  @santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money.   Does this happen with everyone's bank where they want you to submit documents on your address and all this other ****? I try send money to people and it says failed then accepts the 2nd time round but I can't see the money out my account. These banks are ****. @santanderuk
