Don’t know why I have sky anymore, at the same time everyday around 4am both boxes stop working and then the mini skyQ box won’t connect to the main box. It says connected to network too. Tried all the online help and nothing is happening 😩 @SkyUK

@SkyUK I have recently joined sky mobile but this morning in Newcastle from about 6am I had no service whatsoever. At the time I was attempting to get home after my metro journey was cancelled. In these days of COVID I carry no money and rely on my phone for payment

Thanks @SkyHelpTeam for wasting an hour of my life for nothing. I was called months back asking how happy I was with my services and if I want to and insurance for any of my smart devices. I said no - on the call I made the agent aware that my Internet signal is shocking.

@SkyHelpTeam I have box sets with my package. The issue seems to be that it won’t let me download in SD. Yet have just tried downloading an episode of Will and Grace and it worked fine, in addition to the other episode of Chicago Med I downloaded from season 6. Seems to be a season 5 issue?

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to download Season 5 of Chicago Med from Sky Witness on demand but it’s telling me I have to upgrade my package. I have never had an issue downloading series on demand before and ep1 of S6 downloaded without issue. Pls help?

@SkyHelpTeam trying to watch Sky Go but I’m getting the ‘Something is wrong. The app will now quit’ error message. I am already without a satellite signal on my skyQ box with an engineer coming out to sort. I now have no way of watching Sky at all!

@PV7903 @SkySports So true. They were much happier though in the first half when Arsenal were threatening. Bad enough & expected with Gary Driville but the commentator guy at least show semblance of even commentating. People don't pay so much in sky subs to listen to you wincing abt a Liverpool win
