@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Whenever I watch the Discovery+ app, the skyq box fan goes into overdrive and is very noisy. You have to switch it off at the wall to return it to normal. Lots of forum posts about this issue - any fixes? Thanks

Day 6 of no internet and 3 teenagers unable to do home schooling😡we’ve been a customer of @SkyUK for nearly 20 years, pay for all channels every year and what absolutely appalling customer service we’ve had 🤬🤬 no closer to sorting the problem so we have to just wait and wait

@SkyHelpTeam There is no ‘issue’ just broadband is 💩 in our area. Considering a lot of the country are now working from home I would have thought you’d upgrade the lines... but no... so we struggle with 0.65 download with 2 jobs and homeschooling... thanks Sky 🙄

Thankfully the engineer who attended was very competent and fixed our issue .. even though it was over a week of waiting. Appalling customer service tho in the most part

@SkySports now can't watch F1 (which was recorded but because I've watched a bit of it seems to have deleted!!!) The highlights are recorded but because the original programme has over run its actually Ted's note book and the round up that's recorded extremely poor!!!

@Nathanwiz @SuperSportTV He was never on supersports Its Skysports or BTsports that broadcast the premier league to super sports and others so he was In either Sky or BT i’m not sure but not on supersport

@SkyHelpTeam After 20yrs of Sky my subscription to SkyQ, Fibre Broadband & phone line all end on the 10th, very sad. The Tvs kept me sane through 13 years of Chemotherapy but it has to go. £9 more a month is just too much and Sky won't lower it. It's a shame for a loyal customer
