    @SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. We’re having some serious problems with our Glass TV and honestly am about to give up on it. Every time we connect a HDMI cable, it says there is no connection, even though there is. Skips live TV, Turns itself on even though we’ve turned off settings that 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

    @LarryBundyJr @SkyUK I got an actual lump in my throat when I found out it was being closed down. Sky One was a massive part of my life growing up, most of my favourite shows (Highlander, Forever Knight, The Simpsons & Buffy the Vampire Slayer to name a few) were on it. It deserves a proper goodbye.

    No SkySports means no game for me. I remember when BTSport first aired, after about two years. They had pretty much every game on their network. Now? It’s gone back to every channel is grabbing whatever rights they can buy. And they all charge hefty for what is just football
