@SkyHelpTeam Hello. I've been a customer for over 2 years. I was paying £47 a month for broadband and TV, then it went up to £54. I've just checked my account and my bill is due to go up to £66 in Nov and Dec. Why is there such a huge increase? Please could you look into this.

@SkyHelpTeam It says ‘Item unavailable’. I understand it is a problem being experienced by many users on the Sky Community and a ‘known problem’ at Sky. I have updated the software and changed the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 but still no joy. It is making Sky unusable for us.

@SkyHelpTeam hi our broadband went down at 3.30 am and we still can't get it to connect. Are there any problems/in the NR16 area that might be causing this. The status page says not but I've checked the cables and everything seems to be ok but the internet light is out
