    @SkyHelpTeam had an engineer in to fix a problem with the phone, but now the broadband is not connecting all day since he's been. Any way to fix this as it's impossible to work from home without internet.

    @WillswhingeToo @SkyUK What you haven’t seen is the second part of the advert. The tech savvy kids spends 5 mins with the sky glass and shouts to his parents “wtf load of rubbish you bought me?”. They throws the control out the window……🤪

    @SkyHelpTeam Hey, we've had no satellite signal to our Sky Q box since Friday. I've tried to reboot and reset the box with no luck. We're in a block of flats so would an engineer come out to check the communal dish on roof or is the responsibility with the landlord? Thanks.

    My @SkyHelpTeam has been down for 5 days. I’m in Andover and we’ve been removed from @bt_uk / @OpenreachHelp list of locations with reported issues despite all my neighbours reporting the issue. Open reach said there would be a fix by 01:30 today which has now been removed
