@SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@SkySports Refereeing from A&E ward, check injury before showing red. If he had tapped him on the shoulder and then fallen on the floor and broken his elbow, is that a red? Feel sorry for the player but ultimately it’s not a red and the ref at the time didn’t even give a foul 🥲

@SkyHelpTeam This is the second time that the Wi-fi has decided to just shutdown. No known service errors as it’s just happened sky self heal does nothing and replugging does nothing. A new sky issue that just so happened late at night again that won’t get solved till tomorrow
