  • LisaCooke80 Lisa Cooke (@LisaCooke80) reported from Worthing, England

@SkyUK it’s impossible to get through to you. I appreciate social distancing and keeping colleagues safe but we pay a fortune to you every month for all the services and we are constantly having issues with our broadband. Tried using online but not getting anywhere

  • sjmcivor Stuart (@sjmcivor) reported from Thakeham, England

@helen_george @naddimartin @SkyHelpTeam Just had Sky/openreach out to fix ours. The system at the junction box in the street, reduces the speed automatically to give you a speed that doesn’t drop out, but, doesn’t increase it if the signal gets better. So the speed will always get worse, until an engineer resets it.

  • JWash84 Jon Washbourne (@JWash84) reported from Shoreham-by-Sea, England

@SkyHelpTeam Issue seems to be external, so I have to wait for openreach to send an engineer, no way to escalate despite my contract being with you not them

  • LisaCooke80 Lisa Cooke (@LisaCooke80) reported from Worthing, England

@SkyHelpTeam TV screen has gone blank now and it’s saying there’s an issue with activating our sky mini box. What the hell is going on?????

  • spiceworld24 Stuart Spicer (@spiceworld24) reported from Worthing, England

@sirhillarys @SkyHelpTeam I know. Problem I have is that I have to return the old router or I get charged & I just can’t face redoing the whole house!

Sky Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • RudyPrudy1 Rudy Prudy (@RudyPrudy1) reported

@NotSurrey @RemyHoggard @SkySports If it's the sole reason the cat gets put down that sounds pretty lethal to me. You can pick and choose wording all you like, but this is the cause and that's the effect. You wouldn't say cyanide is non lethal because it's the lack of respiration that kills you...

  • Nishant54150638 Nishant K (@Nishant54150638) reported

@Jungleboob @SkySports Forget 10 15 storeys, this cat free falls for like 1.2 seconds, that's around 3 storeys. It definitely did not need human help.

  • Red_Meg777 RED🐐MEG (@Red_Meg777) reported

@3vil_Intentions @SkySports Oh ****..how can they do that ****..

  • fred_hughes Frederick Hughes (@fred_hughes) reported

    @SkySports Poor cat

  • stevo17171 stephen duncan (@stevo17171) reported

@ELTEL241 @bigalgriff62 @SkySports Hamilton’s front wheel was ahead of Max’s front wheel in the earlier incident but max forced Hamilton off the track! He can’t have it both ways.

  • rudejay5 Shalom 💣🧨 (@rudejay5) reported

@SkySports @arthurupthere Cats don't have issues with falling just clear the ground

  • perks0fsue 🌼🌼🌼 (@perks0fsue) reported

@SkyHelpTeam coming to install the phone line it’s meant to be deleted today so how am I meant to set up the WiFi if we have no phone line ? Please help

  • jose_bollini Joe Simpson (@jose_bollini) reported

@Gintit2k21 @SkySports I see you haven’t gone back and looked at the footage. Classic Hamilton fan boy……. Never in the wrong. Not once does Max accelerate after the collision. He can’t just make the tyres instantly stop. Unlike Lewis who I still trying to move the cars as Max is getting out. #fanboy

  • JohnVGraham Curmudgeon (@JohnVGraham) reported

@knaggsy097 @SkySports Thought they were gonna rip the poor ****** to shreds while they were showing how they’d saved it! #Yanks

  • RemyHoggard Remy (@RemyHoggard) reported

@NotSurrey @SkySports That isn’t true. Plus if a human were to fall and shatter their legs on landing, they’d live, a cat might survive, but would be put down afterwards.
