    @SkyHelpTeam No I’ve been trough this a dozen times doing speed tests and stupid photos of my set up, it is set up the same way it has been for years and it works fine with other providers, I want you to tell me what speed I should be receiving .. dont keep passing me to other people

    @SkyUK took less than 15mins to set up sky package 17 months ago. Attempted to cancel this evening and was on hold for 35mins before sky bloke tells me he’ll have to direct me to cancellations. Waited another 40mins before I get a message saying it’s 8pm and the depts closed! 😡

    @SkyUK this is getting ridiculous now. It’s been a week since we lost broadband and cannot get any information beyond “there is an outage in your area”. Is it going to be resolved in RH16 Haywards Heath? If so, when? The lack of information is staggering.

    @virginmedia I understand but I have rang & rang, spoken to so many people & departments, emailed, filled in complaint forms & nothing happens/changes. I'm getting to the point now where I'm thinking of staying with @SkyUK & cancelling as it's beyond frustrating not getting answers/resolution
