@SkyHelpTeam had an engineer in to fix a problem with the phone, but now the broadband is not connecting all day since he's been. Any way to fix this as it's impossible to work from home without internet.

@SkySports @premierleague been a football season ticket holder since 1986 - if VAR carries on ruining football then will not renew and cancel sky - your choice but in 5 years you may find empty stadiums the normal as fans leave

@SkyHelpTeam been having problems with both my Sky Q Mini Boxes, cannot watch any recordings and cant access most channels from 105 onwards, have done a master reset but makes no difference, broadband is fine, wi-fi is fine, software version up to date, i’m so upset, bin next 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam I've checked and everything is fine. I expected that. This is clearly an intermittent problem that won't be picked up when the line is connected. It could be the router? Either way, I need to solve this asap. I podcast using the internet and can't afford a lost connection.
