@SkyHelpTeam That's it, it says there's a local issue (reported on 15th Dec, ie. next week?!) but not what the issue is or when it might be fixed. My landline has also been down since early last week - I live with my 75-year-old mother and if I'm out that's her only method of contact

@SkyHelpTeam how the hell do you get through to someone? Phone line doesn't work, no live chat. Sky TV hasn't worked for about 6 months and now broadband has decided to shut up shop. Your customer service is ridiculous. Getting through to an actual person takes about an hour.
