@SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all of that and today it’s the same issue. So slow and saying technical issues now. My skyq mini box hasn’t worked for three weeks and won’t connect either. The advisor said it was a fast connection but the messages on screen and buffering tell a different story.

Already rang @SkyUK about the internet not connecting and then it being slow. It then worked for an hour 😡. Having to use my phone to watch tv because you can’t use the sky apps as they’re buffering and numerous internet not connecting messages!

@MatchroomPool This is a joke, why not have it on @SkySports well, to be honest the coverage for the World Pool Championship was terrible some of the main matches just cut off on Live tv, also the recording of the final on Sky just stopped recording missing the end.
