    @SkyHelpTeam Paying for Sky Cinema, on demand movies not working, was told to turn my box off and on and now being ignored! Unbelievable, pathetic customer service!

    Fair ******* play @SkySports - never again will a build up to a match ignore 21 of the others players on the pitch. Amazed they even put out team on the screen before it started...

    Think @SkySports are lucky they’ve got ex Man Utd and Liverpool players being pundits on Live games. As they’ve literally got **** all else. Imagine how boring post game talk would be if it was anyone other than Souness/Carragher v Keane/Neville l.

    @SkyUK once again you fail to turn up to install . I upgraded to SKY Q on September 27th and you have failed to turn up on the 2 appointments. Dreadful customer service once again

    @SkySports @UEFA @FootballAssoc @premierleague @BBCSport @EFL Cancel all cups; FA, champions and Europa league! Postpone all games until May then play league games only Saturday and Wednesday. Behind closed doors if necessary. Season could finish a week late. #StaySafe

    @SkyHelpTeam My SkyQ box doesn’t work on live sport channels. It says no satellite signal, but is working on all other channels including non live sports events. There’s no issue with weather or line of site, and the box settings are telling me the signal ok

    @SkySports @SkyUK As I’m self employed please can you “pause” my subscription now. Your contact centre/online is not working so take away my pain & just suspended everyone’s now. Simple but I’m not holding my breath. Oh & @prodnose would like his paused too whilst you’re at it.

    @SkyHelpTeam Your canned response makes no sense when you look at what I said. You have to automatically apply broadband compensation rather than ask the customer to contact you. This is a direct breach of @Ofcom regulations otherwise
