    @SkyHelpTeam yet again I have no Internet!! Its been intermittent all week on and off and continues to disrupt. I need access to the Internet I home educate my child. My eldest daughter's job is online. I've been a customer for over 20 years and this is awful service.

    @SkySports the editing of the golf is awful the score is updated in the bottom right hand corner before we see the putt

    @GaelleRTW @SkyHelpTeam I’m seeing lots of people that it is Sky’s DNS servers - and if you can work out how to change your DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 you will bypass Sky’s DNS servers and bypass the issue

    @SkyHelpTeam hi sky! Have you got broadband issues in the ME area at all? It’s being VERY temperamental and keeps cutting out. Not ideal when working from hone :(

    @SkyUK absoloutly disgusting service. Previous customer explained all i needed was to be reconnected. My phone line is a mess wires hanging out my wall with a socket half broken no broadband no phone and no TV AN JUST BEEN LEFT WTF!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, please can you tell me why on my Sky Q box I can’t watch ‘Flight Attendant’ in SD? I know I don’t have the package to watch in HD but it’s not letting me download to watch in SD? Please help, thank you

    @SkyHelpTeam Why direct me to article about compensation for total loss of service when I’ve said many times it’s an intermittent problem? I need to be able to rely on broadband which I currently can’t.

    @SkyHelpTeam I refuse to wait until the 11th jan for someone else to tell me they probably can't fix it! Its not on especially because I will be paying full cost of bill!! Sorry but us long term customers do not get looked after

    @SkySports Rival fans adding to an already long list of excuses over the last six months need to remember that when Liverpool inevitably ends up in Tier 4 sometime soon, their Cities will probably be coming out of it. Its nothing to do with the football authorities, and Boris won't help LFC

    @SkyHelpTeam So been messed around by sky since the black friday deals. Upgraded but cancelled sports and cinema as didnt need it. Low and behold they cancelled kids..ive been on the phone numerous times to sort kids out so i dont lose service and guess what ive got to ring again

At each floor event a pro gets two passes so that’s at least 384 people at an event plus event staff and hospitality with 16 boards in a sports hall a quarter size of AP
