@SkyHelpTeam Why is there an admin fee? Contract is finished by you! If you can give me that rate anyway why does it have to come under as a discount? Pay £10 upfront to save £5 a month Why? I can understand if adding channels/service or new installations. But I'm getting same thing or less!

  • gaishey Gaishey (@gaishey) reported from London, England

@Rob_Harrison_82 @SkyHelpTeam They can’t say at the moment as their internet is down and unable to get online to fix the problem

  • Shims_g Glyn Shimell (@Shims_g) reported from Bromley, England

@virginmedia your customer process to report a deceased account holder to cancel services is an absolute shambles, been on hold for 2 hours, no links on your website to do it. Thank god I’m with @SkyUK

  • Vindictus13 Vindictus Veridian (@Vindictus13) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@SkyHelpTeam We have built up excess data on our Sky Mobile Phones.. in these difficult times, is it possible to donate some of our excess data to schools, people in need etc to help support them??

  • purplepenguin81 Kelly 🐧🤘 (@purplepenguin81) reported from Romford, England

@ademwaterman @SkyUK Wtf? @SkyHelpTeam are terrible. Had a problem once (their fault) then tried to charge me an admin fee to fix it. When I complained they said the admin fees pay the staff their wages.

  • Vindictus13 Vindictus Veridian (@Vindictus13) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband Why is it every time I've called you to say my interest isn't working properly you've told me 'we've tun tests and it's working fine' when clearly there are issues??

  • gaishey Gaishey (@gaishey) reported from London, England

@iamtomskinner @SkyHelpTeam They can’t say at the moment as their internet is down and unable to get online to fix the problem

  • purplepenguin81 Kelly 🐧🤘 (@purplepenguin81) reported from Romford, England

@SkyHelpTeam Before lockdown u screwed me over and I had to cancel a package. During lockdown u "paused" my sports package then couldn't reinstate the deal so I had to cancel part of that. Now I'm expected to pay an admin fee to get what I already have at an extra £5 a month iso £10.

  • teenaantoniou Teena Antoniou (@teenaantoniou) reported from Walthamstow, England

@PushGill79 @SkyHelpTeam Ah, thought I was going mad. Help @SkyHelpTeam #skydown in #chingford for days. Keeps dropping signal.

  • dazzgedd73 dazz ii am (@dazzgedd73) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband down again!! #skybroadband

  • VialliChelseaFC Vialli's Chelsea FC (@VialliChelseaFC) reported from Bromley, England

@TheScore01 @PaulInce @SkySports I just have this feeling Lampard will ignore the call and stick with who he knows. It’s no disgrace to bring someone in as a sounding board but the wider issue of his reluctance could be his downfall....just don’t feel Morris cuts it as an assistant at this level.

Sky Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • stevejarvis Steve Jarvis (@stevejarvis) reported

@SkySports Lewis was trying to back out and Max didn't bother to try. Still a racing incident and the stewards gave in to Horner's Hyperbole

  • Lew_2708 Lewis (@Lew_2708) reported

@SkySports No! Max should have as Lewis had the pace and the inside line. Max could have stayed wide and continued racing side to side but he wanted to be aggressive and lost. Racing incident

  • unders0007 Unders (@unders0007) reported

@SkySports No. And as for Horner, roles reversed, he would have backed Max. I’ve never liked Smarmy Horner tbh. Shows true colours

  • hebinho7 Heb França (@hebinho7) reported

    @SkySports **** no!

  • WoodsyWood821 John Woods (@WoodsyWood821) reported

@SkySports Schumacher made a career of these sort of moves. The two best drivers are never going to back out of a move. Would Horner be lambasting Max if the shoe was on the other foot? Didn't think so..

  • Daniely79 Dan (@Daniely79) reported

@SkySports Both could, max knew Lewis was there he still tried to turn in to make the Apex. Poor judgement to think Lewis was just going to let him have it. Game on in the title race which is good for all of us who want a competitive season not over with 5 races left.

  • stevenhatfull steven hatfull (@stevenhatfull) reported

@SkySports @tedkravitz @SkySportsF1 Damn right Hamilton took the flying Dutchman out.

  • Mirthematician Simon 🌱🇪🇺 (@Mirthematician) reported

@SkySports @tedkravitz @SkySportsF1 Also, could I see Max going for the same move if the positions were reversed? Yes, absolutely I could. And if the outcome had been exactly the same, would Red Bull be screaming for Max's disqualification? No of course not. They'd say it was a racing incident.

  • D84537821D Ste-D (@D84537821D) reported

@LuckyStrike1007 @SjefVugt @SkySports Hamilton knew exactly what he was doing that’s why he got the penalty for causing a accident , it’s not a racing incident as suggested by some commentators

  • Dingers131 Jimmy Jazz (@Dingers131) reported

@Chris_p18 @SjefVugt @SkySports Right? I am sick of people sharing that image. Just represent the scenario that played out. No one was to blame more than the other. It was a racing incident and we are only talking about it because sore loser MV came out on the losing side of it.
