I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.

I’d like to know why workmen turned up outside, cut wires and took a telephone pole down and we weren’t given warning.

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No communication from Sky as to why it is taking so long to fix or when it will be fixed. #ridiculous
