    Once again @SkyHelpTeam has screwed me over. When I cancelled BT sport in March cos of pandemic they said when I put it back it will be same price. Liars! Trying to charge extra £25 a month iso original £12. 45mins to be told by they dont give a **** @WhichUK @Ofcom

    @SkyHelpTeam Don’t have the option to hold the line sadly. My Sky ID is connected to when I was customer with you 8 years ago so can’t do anything now I’m a new customer again and this month my bill is double what it usually is for no reason. Can you advise how I speak to someone?

    @JeffStelling Soccer Saturday will never be the same if u go and neither will Saturday afternoons when I'm not at Kenilworth Road. I'd switch to BT sport and seriously consider my @SkySports subscription

    Come on @SkyUK impossible to speak to an actual person & when you do they assure they will help and say I’m just transferring you to confirm & you hold for 27 minutes 4th attempt to sort out my bill since May .. #notgoodenough

    @SkyHelpTeam guys what update was sent out over night. I'm getting This screen does not support HDCP try reconnecting your HDMI cable. Sky appears for a split second then same blue screen

    @SkyHelpTeam what are we supposed to do if we have an issue before 8.30am. My husband has to start work at 7am and he can’t get logged in as we can not get an internet service . Since we joined Sky broadband we have had nothing but issues and it’s so frustrating .

    @SkyHelpTeam You know that was 13 hours ago. I'm a Q customer. I've resolved it by unplugging the Q box left it an hour plugged it back in. So while I appreciate the reply 13 hours is of little help

    @SkyUK want to sign up to your tv and broadband package as I’ve moved was a long standing virgin customer ... but it seems you don’t want new business saying I’m an existing customer (which I’m not) and no response on multiple messages on FB and chat won’t load ...

    @JamesTactics Plastic fans, @SkySports still mad they wasn’t able to purchase (they’ve hated us ever since) so called “Legends” that NEED us to be bad so THEY stay relevant (If we was still producing legends who would listen to Paul scholes? Really?) Rio needs us to be bad for engagement.

    @SkyHelpTeam @skytv I am a VIP member of 25 years. I'm disgusted & very disappointed with your customer service and Value team, who I have spoken to SEVERAL times to renew my soon to expire contract. You require another £50 a month + my subscription, NOT Renewing! AWFUL SERVICE!

    @SkySports some of the comments regarding Arteta having to win something are rubbish. He has taken a poor squad to the best in country. Finishing second 3 seasons running is an achievement, obviously we want to win it, Arteta job is not in jeopardy if we don’t! Fantastic Manager

    @SkyHelpTeam Ive now been on a call for over 1hr and 20mins. Spoke to 4 different people, 3 of which transferred me to an incorrect department. What is going on with your customer service, its awful!! I have a sky mobile that doesn't work which I'm saying for. What can I do??
