Then took hours to sort out. I need a new credit card provider as this is just over the top ****.

Pughy (@Pughy29) reported@dazzgedd73 @santanderuk We've been with them since the Abbey National days too and unfortunately I have to agree with the poor service. Currently trying to move an ISA which should be easy. Customer service has been dreadful
