These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-won’t be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?

Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. Doesn't even work properly all the time but they know best of a bad bunch round here!

No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill the loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

I've just checked my account and my bill is due to go up to £66 in Nov and Dec. Why is there such a huge increase? Please could you look into this.

The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. Had 12 months of constant drop in service TV, constantly buffering when watching mini box. 5 different engineers been out.
