    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

    @SkyHelpTeam @skybroadband My broadband is in single figures upload/download; appallingly slow! and has been for quite a few days now. Sky have got me to change channel, but stating no issues in the OL15 postcode. The local FB group are complaining about the same issue!! Please!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have spent quite a bit of time yesterday with someone and even your app is saying I have a problem! But rather than get so many people doing this, Sky should be insisting Openreach confirm there is a problem.

    Outrageous service! My broadband is down .. after one hour on standby managed to spoke to a customer rep advising I need to replace my sky Hub out of pocket or to upgrade my package. I’m paying £70 per month already! And have no broadband! Are you being serious! @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam After 3hrs on the phone to 10 different advisors over the last 17 days. I don't think unplugging and pressing a few buttons is gonna work. I know the number and option off by heart. I JUST WANT A CONNECTION. Clearly that's too much to ask after 15 years as a customer.
