Ordered a home move from you on the 19th Dec, booked to come out on the 17th Jan, turns up & says it’s a two man job and will have to be rebooked, we now have to wait till 30th Jan. Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.
