    When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

    @SkyHelpTeam No, streaming to my TV, phone has two bars WiFi signal, TV has no internet connection - 6ft away, check internet settings on TV tells me it’s connected then not then is then not

    I believe the ball went out however #var and #PremierLeague are now frantically sorting it so this never happens to Man Utd themselves in a game, and not surprisingly @SkySports haven’t done a Hawkeye type angle and only show the behind goal views which only prove so much

    @SkyHelpTeam @JohnCee19 You can't do anything online. Website just tells you to phone the "customer services" line. Impossible to log in and do anything with your package or speak to a human being online. It's all phone. Like being stuck in the 90s.

    @SkyHelpTeam is it Sky’s normal company practise to issue a non-return charge when a customer has sent back equipment using the labels you issued? Is ignoring customers and just taking money anyway with no investigation your company’s way of doing things?

    @SkyHelpTeam Need urgent hlp. Booked a home move, was told 16th May is earliest so adjusted move accordingly. My broadband was switched off today (10thMay). We're WFH, its a great loss. Pls help urgently, I called & was told it can't be done. Really? #skybroadband #poorservice

    Very disappointing service from @SkyHelpTeam today (not the Team themselves but Sky). Had to cancel sky recently due to costs and was told I'd get packaging sent out (as don't have any to use). Received a reminder email yesterday which states to use pre-sent packaging (1/2)

    @SkyUK no matter what I do to fix it I always get ~25% packet loss. I have replaced every bit of hardware I can. And gone through every troubleshooting guide I could find yet nothing has come of it. Useless.
