    A lot a people slate @skytv @SkyHelpTeam but absolutely no problems with them, within 12 hours a engineer was at my house, and within 15 minutes the problem was sorted, fantastic service

    @SkyHelpTeam sky Q mini box keeps freezing. WiFi signal very strong (just switched to ultrafast). Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?

    @WeAreOpenreach @SkyUK They claim they have done that multiple times. Now when I phone there is just an automated message saying they are aware of the outage. The same thing happened a year or so ago when one of the engineers disconnected my parents’ line to connect another member in the street.

    @SkyUK Installing fine and now I have no fibre for a day and a half - and customer care don't care just tough you have to wait for an engineer why could the install not have been done right first time - made a bad decision in choosing sky
