@SkyHelpTeam I’m at the end of my tether with the poor quality of signal with Sky broadband. It’s nothing to do with the amount of useage. The BT router before dealt with it effortlessly. All areas of house covered with no problem. Massive contrast.

@SkyHelpTeam had a sky hd box for 5 years plus with no problems.Had engineer round today to install sky Q and three hours after he left it’s stopped working. Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

The @SkySports subscription via mobile/Google Play is such a scam. I'm missing my 3rd march today because of problems & their team flat out ignoring emails/requests to fix it. Really really poor customer service. This is why illegal streaming happens, I'm paying for this rubbish.

@SkyHelpTeam @edwilliams88 We've had no BB connection all day (went off about 4am in Bath, occasionally on for a couple of minutes & then off ) we use Sky connect for the phone calls, so we never had that either, I will be putting in for compensation as promised in our contract. All my eggs in one basket🤔

@redchris1971 @SkyHelpTeam That’s interesting because when I called earlier to report the issue, they said there was no problems in my area so the problem must be with my hub!! Got an engineer booked for 29/05, but if @SkyHelpTeam pull their finger out, I could cancel that and free up an appointment slot!

@SkyHelpTeam Oh I'm already aware of the pathetic compensation policy, allows you to leave customers hanging for 2 days then after that give them a whopping £8.40 per day. Wouldn't even cover 1 hour at minimum wage. Let alone losing days worth of wages.. All because of your service.
