    @SkyHelpTeam really getting fed up with your crappy internet. Signal strength excellent download speed poor all other devices disconnected from the internet but can’t watch a film I bought from you on the sky store via my @NOWTV box. Gonna have to change broadband providers

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

    @SkyHelpTeam That they would (for the fifth time) escalate my lack of receipt of my incentive from MARCH, and that my activation and installations were set for Monday and Tuesday. I did AT no point express a desire to terminate - I’m taking Sky with me (at least I was hoping to before this).

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. It’s booked. If you’re going to charge me termination fees when I’m not terminating, I may as well cancel the 18 month contract I’ve agreed to installation for and take my custom to a company that knows what it’s doing.

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to book an engineer visit, online booking not working... now on hold on the phone for 20 minutes. Appalling customer service. Not had access to Sky HD channels for months now. No resolution in sight as can't get to speak to anyone.

    @SkyHelpTeam A large number of customers in the SE23 area are having significant issues with broadband (as demonstrated by the comments on our forum)- of the one who managed to actually speak to someone they were told an open reach engineer come out to check the local box 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam but then didn’t. It comes back it disappears. The call centre is saying everyone must call in but can’t get through. Clearly a wider issue although your online checks that we have to do say not. Can you investigate please?

    So I pay monthly for @SkySports to watch football. But you've decided to thats not good enough and elevated #ARSLEI to "Box Office" and £15 absolute liberty. Using the pandemic for slow creep towards pay per view. You can stick it.

    @kiv0x @brianlcook3 @SkyUK They tried with me but couldn't compete with the prices I was giving them. Three broadband for 10 a month for 50mbps to 200mbps and they couldn't compete so I left. I was a gold customer aswell sky is that big now they don't really need us they have sky sport and everything

    @farmertml @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just spoken to them and they said it was an issue at BT Openreach. I know it is not affecting the whole of Teignmouth though which is a little strange and it started at about 0020 this morning.

    @_bartonpaul @SkyHelpTeam That is odd. My in laws in Bishopsteignton are also affected so it must be more widespread. We are down near OLSP school. Thank god for a work mobile on Vodafone that actually has 4G in Teignmouth to hotspot!

    @SkyUK I'm happy I left. @SkyUK took 2 years to fix a line fault? I wouldn't say that was award winning. I now pay a little extra to @bt_uk and receive a fantastic service. It never goes below the speeds I pay for, and it works!
