    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Whenever I watch the Discovery+ app, the skyq box fan goes into overdrive and is very noisy. You have to switch it off at the wall to return it to normal. Lots of forum posts about this issue - any fixes? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam so, my sky Q box is HDR compatible, my TV is HDR compatible and set to HDR, so why can't I play HDR films, saying 'this content is not available on this device' I have updated my box, still no joy, help!

    @SkyHelpTeam ‘Still having issues’ !!!!!! Phone call incoming tomorrow the service is not fit for purpose unless sky or bt get to bottom of issue which is outside of / not on our property given all other tests, visits and complaints.

    @atpoetry @SkyHelpTeam Oh dear! I also found when we got through eventually one person told us one thing and somebody else another! Thankfully the engineer who attended was very competent and fixed our issue .. even though it was over a week of waiting. Appalling customer service tho in the most part

    Day 6 of no internet and 3 teenagers unable to do home schooling😡we’ve been a customer of @SkyUK for nearly 20 years, pay for all channels every year and what absolutely appalling customer service we’ve had 🤬🤬 no closer to sorting the problem so we have to just wait and wait

    @SkyHelpTeam Terrible lack of customer service for my mum who is severely clinically vulnerable & shielding. No internet or telephone for past few weeks.Her health equipment is null & her safety is at risk. No action taken but bills are readily taken? Provide a service first!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam what’s the issue with broadband? everytime we go into a lockdown it seems as if your broadband never works. quite frustrating when your trying to work from home and can’t get any work done. it needs sorting out asap!!!
