@SkyHelpTeam had a sky hd box for 5 years plus with no problems.Had engineer round today to install sky Q and three hours after he left it’s stopped working. Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

Wow! Just received rubbish customer service from @SkyUK. A month ago I was told I was a VIP loyal customer and today after being let down on an installation a week ago with no communication since, I have been told I'm not important enough to speak to a customer service manager!

Been with @SkyHelpTeam for over 5 years now, reached Gold Vip status. You'd think when a customer rings up and says I've got 6 months left on my contract which I can't afford any longer they'd be more helpful than to say sorry pal your in contract, ring us back in Sept!

.#SkyStream is the pits. I spent weeks trying to get it operating + multiple calls with advisers. I’ve now cancelled the service. I was promised £30 compensation, but they’re now refusing to pay it. I have 2 remotes & a puck I paid £20 for which they won’t refund. @SkyHelpTeam
