    @SkyHelpTeam just had engineer cos sky mini box lost connection and we couldn't resolve ourselves. Now back on but intermittently losing connection and freezing . Looking at help forums seems a common problem. What can be done to resolve please?

    @SkyHelpTeam The issue is with your website. It says my speed is 40 Mb/s when in reality, it is less than 1. I have realised it is so you don't have to pay out on your "Speed" guarantee. You are a company of con-artists and frauds. I will be cancelling as soon as possible

    @SkyHelpTeam But I have been watching it for a year. You need to get your software developers to fix the Sky Q boxes not to crash when they get upset with other wifi.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I had sky q installed. It is constantly losing connection to my internet. Broadband is fine as everything else working. Have tried resetting and all your help section. What is the issue and can you help. Means downloads are constantly failing. Thanks
