@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to download Season 5 of Chicago Med from Sky Witness on demand but it’s telling me I have to upgrade my package. I have never had an issue downloading series on demand before and ep1 of S6 downloaded without issue. Pls help?

@SkyUK I have recently joined sky mobile but this morning in Newcastle from about 6am I had no service whatsoever. At the time I was attempting to get home after my metro journey was cancelled. In these days of COVID I carry no money and rely on my phone for payment

@SkyHelpTeam I have box sets with my package. The issue seems to be that it won’t let me download in SD. Yet have just tried downloading an episode of Will and Grace and it worked fine, in addition to the other episode of Chicago Med I downloaded from season 6. Seems to be a season 5 issue?

@SkyHelpTeam Also NOT in Lancashire, am in the north west, no internet since 11am, lost a days work. Why can't you provide info on the issue and timeframes for return to service so people can plan accordingly instead of having to sit looking at a box waiting for a light to turn green!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Status is all generic, would be better to know it’s a huge issue so I know not to rely on it tomorrow too - would really help time poor people with family, work etc to juggle. Right now it’s a wait and see with no clue how big a problem it is. Not that you can do much personally.
