@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK just received this. As a “valued “ customer who has been with sky a long time I feel that this should be a free upgrade, not an extra £13 a month plus installation. I already pay sky more than enough, including mobiles and broadband.

Also our new backroom technical team are much more talented. Howe is better manager for sure but has had much more help. #NUFC
