@SkyHelpTeam the service needs much improvement including ways to contact you. My service drops out a great deal daily. I'd hate to count how many times axweek this is. I'm wondering if you will compensate us for my daughter not being able to tutor her students.

@skysports I read Dermot Gallaghers #refwatch report re the Martinelli red. The first incident occurred prior to the ball being in play and the player tried but failed to stop a quick throw in. If he had succeeded then it should be a card but an advantage remained so no yellow

@SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

@SkyHelpTeam I need my Internet connection as I home educate and have done this for 5years but my connection is so intermittent or goes off for hours. My adult daughter works from home tutoring students and again she ends up losing money because of out broadband service from Sky

@SkyHelpTeam Do you believe that's an exceptable answer? That I have to chase a service I pay for to find out if your fixing your issue, is this problem being fixed currently? If so what Is the approximate time frame?Also will my bill reflect the downtime this provider had given me?

@SkyHelpTeam also I'd like to add my set up hasn't changed and there's no issues here. If there was it would be constantly off. I am also aware, that it's not just me but it's hundreds of sky customers affected by this daily.

@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@SkyHelpTeam to continue. My daughter is losing her income because the Internet is so terrible. So far today, it's gone off 6 times at 5 to 10 minutes a time. This is rubbish!! It happens daily and probably will be about 30 times by tonight!

@SkyHelpTeam Are you aware if there’s a Safari / Sky conflict? Seem to have the whole house struggling to connect to the Apple OS via WiFi, but no issues with other apps etc. connection via separate mobile network not affected.

@knittinghappy @SkyHelpTeam ah yes because a mobile phone isn't a thing is it... I get that its a service they want to work but if there is a major outage that is going to take a long time to come back on there is no excuse for not taking responsibility to get a mobile as a back up in the meantime
