@SkyHelpTeam keep having internet going on and off, so now no satellite signal being revived turned box on and off again and need to book an engineer which can tak up to five days not really happy when you have a child on school holidays and needs his down time just before bed

wtf is with @SkyHelpTeam cant get on email, sky go or owt. I'm in hospital recovering from a transplant, bad enough that i had to pay £45 quid to access sky wifi being as i have TV, landline, broadband and 2 mobiles with em, let alone service not working. Virgin call when I'm out

@SkyHelpTeam I recently renewed my Sky Broadband after the problems with the signal dropping out was "fixed" by the Outreach engineer you sent out However, the drop outs are happening again & your "customer helpline" has a 45 min wait time How I wish that I'd cancelled instead!
