@SkyUK Why am I still waiting an hour after Kieran in your technical team promised to call me to assist with my broadband - and this was in response to a complaint !!! Very pee-poor customer service which you wouldn't get with a competitor !!!! Swift action now required please !

So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

@SkyHelpTeam Constant issue. All other apps work. Both mine and my wife’s iPads same issues. SkyGo hardly works anywhere, SkyQ a disaster.

@Alek_pl @SkySports Our new owners are going to be a consortium consisting of Amanda Staveley and the Reuben brothers being funded by the PIF of Saudi Arabia. If you have a problem with this takeover then you should have a look at all the major brands and companies the PIF have also invested in.
