    @SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

    @SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

    @SkyHelpTeam 2/2 Due to a faulty sky router and a system error your end. I am now without internet, have 3 sky q mini boxes that don’t work, wife unable to work from home and this will be for at least 9 days 6 years of nearly £100 a month and never missed a bill Unacceptable

    @SkyHelpTeam Keep getting code DSU_529 when trying to activate Discovery+ ... endless phone calls between Sky ... and Discovery+ and still cannot activate this. Can someone just help? It’s getting ridiculous now!!!! 😡
