@ClemFandango61 @santanderuk I hate them machines but it's not so easy going inside a branch when they keep closing them down and the ones that are still open close at 3pm. Putting money in my own account has become such an inconvenience and it's something I need to do at least 3 times a month😤

Bloody @santanderuk they’ve frozen my account; I’ve just spend 1.5 hours trying to get through to the fraud department, put on hold, cut off and absolutely nothing. I can’t access my account - fuming 😡

Shrewd move @santanderuk, update the app, to a version my friend's phone cannot use, and then when she tries to log into the web site, she is asked to verify the log in, via the app she can no longer access.

@santanderuk I have just been into my local branch (Angel, London) to deliver mail for a fake account opened at my address but in a different name. The bloke literally said 'what do you want me to do about it?' and refused to even accept the letters with a PIN code and log in

@santanderuk really disappointed in your mortgage team. Have a deadline for completion but earliest you can get a valuation survey is 3 weeks?? I got a structural arranged in 5 days. When I talk to your team about it they are unable to offer any solutions or help at all 😤🤬
