@SkyHelpTeam My SkyQ box doesn’t work on live sport channels. It says no satellite signal, but is working on all other channels including non live sports events. There’s no issue with weather or line of site, and the box settings are telling me the signal ok

@SkySportsPL @SkySports Problem was the Leeds double substitution. Costa was awful. Alioski should have stayed on longer, then he should have used Hernandez. Roberts never looks likely to score. I prefer Bamford stays on at least he defends & holds ball up better than Roberts. Leeds poor esp Cooper.

Since the last engineer visit on Monday, I've been told the @SkyUK network team are looking into it. On Monday, Wednesday and today Sky have said there'll be a resolution in a couple of days. 🤷 How many more 'couple of days' are needed until I get service again?
