    @SkyHelpTeam Hi dunno if you can help! For the last two or three days my Q box tries to do an update in the early hours but seems to get stuck leaving no option but to unplug! I’ve tried a software update but that didn’t help! Any ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

    @SkyUK we have been a customer of yours for 5 months, upgraded our internet with you, got a mesh system, yet we still have WiFi issues. We have spent an hour a week (20+ hours) with your Customer Service team doing resets. I need WiFi for work! What can you do as this can’t go on

    @SkyUK Any help? It's been like this for about 2 weeks now. Any time someone dares to look at using the Internet (which we need to do to work) the Internet drops and we have to reconnect it at least 4 times a day.

    @SkyHelpTeam This has not resolved it, it’s not recognising our original sky id? My husband wanted to check data on a mobile contract we have and when going on the sky page to log in, it requested we logged in with another email and not a sky one? Now we cannot change it back! Help
