@denzilOshamen @SkyHelpTeam Yeah don’t do it! Stick to your guns, you shouldn’t have to pay to fix their service. As soon as the agent said my router was out of warranty and I wasn’t in contract I knew what he was planning 😡 Also his initial “solution” was for me to leave and find another provider! #wtf

@denzilOshamen @SkyHelpTeam 2/2 I demanded to speak to a manager. After 15 mins of being told I would get the same answer from a manager, agent went away then came back and told me that they “have found a way to give me the router for free” Sky’s customer service has worsened since I joined 5 years ago.

Thank you to 2 members of @SkyUK the other week who had a promotional stand inside Newcastle’s Eldon 🔲. Your help and plastic carriers were a godsend, as the paper bags @BootsUK are using fell apart just feet from the shop. I’m sure they’re very green, but far too flimsy!

@SkyUK how to treat a loyal customer i pay around £140 a month for sky tv broadband and telephone line , well my sky q box froze last night and i now need an engineer who can’t come till November 9th , which i find totally unacceptable and i will be cancelling everything asap

@SkyHelpTeam Disappointed (actually disgusted) to see that 75% loss of broadband service for over a month results in a goodwill gesture of £14 and that’s it. Let’s ignore the fact that I had to ring you 6 times and be fed various stories from your call operators.

@SkyHelpTeam After being witk sky for 19 years 4 months and spending around £25,000 I've just called and had to leave after just trying to move house 200m down the road. 3 hrs on the phone bounced between one staff to another, cut off, pathetic, all I wanted was a new router!!!

@SkyHelpTeam When I signed up the deal was fixed for 12 months therefore I don’t understand how the prices can increase as this would mean sky basically lied to get me on board and then up’d the price. Thank you for your help. I’ll be calling tomorrow as this isn’t right.
