@DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

@SkyHelpTeam It's coming up no known issues on there but that doesn't really come across on the TV as trying to watch a programme and it keeps turning off and buffering and going blurry. It's really not acceptable.

@SkyHelpTeam No steps were sent. However, performing advanced diagnostics, it appears that 5Ghz Band 36 is flooded as are the other 2 channels that the Sky Hub allows you to change it to, from the 20+ channels available, the Sky hub only allows 3! To fix this replace the rubbish Sky Hub
