@SkyHelpTeam had an engineer in to fix a problem with the phone, but now the broadband is not connecting all day since he's been. Any way to fix this as it's impossible to work from home without internet.

@SkySports @premierleague been a football season ticket holder since 1986 - if VAR carries on ruining football then will not renew and cancel sky - your choice but in 5 years you may find empty stadiums the normal as fans leave

@jonhoneyball @SkyHelpTeam I appreciate this isn't a solution per se, I cabled my Sky Q so it connected directly to my ISP router as to effectively 'bypass' my RST enabled infra & now my home network is 👌. All my Google and Hue integration used to take ages to respond now it's back to instant response.

@SkyHelpTeam Prime and iplayer worked fine. Switched the box off and back on, it fixed the Netflix problem but when I tried to watch prime video, the screen went black. Had to switch box off AGAIN. Was going to try them again, but it's late and I can't be bothered.

@imandywelsh @SkyHelpTeam Yeah me, YouTube, Netflix etc.. not working unfortunately but i got it fixed by unplugging the purple wire off for 5 seconds the plug it back on. Hope this works for u too! :)
