-
Scott Duckitt (@ScottyRDuckitt) reported from Bradford, England@SkyHelpTeam my broadband has been really slow takes awhile for things to load. Can't even check my speed test as it's not connecting to my hub so it says that on the app and on sky's (your) website
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam The only way that can happen is if Openreach come out and do something. Their attitude appears to be that it isn't their fault and they've refused to take any responsibility since. We've tried everything to get our network improved but we're getting nowhere.
-
Michael Edwards (@MENorthAffinity) reported from Leeds, England@thehundred on @SkyCricket @SkySports is unwatchable. The horrible graphics all over the screen make you feel sea sick! Gave it a chance and it’s horrific.
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam Hopefully! Like I've said before, it's not Sky's fault as they can't do anything on the network. It's not right that I'm having to raise a complaint about a completely separate company with yourselves, as that company won't take any responsibility for what they've done.
-
Andrew Hinchcliff (@AndyHinchcliff) reported from Wakefield, England@RolandDekker1 @SkySports @Steven_Gerrad08 And here we go again with some football crap. At least get the right person. How many more times I hate football

Iain McDonell (@ilkleyIain) reported from Ilkley, England@SkyHelpTeam We have been talking to one of your “customer service” colleagues who doesn’t seem to bothered we can’t get the wireless to work & that it’s a free service and tough we now have cables running across our lounge. We have asked to speak to a manager & are now sitting here “on hold”

-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam I've done all of that I'm afraid and had Sky engineers out. This issue is unfortunately bigger than that and relates to the network in our area. Openreach arrived in 2018 to upgrade us all to fibre, but instead added a couple of houses to fibre, ignored the flats and reduced..
-
Viking Flagship (@Stoss66) reported from Ilkley, England@therealjonnyh71 @SkySports Spot on mate. So sick of Chelsea v Arsenal women given headline news when there are higher attendances at non-league grounds (outside Covid times). Just more pc **** rammed down our throats. If it’s good enough it can stand on its own 2 feet

Kevin Med (@KevinMedin18664) reported@Chels_HQ @SkySports Who tf is buying this crap??
-
Glen James (@Glen11Glen) reported@jammierooroo @Kate3255742882 @SkyUK you have 14 days to cancel
-
MS (@my_cat_rocks) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK I still came believe in these times, that you can sign up to these contracts and upgrades online or at a push of a button. When when you want to downgrade or cancel your contract, you need to speak to somebody. Rip off
-
Lisa (@loverlyliza) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK There must be a 14 day cooling off period for her to cancel. Get her another provider. It’s pretty simple these days. Unacceptable. Poor lady. Appalling from Sky.
-
Tartanterrier67 🏴🇬🇧 (@bobonett67) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK @SkyUK tut! Tut! That’s horrible !
-
Steve Boothby (@SteveBreave) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK How anyone pays £100 a month for a service like this defies logic.
-
Gareth Lewis (@garethlewis1959) reported@woody2235554 @jammierooroo @SkyUK My point was that they seemed more amenable to deal with than some bodies. British Gas I won't go near again: BT mis-sold me a package then because I was just outside the 14 day cooling off period said £2000k to cancel!
-
PorscheTime (@PorscheTime) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK My 77yo MIL was recently scammed out of 75,000 by fraudsters and M&S, MBNA and Santander also loaned her 20,15 and 20k . Problem is she didn’t apply and is a pensioner living alone, half deaf and early stage cognitive decline . The police are looking into the fraud which involved clearing her savings accounts at BoS, opening a Revolut and Kraken crypto account to funnel all the money to from her savings accounts and the loans on top. To say the BoScotland, Revolut , M&S, MBNA and Kraken have been unhelpful is an understatement of enormous proportions. The elderly need better protection from services that insist they hold online accounts. How does anyone lend a 77year old 55,000 in 48 hours with no affordability checks or veracity checks and then only want to talk about paying on time. The elderly are so vulnerable online and none seems to give a monkeys. BoS allowed over 130,000 to flow in and out her bank account over an 8 day period on an account that averaged 280 pounds per month flows over the last 2 years and total balance never changed more than 1-2,000 in that time. M&S will lend online easily but to complain or speak to anyone about you have to write to them and after doing so they refuse to discuss it . The elderly are cannon fodder online.

AlAFC (@Philjokes3) reportedCan Gary Neville ever shut ******** up @SkySports
-
Caroline (@Carolin73927687) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK I’ve been without broadband for 3 weeks and no closer to getting it turned on. Can’t speak to anyone unless you threaten to cancel @SkyUK the worst service and if I could I’d leave. If it’s not sorted soon I will be
