    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried to call sky for 4 days and waited over an hour each time. Please can someone get in touch. Bill query you have charged £60 to cancel movies when it was verbally agreed you would waive the cost if I didn’t cancel my whole package

    @sycophanticsimo @SkySports They say all this after bad results. The only times we have lost by more than 1 has been scum (where I just think we weren't ready having better players at the Euros did us) Liverpool (who will be top 2 with ease) and this last week where we know the reason we are bare bones

    Hi - after a failed appt last Thurs, Openreach have turned up now do a job that they say has been done! I ordered a broadband upgrade from you nearly 2 months ago and I’m still not connected to a faster service. Must have had 5 visits now. No joy from cust svs. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam I've no satellite signal at all coming through. Went through trouble shooting online and it says I need to book an engineer. Next engineer not available until 22nd December? Not exactly the best service in the world is it?

    @SkyUK @skytv I've moved house and it says sky will be switched on next Saturday with an engineer but I have a dish on the house and the box is plugged in can yoh help it get switched on without a visit.

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband has been really slow takes awhile for things to load. Can't even check my speed test as it's not connecting to my hub so it says that on the app and on sky's (your) website

    @SkyHelpTeam Problem is after ringing up that isn't the case as the system has a glitch for those on the OG ultrafast where it won't show the options to me, they are there for a new customer at my address, as it thinks I'm on the newest ultrafast which I most definitely am not!

    @SkyHelpTeam Ross your '4 methods of contact' are nothing but a default distraction - of the methods you blandly suggest, I have phoned, emailed and messaged to no resolution/response (including yours). You read my request but you didn't hear it - I asked for a named point of contact.

    @SkyUK is the worst fraud ever! Spent almost an hour talking to yhem about anoyher issue l had with my bloody Qbox (brand new since Novmber) I asked to file a conplaint and they gave me a reference. They sent me the confirmation and two minutes later they closed it!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam looking for some help please. Can you get sky+ still with a dish and the likes rather than using internet. My great aunt wants to watch more sport. She’s 97 so doesn’t do internet lol. How much would it be for sky+ with sports and a basic phone package
