Can’t believe i’ve watched 40 hours (4 seasons) of Game of Thrones just for @SkyUK to put all of the seasons in sky store except season 8 charging £23.99 per season. My mum being a loyal customer for 11 years rings up to complain and has no resolution proposed whatsoever 😃

@SkyHelpTeam not happy this morn , awaiting a visit to fix a sky q box, between 8-12.30 , had to ring customer services to be informed it will be between 12.30 and 2.30. My partner was supposed to be in work at 1!!!!!

@suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

@SkyHelpTeam yet again only 2 months of having an engineer round to fix my connection and constant 1min outages since my broadband has completely shut down at midnight and hasn't come back on, really starting to get annoyed and I expect some refund for such a bad service
