Mosaheb (@dmosaheb) reported from Hillingdon, England@plusnethelp hi there. I have just joined Plusnet. Got an email saying that my phone package is ready to use. Does that mean that I can connect my WiFi router from today. Need it asap as I need to work from home. My current supplier has switched my service off.

Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, England@Plusnet I appreciated your call and that you are taking ownership of this on our behalf. -

-
Lindsey Collumbell - #Memberology is my SuperPower (@LindsCollumbell) reported from Ashtead, EnglandThanks to a screw up btw @BT & @Plusnet, upgrading our broadband package with #PlusNet = no broadband 🤬. The earliest they can reinstate is 30th Dec 🤬🤬🤬. Their solution for how we can work at home? Buy extra data on our phone & hotspot & they will reimburse max £30! #EpicFail
-

A shocking service from @plusnet & @BT

-
Sue Evans (@SUE014) reported@Plusnet in your handover to EE has been delayed bt By BT yet again still dithering. about getting router set up in house and EE states set up broadband early next week shambles ! Can I stay with plusnet and. Cancel EE as no confidence
-
Matt Quinn - The Caledonian Television Company. (@Matt_Q_OnX) reported@MikeWhi29270353 I never said they did, I said they can. - If you're on such a supplier you simply go to the likes of Vonage and get your telephone service from them; it then runs on the Plusnet (or whatever) internet connection. Plusnet CHOSE not to provide the service - their loss.
