    @SkyHelpTeam My Internet has been down since around six last night NE425DR area, do you know of any current problems? Done full resets in all in home equipment and swapped out micro filters etc it's like there's no signal coming in at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why not provide all customers with a mobile dongle that you can activate in the event of an outage? Just a thought.. breakdowns are inevitable but thinking of your customers will keep them loyal. Hope it’s back up soon. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam This has been so since 2-05pm Friday 14/5/21 surely you could give your customers a little more of an update than that, like an approximate time when service will be resumed, such a big company thinking od loyal customers so little is just typical of the fat cat business person
