That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.

I’d like to know why workmen turned up outside, cut wires and took a telephone pole down and we weren’t given warning.
