@SkyHelpTeam ok so I thought I’d update you that your tech team have confirmed South Yorkshire is down and you don’t know why or when a fix will be in place. Wasn’t hard to get confirmation from them so perhaps you should have took your own advice and called them.

@SkyHelpTeam hello. My sky q remote just suddenly stopped working… I’ve tried all the self help methods online (and obviously changed the batteries!) but nothing is working. Its definitely the remote as other remotes work. Are the remotes covered? Can i get a replacement please?

@SkyHelpTeam Just constantly freezing and battery life drains quick for a phone with not that many apps. Phones never been dropped or damage and it’s mid through a contract so I don’t expect it to start freezing constantly and sometimes the keyboard won’t work.
