Over 2 minutes listening to messages about how busy it is/why I shouldn’t call. Then a further 4 minutes going through options/messages before I’m even in the queue. Then it’s answered straight away.

Surely the bank could ask you in advance if you want to confirm a payment rather than have total control of our money. Never get a warning when you put in money into a betting site.
