    Plusnet is crap. Don’t go there. Switched to them monday, no internet. Now told nothing until 28 Feb! Unbelievable. Come back Virgin Media all is forgiven

    @Plusnet your customer service is awful. Been on hold for 1 hour 46 minutes to cancel an engineer visit. Your customer service rep hasn’t been trained in how to cancelit so has to put me through to your tech team TO CANCEL AN ENGINEER COMING. Get better.

    @Plusnet seriously the service has been awful for weeks. No internet/some internet/occasionally good internet and then nothing for days. And the fact it doesn't work between rooms in a two room flat is frankly shit. That's all.

    @Plusnet seem to be the most difficult network/ISP to leave! Your causing such a difficulty for my services with BT to start which in turn is causing stress at home.. Whatever the marker is on the line needs to be taken care of right away.

    Why are so many ISPs scared to acknowledge faults? BT/Plusnet and openreach DSL lines as a whole seem to be down across London and only @aaisp and @zeninternet seem to have acknowledged. Plusnet/bt as of writing this say everything is fine according to status.

    @SkyHelpTeam just lost all broadband from borough green exchange. I have two lines (1 sky 1 plusnet), both syncing to cabinet fine but network connection lost on both at same time. Can you log with Openreach.

    @PriskMark @powerportraits @plusnethelp @Plusnet 1/2 So I have managed to get additional technical information: Report shows capacity issue on SFBB00030361 due to be resolved 13/07/2018. It is one of four vlans on this particular head-end. Unfortunately all are running hot, so there is not option at present to move the circuit.

    @Mrs_Bob_Here Initially I went with Vodafone broadband but then switched when their price went up. Currently with plusnet broadband but after my service experience with plusnet mobile I’ll be leaving as soon as the contract end. Vodafone were great btw
