I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

@SkyHelpTeam The line test is not helpful, if I can get to the website then the line test is going to tell me my internet is fine. Which also means it gives me no options to submit a fault. It's a recurring problem which I just want to submit a fault for without having to sit in a phone queue

@SkyUK Was a customer for a long time but as always the price creeps up and only when u threaten to leave will they offer u a better price. Broadband wasn’t great and now I’ve moved that too. All about the money and less about customers. Sky is a bad service all round now.
