@SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely appalling service from you this week. Internet went down Thursday morning, still not working today. Phoned to follow up on problem today and spoke to someone very rude. I’m expected to put up with it apparently as you’re doing all you can.

@SkyHelpTeam So when I rebooted it, none of the channels were working, they all had the same error message. Now (15/mins later) they are all working again except STV HD, BBC 2HD and Channel 4 HD which were the problem ones to start with. They all have the same error message.

@SkyHelpTeam he’s used all 45gb of data because he needed to revise on his laptop and access TEAMS. 45gb in 2 days - he doesn’t usually use 10gb of his total allowance in a normal month. The guy in customer support was more interested in trying to sell me sky mobile🤯
