Ao @SkyUK says an outage on broadband in my area, but status checker says no issues. No broadband for about an hour so far. No information available as to why. Joyful.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Whenever I watch the Discovery+ app, the skyq box fan goes into overdrive and is very noisy. You have to switch it off at the wall to return it to normal. Lots of forum posts about this issue - any fixes? Thanks

@SkySports Proved everyone wrong with his great ball distribution, kicked the ball out of play every 2nd kick and made a number of passes into terrible danger. Can’t catch a ball and punches it out or spills it under no pressure whatsoever. Stones, Walker and Maguire made him look good.

@SkyHelpTeam My broadband is down this morning. Ran the online checker which says it’s found a problem ‘outside my property’. I’ve requested an engineer but it says it could be 2-5 days. I’m completely relying on my broadband for work. Is there anything you can do to get an engineer quicker?

@SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband is hugely unstable, download speeds ranging from almost nil to where it should be. Then following Skys own instructions disconnects the main box from the router and it cant be reconnected, hence no operational mini boxes now. Awful, just awful

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried this with the same result. I have also just spent over 45 minutes on hold to speak to an advisor and supposedly failed the verification as my mother's maiden name is not correct on your system and the password required is not the same as the one used to login.

@SkyHelpTeam Could you add this to your agents list of things to highlight when signing people up to Sky Q. Reason to get mini box is to watch all channels, not find out after its subject to subscription. BT sport works fine on main box but the missus doesn't want to watch, you see my issue.
