Very condescending and when I told him not to be do rude he did not speak again. With that I hung up. Appears to me to be a spam call?

The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia
