    @dtoole764 @SkyUK I live in a big block of flats and the box they need has lots of connections. What happens is openreach come and fiddle around for a new customer and end up knocking someone else off.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK just received this. As a “valued “ customer who has been with sky a long time I feel that this should be a free upgrade, not an extra £13 a month plus installation. I already pay sky more than enough, including mobiles and broadband.

    @dtoole764 @SkyUK Firstly they said they could fix it outside. Then needed access. Then they didn’t need access. Then they said it’s fixed and it isn’t. Now had to send picture of hub etc.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, for the last few weeks my broadband hasn’t been as strong as expected. I’m having many issues where it’s just freezing. Pay £33 for super fast broadband and this is not fulfilling its title. It’s quite appalling. With issues faced, it’s definitely not worth £33

    @SkyHelpTeam It says there are no issues in my known area but every time it asks me to book an engineer, because there's something wrong with my home connection, the page goes back to the start. 3 nights in a row this week, it's happened, but my connection is fine during the day.
