    @SkyHelpTeam just had engineer cos sky mini box lost connection and we couldn't resolve ourselves. Now back on but intermittently losing connection and freezing . Looking at help forums seems a common problem. What can be done to resolve please?

    @SkyHelpTeam i hope there is going to be some sort of compensation for this downtime. unable to use internet or most sky Q features (which is in my opinion not as great as the previous sky box service) since the pictures repeat quite a bit or break up pixelated.

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there any update on the outage? its been down all day in MCR/ East Lancs. The Status page says nothing wrong when there obviously is. WiFi coverage isn't as good as the old sky Q hub since we upgraded to glass either. will sky boost cover lack of service?

    @SkyUK @skytv can you provide an update for the ongoing broadband outages in Manchester (Atherton). It’s been off since 0130 this morning and I’ve seen no communication of an ETA of when it’ll be restored nor what the issue is. It affects internet calls too. #skybroadband
