@SkyHelpTeam Your website says £8 per day for loss of service if the fault is not fixed after the 2nd working day it was reported. It was reported on Thursday and fixed yesterday. That’s not £5 is it.

My @SkyUK fibre is cutting out 20+ times a day since lockdown ended (was fine during) and the website helpfully tells me not to call them at this time and to use their “help guides” online. I don’t need a help guide. I need the service I pay a lot for to actually be functional.

Trying to speak to someone at @SkyUK (@SkyHelpTeam) about my contract is proving absolutely impossible. Every number I call says I to hang up and follow advice in a text... but I haven't got a text! Perhaps I will just cancel and go with someone else because this is ridiculous.
