My @SkyUK fibre is cutting out 20+ times a day since lockdown ended (was fine during) and the website helpfully tells me not to call them at this time and to use their “help guides” online. I don’t need a help guide. I need the service I pay a lot for to actually be functional.

@SkyHelpTeam I have an issue with my mums sky broadband and talk. Her broadband is working fine and she can dial out on her phone no issues. However she's not receiving calls from anyone other than my sky mobile number. Also your records show her broadband & talk as not activated

@SkyHelpTeam Our broadband is appalling. It cuts out and requires sign in and this often doesn't work. Engineer has been...30mins on the phone making changes. Still just drops off. It is terrible. We must change provider. #skybroadband
