    @SkyHelpTeam No call no reply no help as usual. Sky have never been so poor in service. Sky plus was better even when you had to call India to sort out problems. Your engineers set it up they need to sort problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam Have not even started contract and already under stress by you not doing what you assured would happen. Moving is stressful during a a pandemic and already you have let us down . Not impressed, 1 1/2 hours trying to sort only to be told I need to sort it myself.

    @SkyUK I have had enough. I ant sky plus back sky q does not work for me as #BT say their Wi-fi is bad so watching skyQ is impossible. Fed up of calling u to complain.

    @SkyHelpTeam was supposed to have our broadband and sky talk activated yesterday. Engineer didn’t show up. Customer service couldn’t give me any information as @WeAreOpenreach only update them the day after they are supposed to complete the work. No information on our order

    Moved in over a week ago and @SkyUK say it’s still going to be another 7-10 working days before we get wifi- shocking service as new customers who are now having to spend a fortune hot spotting data working from home. Calling @virginmedia today.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a tft saying my broadband now live. I’ve spent the last few hours trying to get the Internet and it’s not working! We’ve moved house. I’ve no internet light on the router help please! Tried everything!

    @SkyHelpTeam I called again and asked for sky plus to be reinstalled. No answer yet. Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. I am very annoyed we pay for sky q and it’s unreliable used a lot of calories running up and down stairs resetting

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry but your customer service is terrible. Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? You charge people enough for your services.

    @Martin_Buhagiar @SkySports To be fair the worst commentary of the weekend came in the WBA v Brighton game, after Wellbecks penalty hit the post, he hit the rebound back at goal, the ref blew for a free kick. Lee Hendrie asked the commentator why , the commentator didn’t know either. Unbelievable.

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet is still intermittently not working right. I waited on hold for 45 min this week, when I finally got through I got cut off after 5 min and the lady never even called me back! Your customer service is very poor. 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam this morning my broadband was working perfectly. A team of engineers arrived with no warning blocked our drive & did god knows what with the telegraph pole & wiring, because they then left a few hrs later & I now have no signal. How do I escalate? I WFH so its urgent

    @SkyHelpTeam Wow - with no notice you’ve shut our account, advisor I spoke to yesterday and raised a complaint with has taken it on themselves to close our account, I thought I was quite clear that we only wanted to cancel our account if the issues with glass weren’t being addressed

    @SkyHelpTeam I have already tried that, every day, for the last three weeks, but no-one has been able to help me. All I have been told is that "someone from the appropriate team" will call me back within 24hrs, but this never happens!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been waiting for nearly 3 weeks for your mobile tech team to resolve a problem with my wife’s phone. Her number still isn’t active, so she can’t send or receive text messages, which means she can’t use 2FA websites and Apple Pay transactions can’t be verified
