@helen_george @naddimartin @SkyHelpTeam Just had Sky/openreach out to fix ours. The system at the junction box in the street, reduces the speed automatically to give you a speed that doesn’t drop out, but, doesn’t increase it if the signal gets better. So the speed will always get worse, until an engineer resets it.

Hell @SkyUK You have this morning debited my bank for a full month’s subscription despite my having changed broadband and phone service to another provider on 4/4/20 I didn’t cancel the direct debit because you told me not to. Please can you contact me about refunding the money.

@SkyUK it’s impossible to get through to you. I appreciate social distancing and keeping colleagues safe but we pay a fortune to you every month for all the services and we are constantly having issues with our broadband. Tried using online but not getting anywhere

@SkyHelpTeam my internet connection and others in the same street have gone down and at the same time there was a bt openreach engineer doing works. I am working from and need connection. Also the send engineer option isnt working on the my sky app.
