As soon as the agent said my router was out of warranty and I wasn’t in contract I knew what he was planning 😡 Also his initial “solution” was for me to leave and find another provider! #wtf

After 15 mins of being told I would get the same answer from a manager, agent went away then came back and told me that they “have found a way to give me the router for free” Sky’s customer service has worsened since I joined 5 years ago.

@SkyHelpTeam I have done all of that and it’s not helped one bit. I’ve had nothing but trouble from sky broadband and called to cancel but the lines were off 15 minutes before the call center lines should close. Awful.
