Already rang @SkyUK about the internet not connecting and then it being slow. It then worked for an hour 😡. Having to use my phone to watch tv because you can’t use the sky apps as they’re buffering and numerous internet not connecting messages!

@SkyUK The fact that it literally is just streaming and no hard drive to actually record things, the cost of the tv package shouldn’t be the same as SkyQ. There should be a reduction in price for what is just a streaming service. I’m pretty disappointed with it tbh

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all of that and today it’s the same issue. So slow and saying technical issues now. My skyq mini box hasn’t worked for three weeks and won’t connect either. The advisor said it was a fast connection but the messages on screen and buffering tell a different story.

I wish @SkyUK would **** off. Because of their deal with HBO we can’t have HBO max over here for at least another 3 years. But at the same time they don’t go out their way to get some of the HBO max stuff. No wonder people pirate tv shows when we always get shafted #peacemaker
