    @SkyHelpTeam This is the first contact I have made since I was told packaging would be coming, im not sure how long it takes to arrive? I previously spoke to someone about the overheating problem and was told to return the device for replacement.

    Credit where credit is due. Had broadband booster box issues over the past week. Two lovely ladies in the @SkyHelpTeam call centre couldn't have tried harder to fix it. And today a great guy arrived early, fixed my broadband, and then reconnected all of my home devices too 👏👍

    @TerryMcC89 @SkySports The plan includes condensing the schedules (less meaningless friendlies and 8-0 qualifiers vs San Marino) + having a greater separation between club and international football. Doesn’t have to be more games, just more meaningful games. Intl football is awful and needs to change.

    @SkySports Probably has a lot to do with the opposition of the Super League. It's hard for everyone to be so against that change yet welcome a massive change in the world cup which lets be honest would only be happening to make FIFA more money. Bad timing is mainly the reason.

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband dropping in and out since 2/11/21. From 9/11/21 also no phone line. Can't ring you as have poor mobile coverage and am lucky if the internet stays in long enough to send this. Known faults reported in my area (Rhoose) since 8/11/21. Please help!

    Excuse me @skytv @SkyUK why is someone who gets #SkyGlass with the ultimate package getting HD at no extra cost. Yet you charge a #SkyQ customer for it. Even though it’s the same package and same cost??!! That doesn’t seem fair to me!!
