    @SkyHelpTeam Con 2: Not only is this my working hours, which I lost all income having no service, but most gamers pay for the larger packages such as fibre because of the amount we want and need these speeds. 4-5am is basically a crossover from those heading to sleep and those going to work

    @SkyHelpTeam This is *************** now. My router has not been able to connect to the internet all day. I need the internet for my work. I live in Liverpool and I'm not the only person with this problem. Been a customer for 10+ years and I've had enough of this awful service.
