    @SkyHelpTeam Your website still says ‘couple of hours’ A more accurate time frame is needed for people to plan their lives. Working from home is an issue with no internet. The communication from your end has been very poor. Are we talking months here ? Weeks ?

    @SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

    @SkyHelpTeam I would have been happy if the website had advised me to call tomorrow mentioning the working hours.Instead it just gives the number &we end up calling. & this is not abt customer service not being available, but I tagged you to help for the connection issue. This is troubling

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, they keep telling me everything is fine...that does nothing help me! I’m lucky if my “Super Fast Fiber” holds for an hour....working from home is impossible, even my young son can’t get connection to play a game on his phone!
