@plusnethelp hi there. I have just joined Plusnet. Got an email saying that my phone package is ready to use. Does that mean that I can connect my WiFi router from today. Need it asap as I need to work from home. My current supplier has switched my service off.

@plusnethelp before you ask I've checked my micro filters, my phone connection, turned the hub off/on and experienced zero connection issues with my former providers @shell_energy The fault lies with @Plusnet It's impossible to WFH + I want to leave within my cooling-off period.

Hi @Plusnet my internet is down. Your website says phone lines open until 10pm but phone line closed and says only open until 8pm. How do I get support now?

@Plusnet I’ve had your broadband service for 2 months, mobile phones won’t work on it and WiFi signal continually drops out. Tried separating the bands then spent 20 minuets in hold and was advised to try turning the 5Ghz band off completely. No joy. No one is doing me proud.

@Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?

@Plusnet trying to transfer from John Lewis Broadband (brilliant service) to PlusNet. Broadband should have been installed on 01 Nov. Nothing happened. Have now been waiting on call centre for 26 mins. Absolutely awful service.

@Plusnet a long long time ago I cancelled my Plusnet mobile because of the local signal strength - but to this day I still get billed 2p on occasion even though they promised it would be cancelled. I do not understand this and will probably end up going to the ombudsman.

@Plusnet Onto day 6 of an intermittent/slow speed issue, and I'm being told an engineer may or may not turn up on Friday and then you'll check it again on Monday. Promised calls never happen and the ticket just gets ignored. Atrocious

@WeAreOpenreach @Johnwg1984 Complete Bulls**t!! We moved to plusnet with Openreach providing the service and we're on day 10 of openreach not playing ball..... absolutely disgusting...... keep asking for 48 hours to fix the problem and they even feel out with plusnet manager trying to push it!!
