@primevideosport That was rubbish laptop worked then kicked out, TV did not work, iphone could not cast errors, back on laptop message too many devices playing stream (I wish!!) so all in all thanks for the rubbish experience. Leave football to @SkySports or @btsportfootball

@EmmaB_0811 @SkyHelpTeam I had Sky broadband about 5 years ago and it was the same then. If you have Sky TV, the box goes into eco mode in the early hours which kills the wi fi connection to some devices in the house. If you turn off eco mode in settings on your sky tv box, it might solve the problem 🙏

@SkyHelpTeam That the problem is being looked at but no time frame. Lots of people with the same issue in SM1 are being told different things. There's clearly a wider problem but apart from the Sky person the open reach engineer called when he was at my house, nobody at Sky accepts that.

@Rachael_Clamp @SkyHelpTeam Sounds like a faulty OCE switch or a fault on the connection with an absence of dynamic failover or a port fault or sky data centre panel issue. Either way @SkyHelpTeam should be able to fix it.

@SkyHelpTeam @PVBroadz That's poor. A similar thing happened to me with Virgin Broadband 2 weeks ago, landline & internet went off because of engineering mistake. We were cut off at 11am which was really annoying, because I needed the broadband for work, but Virgin had it back on by 3 p.m. Same day.
