@SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

@SkyHelpTeam That during roadworks a cable was damaged which has taken out phone and internet for the entire town, thousands of homes. This is why it’s so frustrating that Sky aren’t recognising this on your website when every other service provider is giving info & keeping customers updated
