The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

I took a day off work and now @RoyalMailHelp are saying it’s in transit somewhere and will turn up whenever, if it does turn up that is. I’m working the rest of the week. Appalling service.

We’ve never not paid a bill and are supposedly VIP customer. I am shielding at the moment & now have no landline.

Tried to call customer service and i find it funny your standard message on broadband states issues in my area yet you dont ask who or where I am...hence me seeking clarification.

We were supposed to have Sky Q installed 4 June but we cancelled because baby blackbirds were behind dish. Rescheduled for 16 June and checked we wouldn’t be cut off. Support say we won’t have option until 16 June ! 😡

I ended up emailing the CEO email address which got me on the complaint pathway 2resolution

My TV bill goes out on 26th each month but just had a text to say my first mobile bill will come out on June 16th. Is there any way to combine these so they both come out on the same day please?
