    @SkyHelpTeam where do I stand on my Broadband package. I am not getting the guaranteed speeds. You gave me the option to cancel but time limited me to 30 days. Now I cannot get hold of anybody on phone, email or chat to discuss this. Other providers promising better speeds.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. We purchased Frozen 2 when it came out and downloaded it to our Sky box. We've just went to play it and it doesn't work. It goes to a blue screen, but nothing happens. It's a bit disappointing as we now don't have the HD version we paid for to watch.

    @SkySports The Premier League will not declare the season null and void because then Sky & BT would sue them for a refund of around £4.6 Billion investment it made so financially it wouldn't make sense to cancel the season.Every place in the Premier League is worth millions to the clubs.

    @blacklablover01 @SkyUK They provide all the equipment you need to hang it on the wall flat. If you want it to extend or angle, that's up to you. The beauty is that you only have the power cord to deal with as the box is in the TV and everything is Wi-Fi. Except we had to go back to ethernet so...🫤

    @SkyUK Delivered by two guys it was so heavy. Streaming sounds great but if you miss something BBC and ITV don’t render it till the following day. The menu system is horrible and some programs are not there anymore. You cant screencast either. Picture quality not great.I sent mine back,

And more important who wants no tv when they are watching tv. It’s a terrible product and you know it. A decent tv and sky Q is far superior

    @SkyUK Biggest pile of 💩wish I didn’t give up my old tv. Sound is terrible, picture is too dark and blacks are awful, freezes, sound cuts out, can’t watch stuff you record straight away. Garbage.
