Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam and, the support (once you finally get through!) as always was very good. But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

Please check with your network team, things go wrong with planned work, gas lighting doesn’t help customer confidence
