    @SkyHelpTeam I've had slow broadband for over a month now. Roughly 1.5mb. Things are getting missed in your system so having to be re-raised which your agents tell me means i have to wait another 72hours for a response. Agents go away and say they pass it to someone else but they dont.

    @SkyHelpTeam your broadband team dealing with my issue and complaint are incompetent. This has been going on for over a month now. Time scales don't seem to exist. Issues being re-raised with other departments and having to wait days on end... Sort this out
