    So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m not happy with the service. I have 2 boosters, a hub and 2 sky boxes yet every night it drops out no we can’t get sky in the bedroom, the WiFi is the worst even tho the hubs recon they are all ok!! And now you want to up my bill!!! Total JOKE!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Having a issue with my broadband.Checked my router,Sky online site & it states I am not getting the best out of my router (orange exclamation mark)I've rearranged my router to a better place & fitted a new filter to phone. Speed is 15mbps & should be 19 Help please!
