Stacey Stothard (@StaceyStothard) reported from Skipton, EnglandCredit where credit is due. Had broadband booster box issues over the past week. Two lovely ladies in the @SkyHelpTeam call centre couldn't have tried harder to fix it. And today a great guy arrived early, fixed my broadband, and then reconnected all of my home devices too 👏👍
-
robert wood (@wakeynumberone) reported from Wakefield, England@SkyUK Hi I have sky q multi room through a sky q mini box. I recently upgraded to superfast broadband and broadband boost but since then my mini box continually freezes and looses connection, can you help??

Paul🏆 (@PaulMarsden6) reported from Dewsbury, England@SkySports your bias towards the so called super 6 is so bad when Leeds beat Chelsea that got no chat after the match whatsoever has you had another game to show now you can’t give Leeds 1 second without going to adverts you haven’t given the teams out yet
-
Chris Henning (@the_hendog) reported from Bradford, England@SkyUK is there a problem in the BD17 area? My broadband is constantly dropping in and out every 2 to 3 mins. A real pain in the backside.
-
Emma Smith (@emmasmithjourno) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam Did so, got an automated message that if I was having a problem with broadband, I'd get a text when it is fixed. Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.
-
Emma Smith (@emmasmithjourno) reported from Leeds, EnglandToday marks one week without internet at home - one week since @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam promised it would take 'two working days' to fix and it was an @OpenreachHelp issue. Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam Hopefully! Like I've said before, it's not Sky's fault as they can't do anything on the network. It's not right that I'm having to raise a complaint about a completely separate company with yourselves, as that company won't take any responsibility for what they've done.
-
Marching On Together (@motforum) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam Three and a half weeks to be left without the service I pay you a lot of money for is extremely poor though!
-
Dan cole (@DanC10107) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam This is the first contact I have made since I was told packaging would be coming, im not sure how long it takes to arrive? I previously spoke to someone about the overheating problem and was told to return the device for replacement.
-
Carol Marsh (@Camdragon) reported from Dewsbury, England@LaraInTheMiddle Quite right, such a lot of hassle and inconvenience for you. I'm not looking to change my broadband (@VodafoneUK have been ace since I switched last year) but I definitely know who to avoid next time! Bad PR, @SkyHelpTeam
-
Jordan (@jordfcs) reported from Bradford, England@yatin_suvagiya @virginmedia Sky are rubbish 3 weeks I have been calling them to sort out an issue and now the managers that are promising to call me don’t call me back shocking service from @SkyUK can’t wait to leave and virgin have offered me a cheaper deal with more add ons that sky can give me
-
TonyD🇾🇪 (@hg1fcum) reported from Harrogate, England@BPete1970 @BigEamon75 @SkySports At half time my mate said "we're going to have to tighten up in the second half" he was never allowed to forget it, to the extent the vicar mentioned it at his funeral #Dawsie
-
Paul Mitchell 🤘 (@ukbronco) reported from Bingley, England@gwragg74 @SkyUK We can't get it. Land issues in our row of houses so they can't dig up the street and install their own cable.

Ste Wilko (@Wilko_666) reported@SkySports Not exactly something to get excited about... first time in my 30+ years of watching F1 that I haven't been interested in the races because of the awful manufactured bullshit racing that the new regs have caused. It's just terrible. I pray they sort it out ASAP
-
Crimson King (@ThudVisa) reported@jammierooroo @Nelia23893053 @SkyUK You yourself must be sick in the head spending 1300 quid a year on watching woke/ celebrity/ lefty shite on TV, never mind your MIL. No sympathy whatsoever. £25 a week for **** sake.

Bry (@daventrian) reported@SkyHelpTeam 27 years a customer for the vast majority paying a full subscription of movies &sports and now with ill health & falling into debt & when I really need help they won’t let me relinquish 9 months left on my contract. I was going to take a break, I’ll never be back.

-
Lisa (@loverlyliza) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK There must be a 14 day cooling off period for her to cancel. Get her another provider. It’s pretty simple these days. Unacceptable. Poor lady. Appalling from Sky.
-
Anthony 🏴 (@tonycharles66) reported@talkSPORT @SkySports @NOW The guy is a melonhead. Talks ****, played ****, is ****. Why is he given any airtime at all?
-
Puglife69 (@craigybaby42) reported@jammierooroo @garethlewis1959 @SkyUK If she was crying on the phone agents wouldn't have resigned her in a contract terms and conditions are read and your mil would have agreed calls are recorded if bad agent behaviour would be monitored and looked into there is more then meets the eye with your tweet
-
Gareth Lewis (@garethlewis1959) reported@woody2235554 @jammierooroo @SkyUK My point was that they seemed more amenable to deal with than some bodies. British Gas I won't go near again: BT mis-sold me a package then because I was just outside the 14 day cooling off period said £2000k to cancel!
