@SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. We’re having some serious problems with our Glass TV and honestly am about to give up on it. Every time we connect a HDMI cable, it says there is no connection, even though there is. Skips live TV, Turns itself on even though we’ve turned off settings that 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

For those with Sky Broadband issues. It appears to be DNS related. Change your DNS servers to manual and add 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 then reinstate your WiFi connection. Been working for me and able to stream etc..... #SkyBroadband #SkyHelpTeam

@biglipid @traceydalanno2 @SkyHelpTeam everything is down at the moment, a lot of big companies are struggling im sure sky didn’t purposely mess up the wifi for shits and giggles as they will probably pay for it, i’m sure you can all handle no wifi for just a few hours

After weeks of speeds lower than the gaurenteed speed to the point of being so slow you can't actually run a speed test, to absolutely no help from @SkyHelpTeam I'm ditching you. The money you take for the service, or lack thereof, that you offer is robbery. #skybroadband
