    Have paid £34.50 just to speak to a customer service assistant @SkyHelpTeam about an account which was meant to be closed. No email address for me to address the issue. Horrendous, quite frankly.

    @dtoole764 @SkyUK Firstly they said they could fix it outside. Then needed access. Then they didn’t need access. Then they said it’s fixed and it isn’t. Now had to send picture of hub etc.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, we've been without internet since Saturday and were told that it would be within three working days, and today we've been told it's five, and that there's no way Sky can get any time frame information from Openreach. Pretty poor service guys...

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK just received this. As a “valued “ customer who has been with sky a long time I feel that this should be a free upgrade, not an extra £13 a month plus installation. I already pay sky more than enough, including mobiles and broadband.

    @dtoole764 @SkyUK I live in a big block of flats and the box they need has lots of connections. What happens is openreach come and fiddle around for a new customer and end up knocking someone else off.

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to set up my sky hub 500 max is a pain and I haven't gotten nowhere. So my xbox nat type refuses to stay open and ny Nintendo switch refuses to use the 5ghz band if I turn of 2.4ghz then my sky tv box won't connect ive done everything under the sun to fix it.
