    @SkyHelpTeam @skytv 1/2 Hello! So I have found myself in hospital so to speak. At the side of my bed I have a Hospedia TV / Phone. I have no mobile phone signal & only able to use the cloud. Which says its run by sky. It's only for messaging really unless you pay. Due to Covid...

    If you bring in PPV games then youโ€™ll find most people will cancel and get streams from elsewhere. Money grabbing @premierleague @SkyUK @btsportfootball

    So yet again @SkyHelpTeam penalise their long standing customers who have older equipment by not giving them the full experience. No HDR, no @disneyplus in 4K for me. Itโ€™s not like Iโ€™ve been a customer for over 20 years. I think this is the final straw. #beliveinbettermyarse

    This would all be sorted if @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach actually finished the install of fibre to our estate, but they still seem to be dragging their heels on that. I've put up with these slow speeds for too long now! Its 2020, and I'm basically on dial up. @SkyHelpTeam

    Not enough paying for a season ticket n probably not gna get to watch a game all season and paying for a @SkySports subs Iโ€™m now expected to pay ยฃ15 a game for selected PPV games....whoever has decided that....go **** yourselves ๐Ÿ–•๐Ÿ–•

    @SkyHelpTeam just had my net set up today and after installing the router Iโ€™m having low signal strengths in multiple rooms as I live in a high rise flat with thick walls. Canโ€™t find how to either add boost to my package, but do u have a router with more than 2 Ethernet ports? ๐Ÿ˜ข

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi my friends net has gone down and sheโ€™s been calling & calling for hrs now but canโ€™t get through, engineers worked on the tel lines yesterday now the nets gone off, if I DM you her number and add will you call her pls.

    @SkyHelpTeam He didnโ€™t! Sub-contracted Sky engineers have been up there previously, but apparently Sky employed engineers are not allowed? Iโ€™m left with a viewing card, no SkyQ box and no idea what Sky is going to do to resolve issue. I did explain exactly where dish is to the salesperson.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK sort out the download issues with Sky Q! Remote network failure. A number of people I know are having the same issues.

    @g0lfp @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Apparently they are now Sky installers and not sub-contractors. There lies the problem. They want me to pay for a private contractor. Um no! Sky want to bolt a ruddy great pole with a dish on top to the front of my period property in an area full of listed buildings!

    @SkyHelpTeam unbelievably my broadband still not sorted. Been moved to sky boost at extra cost and still download speeds averaging 13 !! Is there no one who can help or I can speak to. Since December nothing but terrible service and me phoning every week โ€” just a disaster
