@SkyHelpTeam That's it, it says there's a local issue (reported on 15th Dec, ie. next week?!) but not what the issue is or when it might be fixed. My landline has also been down since early last week - I live with my 75-year-old mother and if I'm out that's her only method of contact

@SkyHelpTeam Pete, I didn’t know that BskyB is no longer a Co. We will NEVER sign up to Sky again! Our BB is Ultrafast 1 & we also pay £5 a month for Sky BB Boost! Sky have not been monitoring our connection bc, if they had been, our issue would have been noticed! No reply needed! S.H.T. 👎

@SkyHelpTeam Not tried Sky Glass yet. Having enough problems trying to get HDR on my Sky Q box. Customer service has been its usual appalling self and I have been failed to be informed, misinformed and mislead by your agents in turn. Now I have been told I have to wait 72 hours to 1/2
