    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I want to upgrade my Sky Q 2TB box to a HDR capable one. Also I have issues with the box so think a change is due. I’ve registered but how long before I’m able to do this? Can this be speeded up in any way? Thanks.

    @Skysports stop going on about Jordan Rhodes. He has never shown his previous form for us - under any manager. He is not a target man , he would be anonymous on the pitch If he was there. We still need a striker because JR hasn’t done anything for us. We wish he would come good

    @jacquep @SkyHelpTeam I feel your pain. Had a similar problem. They eventually agreed that it was the modem. We were out of contract and agreed to upgrade. But they wouldn’t send new modem until the engineers came to make the new connection to the house. Was a nightmare getting a basic service.

    @SkySports I for one will support Frank wherever he goes. Personally I have more support for him than Tuchel and the way he's got a one track way of playing and the disgusting treatment of certain players. We had that with Conte and Sarri but Tuchel is not a Chelsea man.

    @jacquep @SkyHelpTeam Whatever they say ... it will always be 'your problem' ... std response usually ... I invariably end up hanging up ... sick of companies that constantly blame the customer for their issues
