@SkyUK took less than 15mins to set up sky package 17 months ago. Attempted to cancel this evening and was on hold for 35mins before sky bloke tells me he’ll have to direct me to cancellations. Waited another 40mins before I get a message saying it’s 8pm and the depts closed! 😡

@SkyHelpTeam No I’ve been trough this a dozen times doing speed tests and stupid photos of my set up, it is set up the same way it has been for years and it works fine with other providers, I want you to tell me what speed I should be receiving .. dont keep passing me to other people

@SkyUK Had your broadband for a couple of years and never a problem 👍decided to give @bt_uk new unbreakable internet a try BIG MISTAKE !! It’s awful absolutely breakable more like,appalling WiFi everything lags it’s terrible cancelled it within days of joining.rejoining you today !!👍

What a surprise, my Sky broadband is down AGAIN. Twice a day at least for the past four months and every time I check @SkyHelpTeam there’s “no problems in my area”… I work from home so not ideal and the account holder is a carer for 2 people so doesn’t really have time to call
