    @SkyHelpTeam We pay you guys massive amounts of money for a service you now haven’t been able to properly provide for DAYS. How can this be dragging on like this? It’s unacceptable as is your general attitude regarding this issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam It seemed to help initially but this evening, while watching live TV, The One Show, different segments of the show had different lip sync delays. We also had to turn power off again as apps and live TV weren't working at all !!!

    @jameswhyte81 @SkyHelpTeam I know mate online check says no issues in your area but I can’t get TV or WiFi so clearly there is a problem. For what we pay it’s a disgrace to be honest.

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box keeps disconnecting and I keep having to reboot it. I have sky broadband and this service is a shambles

    @SkyHelpTeam classic again today having to reboot my broadband and Sky Q boxes. This is a regular occurrence probably 3 times a day. Safe to say I’m not happy and think your service is a shambles really for what people pay in this current climate.

    Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any ownership at all for broadband outage issues and when it will be resolved? Currently paying for broadband & multiroom that doesn’t work & then data on top? That can’t be customer service???

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, my mum in Basildon (SS14) recently had to have openreach out because her internet packed up. Now barely a week later it’s gone again, is there an issue in that area please??

    Pathetic customer support and help from @SkyUK broadband - activated almost a week ago and still struggling to get internet connection - everytime the customer support just reads out a same generic script involving turning the router on and off - unbelievable

    @saintly67 @SkyHelpTeam Save yourself the call. Hold down the small reset button on the back of your router until the lights on the front go off. Then go back to your Q box and reconnect. Your other devices won’t need reconnecting.

    @SkyHelpTeam ongoing nightmare for months now. Several engineer visits,still same issues. Wasted so much time trying to speak to sky,with a baby is really difficult. Last sky rep spoke to said she'd call me back 19.11.20 but did not. At wits end. Apparently I'm a sky vip customer

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there is a charge on my sky bill for a recording I did not watch. Contact centre flat out refusing to cancel charge , even though I rang up on that night to make sure charge was cancelled .

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your reply - Tried this, on numerous occasions and it says it’s fine - it clearly isn’t. Will do this again. I’m mindful of what that other engineer has stated. Would it be router issues perhaps

    @SkyHelpTeam No response to this? It's been 5 days without Internet, trying to work from home through it and I get fobbed off every time I call. I was told an engineer would be dealing with the issue before 6pm yesterday, but that never happened.
