    @SkyHelpTeam so I was on the phone for half an hour only to be told I could cancel my non existent sky sports package for a charge of £60 !! No room for manoeuvre and now I read this ! So I have to call back again for an gotta wait to do what should’ve been offered yesterday 😡

    @CraigioAndrew @SkyHelpTeam Just called up and there’s a problem in Walkley. Apparently an @WeAreOpenreach engineer has been informed but I could take up to 5 days. Fingers crossed it doesn’t take that long 😬

    @MartinSLewis Dreading it as I’m on 80%, but my gym have paused monthly payments, @SkyHelpTeam have paused my SkySports, So that frees up a small amount. First thing I’ll be paying is my rent, Council tax payments I have made a decision to pause that, and my Help to Buy ISA payments also

    @SkyHelpTeam I have told you the issue, your next move should be to inform your tech / IT team to fix it, why should I continue paying £150 a month for this sun standard service. It’s been an issue for many months albeit inconsistent it’s not good enough

    .@SkyHelpTeam Can you tell me if there is a problem in being able to access and watch Paramount+ please? We can get into the app but as soon as we try to access a programme the app crashes on the main box. This does not happen on the mini boxes. Help please!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been through every tip that you provided, nothing makes it any better. I am sure the issue is outside of my home, as my neighbours are having the same problem. I think a check on the cables is needed. Do you have a fone number that I can talk to a person?

    @SkyHelpTeam For £150 a month for the last 18 years no it’s not what I expect. This company is rich enough to provide a decent app and service. The SKY GO app is honestly lacking in investment and decency. Happens both with mobile data 4G and WiFi which is not with SKY but the WiFi is fine
