@SkyHelpTeam Just feels like a bit of a fail that I’m paying extra for an improved service and am possibly going to end up losing all service for a day. Would be like upgrading to Sky Cinema and you turning off all the rest of my channels for 24 hours.

@mowglib @SkySports I agree, offside is offside whether it's 1mm or 10m BUT the issue here is a) the area of arm the line is drawn differs from 1 player to the other & b) you cannot know if the defender the other side of PB is further back. It's pure guesswork. So the onfield decision should stand

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, how do I go about getting one of those decent modems which may actually be able to emit signal into the next room? The one I’m having has serious issues supporting anything on WiFi, that’s not in the same room so it’s pretty hopeless.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam On hold for 45 minutes then you hung up on us. Nice customer service for customers of 22 years. Off to another provider now, just hope we can get through to someone tomorrow to cancel Sky TV & BBand & 5 Mobile contracts. 😶
