@SkyHelpTeam as usual my Internet is not working. This has been going off 2 to 4 times a day since the big issue in September. No, it's not my broadband, its affecting loads of people across the country. It's a disgusting service considering I've been a customer for over 22 yrs

@SkyHelpTeam yet again I have no Internet!! Its been intermittent all week on and off and continues to disrupt. I need access to the Internet I home educate my child. My eldest daughter's job is online. I've been a customer for over 20 years and this is awful service.

@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@WeAreOpenreach @SkyUK Just cancelled my Sky broadband and phone set up after 3 missed appointments. The Worst customer service I have ever received. Missed a day and a half unpaid from both these appallingly companies. I wouldn't trust them with a glass of water.
