    @SkyUK absoloutly disgusting service. Previous customer explained all i needed was to be reconnected. My phone line is a mess wires hanging out my wall with a socket half broken no broadband no phone and no TV AN JUST BEEN LEFT WTF!

    @SkyHelpTeam That they would (for the fifth time) escalate my lack of receipt of my incentive from MARCH, and that my activation and installations were set for Monday and Tuesday. I did AT no point express a desire to terminate - I’m taking Sky with me (at least I was hoping to before this).

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. It’s booked. If you’re going to charge me termination fees when I’m not terminating, I may as well cancel the 18 month contract I’ve agreed to installation for and take my custom to a company that knows what it’s doing.

    @AmazonHelp Second call to @SkyUK technical help, who told me new Sky Q box needed software updated and when I had completed that, it would download the @PrimeVideo app. It didn’t. #SkyQ is the single biggest pile of shite technology I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. #SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam Your advisors essentially told us to find another provider as whatever the issue is, its not fixable. Only service they could offer is sky pro, which is an old service you no longer offer and it would be over £50 a month!

    Anybody noticed how @SkyCinema have put the most popular Xmas movies onto @skystore this year asking customers to PAY for movies that have been out for YEARS or DECADES. After the fiasco of charging for additional premiership games on @SkySports Time to cancel my subscription
