Attempted to cancel this evening and was on hold for 35mins before sky bloke tells me he’ll have to direct me to cancellations. Waited another 40mins before I get a message saying it’s 8pm and the depts closed! 😡

As stated this isn't the 1st time and calling up again will not fix said issue . Just a shame that other service providers in the area seem to be absolutely fine . Makes no sense I know .

I have been a Sky customer since 1999, and never has it been harder to actually speak to anyone at Sky. It's menu after menu, how about a person answers and asks "How may I help?"

Truly Shocking (@Trulyshocking) reported@SkyUK renewed earlier this year with discount for 18 months. Paper work came through contained wrong sub price. Spoke to someone who said they’ll fix it. Just had a look online & next bill due will be double so it doesn’t look like it’s fixed and fb support not around.
