  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @MartinSLewis @santanderuk offered me a cash Isa with a nice perk of an evoucher. They then don't send out the log in details in their own time limit and then stop the promotion so I don't get the evoucher... Investigate this please
