    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

    @SkyHelpTeam That's what I'm saying I've tried the number after the help guides and it still hangs up saying to look online. I currently have to sit in the same room as the modem cos theres no signal in the rest of the house. You have the cheek to charge me for broadband.
