@SkyUK dreadful service from you. Ordered a home move from you on the 19th Dec, booked to come out on the 17th Jan, turns up & says it’s a two man job and will have to be rebooked, we now have to wait till 30th Jan. No TV and yet we still have to pay!

Hi @SkyHelpTeam no satellite signal, no weather, no damage to dish or wiring from dish to box and No obstructions to signal. All troubleshooting done. No engineer for 2 weeks. Same issue of delays pre covid. Absolute joke of a service when customers need something. #skytv
