@SkyUK i am disgusted at the service i have received. Spent 4 hours on phone 2day. Both myself & husband are both keyworkers with 2 small children. Left with no tv at all!! Been told by manager we won't have an engineer until 3rd Dec!!!

@SkyHelpTeam really getting fed up with your crappy internet. Signal strength excellent download speed poor all other devices disconnected from the internet but can’t watch a film I bought from you on the sky store via my @NOWTV box. Gonna have to change broadband providers

As this uncertainty builds I decided to find a better deal elsewhere. @SkyHelpTeam now insist I have to pay for a service they cannot provide in the interim. Disgusting company. I shall never return and will tell everyone I know about it.

@SkyHelpTeam Was a BT customer for years but decided to switch to Sky. In past few months, I had as many issues with Sky broadband as I had with BT in years. It is a joke. No way I'm staying with Sky. Can't plan anything or do anything, especially in modern times, when it's all net depended.

@SkyHelpTeam @JamesBu21387819 We’ve been in contact with sky for the last couple of weeks about our ridiculously slow internet speed and no outgoing phone line at all. No one has offered us a service credit yet?!
