    @atpoetry @SkyHelpTeam Oh dear! I also found when we got through eventually one person told us one thing and somebody else another! Thankfully the engineer who attended was very competent and fixed our issue .. even though it was over a week of waiting. Appalling customer service tho in the most part

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Whenever I watch the Discovery+ app, the skyq box fan goes into overdrive and is very noisy. You have to switch it off at the wall to return it to normal. Lots of forum posts about this issue - any fixes? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband is down this morning. Ran the online checker which says it’s found a problem ‘outside my property’. I’ve requested an engineer but it says it could be 2-5 days. I’m completely relying on my broadband for work. Is there anything you can do to get an engineer quicker?

    @SkyHelpTeam yes, ive done that. This exchange is becoming like the phone "cycle" im in. So basically you can't help me and advise me to keep trying to persuade the people on the phone to call me back when they say they will. I'm beginning to wonder whether this is actually very good service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Good news! It still isn’t working! Engineer came out said it’s fine, doesn’t work still, phoned sky and they said it’s broken and now have to wait until Monday. How am I supposed to work with no internet!

    Thanks Sky for charging me £60 to downgrade my sky package (even though it should have only been £40). I haven’t been allowed to work in my business since start of the pandemic and kept Sky throughout. But now I can’t afford almost £100 pm. Thanks for your help! @SkyHelpTeam

    Absolutely shocking service this week from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam unable to provide me with a suitable Internet service. Then after over 5 hours of phone calls to 8 different people plus a service engineer visit they downgraded me to their lowest possible service (from highest)
