    @SkyHelpTeam I need my Internet connection as I home educate and have done this for 5years but my connection is so intermittent or goes off for hours. My adult daughter works from home tutoring students and again she ends up losing money because of out broadband service from Sky

    @SkyHelpTeam to continue. My daughter is losing her income because the Internet is so terrible. So far today, it's gone off 6 times at 5 to 10 minutes a time. This is rubbish!! It happens daily and probably will be about 30 times by tonight!

    @OpenreachHelp Tried @SkyUK Absolutely hopeless. All automated. Can only book new engineer appointments. How can I find out what's going on with repair to my supply? Not been given any case number. Only a voicemail from yesterday's engineer stating problem found. Please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam also I'd like to add my set up hasn't changed and there's no issues here. If there was it would be constantly off. I am also aware, that it's not just me but it's hundreds of sky customers affected by this daily.

    Morning @SkyHelpTeam can you give me an update on repair of my landline and broadband supply. @OpenreachHelp engineer came yesterday and located problem underground on road outside. I have been given no case number or other contact details. Thank you.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, any issues reported with broadband in ME2 are of Kent please ? Had issues with dropping out constantly for the last 2 days. Website service checker says no issues with service/devices or router ? Thanks

    Dear @SkyUK I don't want to get a whole new TV, that's simply wasteful. Just give us the simple option of having your product without needing a dish so I can benefit from your service in my block of flats. #MadeOfMagic

    "It can't get any lower for Man Utd, but it has" say all the pundits on Sky. I take issue with this as this shows a total lack of respect for Brentford, saying that they are the lowest of low. The Bees were absolutely awesome today. #BREMUN #SkySports #PremierLeague

    @SkyHelpTeam the service needs much improvement including ways to contact you. My service drops out a great deal daily. I'd hate to count how many times axweek this is. I'm wondering if you will compensate us for my daughter not being able to tutor her students.

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't contact you often but we have been putting up with a terrible internet service for over a year now and ive been with sky over 21 years. I'm quite easy going but this is beyond the joke.

    @skysports I read Dermot Gallaghers #refwatch report re the Martinelli red. The first incident occurred prior to the ball being in play and the player tried but failed to stop a quick throw in. If he had succeeded then it should be a card but an advantage remained so no yellow

    @SkyHelpTeam how can my mum get through to a person to book an engineer? She getting automatic message to use web or mobile but she has neither of those and can't get through to a person who can help

    @SkyHelpTeam I think the communication breakdown is between Sky and Openreach. Been without Broadband and Talk since 1am Tuesday morning and still nobody can tell me why and when it'll be fixed. Sky say its Openreach and Openreach day there isn't a problem. In the meantime I still can't WFH

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam - Having a dreadful experience with Sky contract renewals at present and getting absolutely nowhere with Customer Services. Appalling. Have been overcharged on my bill and not given the deal reflected as advertised. Then charged multiple admin fee's. #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam There’s been a breakdown in communication between me and Sky...asked to renew Sports and Cinema due to a £20 rise incoming and been quoted two different prices and worst of all asked to pay a £20 admin fee to keep a service I already have.

    @Paddy33Singh @SkySports We seem to agree with each other. I have zero issue with people kneeling, laying down or streaking naked except for a sprig of holly. My issue is people like this player insinuating that if you disagree with him then you are the problem. It is the total opposite.

    @SkyUK I've been without Sky Fibre Broadband since 1am on Tuesday morning and I want to know when I'm going to be reconnected. @SkyHelpTeam have been unable to help. They blame Openreach for the problem but I am your customer not theirs. How can I escalate this #fuckedoff
