I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

@StanCollymore @prodnose I'm f'kin fuming Stan, we never asked for this, we don't want it and for all the sums of cash that #skysports charge us, at least it brought the game to a wider world and market. @SkyHelpTeam Interesting that sky helps solution is to go online and look for customer services. Doesn't matter now after nearly four hours of no help at all. She's decided to cancel the contract and stick with virgin media. Had enough of being messed around by sky's minions.
