@SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@virginmedia called to cancel as your price rise is ridiculous. I already moved to @SkyUK so was very firm in stating I just want to cancel. When I asked when the cancellation is from and how I return your equipment the reply was “30 days. Just Google collect+”
