    @SkyHelpTeam contract coming to an end so I phoned upgrade and told to ring customer service so I did and they told me to look on line for an offer and ring them backโ€ฆ so your customer service is for the customer to do it themselves โ€ฆ. Iโ€™m sure BT or Virgin will help me
