@SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

@SkyHelpTeam hey! Are there any known issues in the ME1 Rochester, Kent area? Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

That was NEVER a red card for Dan Neil for #Sunderland v Sheff United. A yellow card at most. It was never a strong enough pull back to warrant it. #skysports #EFLChampionship

@skysports I read Dermot Gallaghers #refwatch report re the Martinelli red. The first incident occurred prior to the ball being in play and the player tried but failed to stop a quick throw in. If he had succeeded then it should be a card but an advantage remained so no yellow

Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! 😖

@SkyHelpTeam Your live chat is down as your preference system is down for maintenance. The NOW TV app with live sports is working fine on the same Device right now. You are pushing out a low frame rate by design. It’s not my end.

@SkyHelpTeam Nothing it says it’s recording but on my recordings page it’s only the normal channel I’ve jsut got a blue screen and it says no signal even though every other channel works so it can’t be a signal issue
