    @SkyHelpTeam to continue. My daughter is losing her income because the Internet is so terrible. So far today, it's gone off 6 times at 5 to 10 minutes a time. This is rubbish!! It happens daily and probably will be about 30 times by tonight!

    For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

    @SkyHelpTeam That they would (for the fifth time) escalate my lack of receipt of my incentive from MARCH, and that my activation and installations were set for Monday and Tuesday. I did AT no point express a desire to terminate - I’m taking Sky with me (at least I was hoping to before this).

    Can’t believe i’ve watched 40 hours (4 seasons) of Game of Thrones just for @SkyUK to put all of the seasons in sky store except season 8 charging £23.99 per season. My mum being a loyal customer for 11 years rings up to complain and has no resolution proposed whatsoever 😃

    Why the abysmal streaming to devices now @SkyUK? Why such ugly transitions between program segments #SkyUK Why the stalling right at a transition or segue in the same program segment? Why do you cut your own promotion off before it’s completed. It’s very poor; a bad experience for those streaming on devices.

    @mdfarasatali @eurofootcom @SkySports And everyone pointed out that was bad business and absolutely the wrong transfer strategy lol. Hence our new signings under INEOS havent been above 175k a week, literally half that
