😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

@SkyUK this the second month you have taken full payment from me despite telling me you would refund 2 weeks worth of my bill because of equipment failure of new skyQ boxes under 6 months old failed and I had not tv service for 16 days. Why should I pay for your failure

I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

@MattWellock @SkyUK @virginmedia I made the huuuuge mistake of moving to Virgin this year. Oh my god it’s bloody awful, never thought to check the latency on the internet, it’s 300 Mb Fibre but slower than copper 30 Mb as the latency somehow is 100 times higher ... and PPV quality is rubbish

The hypocrisy from Graeme Souness on @SkySports is just ridiculous. Calls Maguire a diver for going down under minimal contact yet when Salah went down last week like he'd been shot, it was clever play. He's not even trying to hide it!

@SkySports Too many players in our team think they can coast in games. You cannot do this if you want to win the league. Rashford and Martial are costing us way too many points due to their inconsistent performances. Some weeks they're unreal, most they are poor. This is why we need depth.

WTF is Souness on about? We scored 1, could have scored 2/3 more, including hitting the post. We weren’t really outplayed in the 2nd half at all. Bamford wasn’t fouled, yet he’s making out it was a stonewall penalty. Strange @SkySports always have to set an agenda. #AFC
