    Credit where credit is due. Had broadband booster box issues over the past week. Two lovely ladies in the @SkyHelpTeam call centre couldn't have tried harder to fix it. And today a great guy arrived early, fixed my broadband, and then reconnected all of my home devices too 👏👍

    @SkyHelpTeam This is the first contact I have made since I was told packaging would be coming, im not sure how long it takes to arrive? I previously spoke to someone about the overheating problem and was told to return the device for replacement.

    Unbelievable, We phone @SkyUK regarding our internet & TV package, and now @SkyHelpTeam have tested our working router, broken it and have left us without any internet at all and won’t sort til Monday!! Unbelievably poor service We are fuming. Irony was we phoned to upgrade 😡
