@SkyHelpTeam I have Sky Broadband and Sky Glass and at least once a night, one channel or another freezes, which can be annoying. Is this an internet/wifi issue or a Sky Glass problem?

@SkyUK this the second month you have taken full payment from me despite telling me you would refund 2 weeks worth of my bill because of equipment failure of new skyQ boxes under 6 months old failed and I had not tv service for 16 days. Why should I pay for your failure

😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

@SkyHelpTeam Mines has been fine since release, a new update, and now, every day you have to reset it. Customer service just Internet provider or router, then blame wifi but get the same issues via ethernet cable. Sort your coding out as there is a clear conflict somewhere
