    @SkySports @premierleague been a football season ticket holder since 1986 - if VAR carries on ruining football then will not renew and cancel sky - your choice but in 5 years you may find empty stadiums the normal as fans leave

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Louise. I appreciate you taking the time, but I’d really just like to know when I can expect internet service to be provided by my internet service provider and ASAP is an open-ended answer. Do I need to find a temporary replacement provider until this issue is resolved?

    @SkyHelpTeam Frustrating to see the service used with Royal Mail is their 48 hour option.. it wasn’t ever going to be delivered next day on that basis, was it!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Alison, thanks for reaching out! I’ve tried calling, but I’m sent straight to a prerecorded message stating Sky is aware of an issue in my area, with no more information and no option to speak to a representative. So I wasn’t informed until I contacted sky myself

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband download speed down at 3mb, tested independently & other speed tests show this. Sky online check in states normal speeds should be restored in 7 days. So until then I've to live with sub service levels of internet. Great in summer holidays! DD8 2UP Postcode
