@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but none of the steps have worked as it drops out for a minute or two and then comes back on, usually before any diagnostic has been completed. It’s now also affecting my Sky Q box’s connectivity. Seems like a number of others are having the same problem.

@SkyHelpTeam Over a year ago, we had the same problem, you sent a senior engineer, he had to drive over to Gateshead from the wirral. It's a frequent problem, because it is a poorly set up system in the building.

@SkyHelpTeam hi I’m experiencing constant internet dropouts. Stowmarket IP14 5BB. Rebooted Sky hub but problem still persists. No reports on My Sky app of problems.
