@SkyHelpTeam how ridiculous to bump up to more than double the contract because a customer went 'out of contract' predicted bill was there only to be bumped when trying to take payments which caused it to fail but can't talk to anyone because the. Bill is unpaid grrrr

Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! 😖

@mrhunt4 @SkyHelpTeam @TheRealSitts Yes The Apprentice, Start in Hendon then on Vic Embankment going the other way must be the PHVs , they do get it right when the contestant is sacked and at their most vulnerable/sad/Broken , they use a Licensed Taxi Driver to get them home

@SkyHelpTeam hey! Are there any known issues in the ME1 Rochester, Kent area? Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Michelle Yes it does the same on another iPad. Yet tonight there’s no problem watching the football. Seems our broadband is very sketchy. Did try to report a fault previously, but apparently the line is fine, despite BT outreach wanting to replace the pole for our houses 🤷🏼
