The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

No explanation for why it took so long. Also, looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks.

I've just checked my account and my bill is due to go up to £66 in Nov and Dec. Why is there such a huge increase? Please could you look into this.

Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. Surely 1 channel is enough for the darts then the rugby could have been on a dedicated channel instead of the poor red button.
