    @SkySports really need to bin off this commentary during the US ad breaks. It's awful enough at the best of times, but it's just embarrassing and frankly irritating when it sounds like someone's in a zoom meeting from their bathroom

    @SkyHelpTeam Becca: @leahysarah n I *have* called & spoken to numerous employees of @SkyUK. Lots. We have called and called. There's been no resolution. The issue isn't 1 we created. Who am I calling? Can you have someone who is actually helpful and capable call us? ("customer service")

    @SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

    @SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK customer for many, many years and let down badly by Sky for broadband/phone set up! Very angry and paying £100 a month for service. Moved home and Sky didn’t supply broadband when promised. Sorry and £4.40 credit! 😡🤬😡🤬 hello Virgin

    @SkyUK How about everytime there is a new deal for existing customers you automatically put them onto that deal...... sounds daft that the existing customer has to call to get the deal . Its a sure fire way to annoy your existing customers most of whom are loyal to the brand!

    Of course my connection decides to mess up just before my exam. @SkyHelpTeam tried to change the WiFi channel and run a diagnostic which showed everything normal. I’ve reset the router to see if that’s the issue but my laptop just cut me off completely
