😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

@SkyHelpTeam Agreed to new 18 month deal yesterday 25/3/22. Always paid DD. Payment due 24/3 was never taken. Have checked all day today - still not taken. I am NOT prepared to pay £10 charge for late payment - Sky’s fault, not mine.

@TTCMatt @SkySports 1/2 Imagine paying £30 to book a table at a restaurant on a Saturday at 7pm. Then that restaurant calling you 3/4 weeks before to tell you your booking has moved to Friday at 5pm, and if you cancel you loose your £30. No other business is allowed to operate like this.

36 Hours without internet access...trying to reach the right department to address it with @SkyUK took five hours a fault at the exchange...the advisors I spoke with (apart from Jordan) were great but overall their customer service was abysmal

@TTCMatt @SkySports 2/2 If a game is moved all pre-paid ticket holders should be given the option to ask for a refund if they can no longer attend. Again football playing on the unconditional support of its fans.
