    Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam and, the support (once you finally get through!) as always was very good. But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

    “Sorry, we’re going to have to let you go. Your CSAT score is only 8.21 out of 10 on 5848 customer survey scores received. As a result you’re not entitled to any redundancy. “ The potential skewing of 0-8 = Bad and 9-10 = Good, boggles the mind! This needs changing @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkySports @MARTIN_THFC If I were a ref I’d expect to be hated by both sets of fans at some point for either making or to be perceived to have made a bad decision they are paid for what they do they must realise how fans feel about them rightly or wrongly another waste of time I shan’t be taking part

    @virginmedia Yes already done that. We have 2 issues, 1. The incoming speed is 119mbps (paying for 500) and 2. WiFi speeds are significantly reduced. Do I need to be considering @SkyUK??

    @FezphotoMike @KirstyW57618554 @SkySports I'm not saying all parents and coaches abuse refs some are nice and you can have a laugh with but in some cases I've seen it happen even u15s level parent abusing me and all we can do is report it. Adult football especially males is worst as players think its ok to abuse refs
