@OpenreachHelp Sorry Frazer but I've done that. Many, many times. And @SkyHelpTeam have actually been really helpful too when I have done. Unfortunately when it hits yourselves at Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) you're not helpful. Not even slightly. You've no interest in resolving the issue.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes - only app I’ve noticed such an issue with, currently talking to Amazon support but they don’t seem to know much other than turning it off & on again for how to troubleshoot on Sky’s system (think Stream is too new for them!)

Why is @primevideouk so poor quality on @SkyHelpTeam SkyStream - constant buffering, breaking up , pixelation. No other stream app has this issue & bandwidth isn’t an issue either for internally or externally unless it’s your software/hardware. @Apple TV streams same content fine

Coming up to 12 days now of NO internet and NO TV @SkyHelpTeam!!!!! 12 days and still no resolution!!! Obviously issue is outside of our home and with @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach but not only has it not been sorted, we’re not being informed on how/when this will be sorted!!
