    @SkyHelpTeam That they would (for the fifth time) escalate my lack of receipt of my incentive from MARCH, and that my activation and installations were set for Monday and Tuesday. I did AT no point express a desire to terminate - I’m taking Sky with me (at least I was hoping to before this).

    So I pay monthly for @SkySports to watch football. But you've decided to thats not good enough and elevated #ARSLEI to "Box Office" and £15 absolute liberty. Using the pandemic for slow creep towards pay per view. You can stick it.

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to book an engineer visit, online booking not working... now on hold on the phone for 20 minutes. Appalling customer service. Not had access to Sky HD channels for months now. No resolution in sight as can't get to speak to anyone.

    @SkyHelpTeam but then didn’t. It comes back it disappears. The call centre is saying everyone must call in but can’t get through. Clearly a wider issue although your online checks that we have to do say not. Can you investigate please?

    @SkyHelpTeam A large number of customers in the SE23 area are having significant issues with broadband (as demonstrated by the comments on our forum)- of the one who managed to actually speak to someone they were told an open reach engineer come out to check the local box 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

    @SkyHelpTeam It says there is no know problem in the area but it can’t connect to the hub (which isn’t surprising as that’s the issue I have and the reason I’m checking over my O2 data). FYI Two green lights on hub. Internet light intermittently off or flashing orange.

    @SarahPayne123 @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sarah, I've had exactly the same problem - started yesterday afternoon too and completly pants today, I've reported it and am getting an engeineer out tomorrow afternoon. It may be a new hub needed (it's only been in three weeks)

    @SkyUK this is the 12th day I am without broadband and despite calling your technical department daily and emailing Customer Services no one seems to be able to tell me when the issue will be resolved and and are pushing the blame on Openreach. Absolutely appalling!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m still having an outage at M28 3.., not had internet or landline for one week today, zero information from SKY, I contacted Openreach and they were far more helpful, all I get from sky is try this link ….., .
