    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. We have a serious problem with our Sky TV/receiver/cable issue. Called on Christmas Eve. Still not resolved. More frustratingly... Missed calls from engineers because they don't ring for long! Is there a way we can call them back?? They only call once in a day?

    @SkyHelpTeam We have sound drop out issues on Sky Q UHD, mostly football. Seems to be a widespread issue as there are many posts about this all over the internet. It happens whether we listen to sound through an Onkyo av receiver or through the tv speakers. Any fix for this?

    @GaryFcbsam @SkySports You’re paying for a service that they are providing. Ultimately it’s upto Sky what they show and if you don’t like it then that’s your fault. You can always stop paying? I don’t walk into a tesco and demand they stop selling tomatoes because I’m no a fan of them. Entitled prick
