    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach .. network in 2018. Using the internet or any services (like Sky Catch Up!) are almost impossible as our speeds are so slow. I do appreciate it's not Sky's fault (its Openreach's), but we really need your help to push them to do something while we wait on fibre.

    @therealjonnyh71 @SkySports Spot on mate. So sick of Chelsea v Arsenal women given headline news when there are higher attendances at non-league grounds (outside Covid times). Just more pc **** rammed down our throats. If itโ€™s good enough it can stand on its own 2 feet

    @SkyHelpTeam I've done all of that I'm afraid and had Sky engineers out. This issue is unfortunately bigger than that and relates to the network in our area. Openreach arrived in 2018 to upgrade us all to fibre, but instead added a couple of houses to fibre, ignored the flats and reduced..

    @SkyHelpTeam The only way that can happen is if Openreach come out and do something. Their attitude appears to be that it isn't their fault and they've refused to take any responsibility since. We've tried everything to get our network improved but we're getting nowhere.

    @SkyHelpTeam I know that it is a wireless issue, not a line issue. I have tried everything on your suggested list at least twice, nothing works! A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

    And yes Iโ€™m using capitals because I am annoyed and angry at the shockingly poor service. I want to cancel my subscription on 16/9 and for some reason @SkyUK are unable to process this information.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK Stay calm (I get the irritation) and explain the vulnerable situation and point out there is a cooling off period so they need to make it where you want the package and will deal. Sky always have a "deal" cos they know losing a customer is often a permanently closed door

    What a disgrace @skytv are been on the phone for an hour my Aunty is expected to pay ยฃ50 a month for lowest form of broadband because she canโ€™t have full fibre due to a care package on her phone, after 18 years as a customer I expect better @SkyHelpTeam
