@kellysharman19 @virginmedia If it’s not sorted today, I’m out. They can stuff their contract and any fees they’d expect me to pay!! It’s just a shame that @SkyUK are quite expensive for the stuff we want and I find they never look after existing customers

@SkySportsPL @SkySports Watch the replay, son tripped him but wasn’t directly responsible directly for the injury, it was a fluke of enormous bad luck that his studs stuck in turf and his entire body weight went onto his trapped ankle.

@SkyHelpTeam @skyuk Awful customer service. Sky Q box has failed after 6 months. Told earliest date for an engineer is 10th October! That's 11 working days away! Ridiculous.

@GeorgiaCorke @virginmedia Exactly why we left @SkyUK Shane as their service is really good. Virgin is cheaper and good packages but the service can be so up and down. They won’t send an engineer because it’s a fault in area not my equipment but a week to fix is an absolute travesty of a service!

You are paying these engineers to drive around for no work and waste our time. Make it clear to customers that engineers cannot access to do any drilling of holes for the cables. You can even send a text to everyone. Who manages your customer service? @SkyHelpTeam 2/2

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, lots of people are having trouble accessing the Amazon website through Sky broadband tonight. Apparently it's the Sky Shield that is blocking it for some reason. Once you switch it off you can then access the Amazon site. Can you look into this?
