I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I’ve. It happens intermittently. I’ve hard coded the public dns ip servers and then it does work. It’s a problem with dns for some app’s only. The sites aren’t blocked. Apps like slack and WhatsApp are affected too.
