    @santanderuk My wife transferred some money to my daughter on October 11th. The money left our account but hasn’t arrived yet! It’s not the first time we’ve transferred money to her but normally it goes through straightaway. Can you fix this please?

    Calling the customer care line for @santanderuk makes you lose the will to live. I hung up after the third time the automated voice told me to inexplicably make a recording of my own voice for “security purposes”.

    @santanderuk some advice: if a client has processed a change to their mortgage don’t keep messaging them telling them that current deal is expiring and encouraging them to take action.Makes client think that process is broken and new deal not actually in place 🙄 #banking #ux #cx

    Cant compliment the customer service @santanderuk on the phone & in branch enough. 3 times this week they have helped & advised me about what I can do while i wait for my replacement debit card which has been delayed by @RoyalMail not delivering in the expected timescales.

    @santanderuk - why do you not have more people working?!?’ 4 offices and only 1 with a trainee. 3 teller desks and only 2 working. Avg queue 8+ people. And wait time of 30 mins plus. #EalingBroadway branch.

    @santanderuk my card was saying error during the chip and pin in the shop. It was working fine yeaterday and my other card worked in the shop.

    @santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

    @santanderuk extremely annoyed and frustrated that Santander have blocked my debit card and state it can take 5 working days to be reinstated. Its hard to believe that in the year 2022 your systems and policies are so rigid. No access to a debit card in these times of crisis!

    @santanderuk cust serv reps need to stop foobing ppl off and check their emails before logging in and 'advising' ppl. Would be even better if they did not end a call mid way. You didn't have the courtesy 2 advise ur customers of the issue in order that they can use other a/c's

    @santanderuk do you actually have anyone answering phone calls? Now on third 30 mins+ attempt because your security algorithm blocked online access. I appreciate security measures, but not ridiculous delay to release block. This'll become a #complaint at this rate!

    @santanderuk so after 39 minutes of thinking if I had a pound for everytime I heard "sorry to keep you waiting...", now you're just ringing out but still no answer after 45 minutes & before you say it, no, I can't resolve my issue online!
