    Anyone else having issues with @SkyUK broadband. Last few months it’s barely worked properly. Old fashioned dial up would be quicker and better. Horrendous service. Time to leave.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m at the end of my tether with the poor quality of signal with Sky broadband. It’s nothing to do with the amount of useage. The BT router before dealt with it effortlessly. All areas of house covered with no problem. Massive contrast.

    @SkyHelpTeam had a sky hd box for 5 years plus with no problems.Had engineer round today to install sky Q and three hours after he left it’s stopped working. Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

    The @SkySports subscription via mobile/Google Play is such a scam. I'm missing my 3rd march today because of problems & their team flat out ignoring emails/requests to fix it. Really really poor customer service. This is why illegal streaming happens, I'm paying for this rubbish.

    @SkyHelpTeam If you click on or role from program to program, no matter what channel, that synopsis is either slow to match the program or doesn’t appear. Also flicking over the page can show initially programs stating “no listing available “. Then they appear .
