@SkyHelpTeam My SkyQ box doesn’t work on live sport channels. It says no satellite signal, but is working on all other channels including non live sports events. There’s no issue with weather or line of site, and the box settings are telling me the signal ok

@SkyHelpTeam Morning.. Would like to know the latest on UHD and subtitles. "Brand New Fear Index" Great picture and sound, but STILL NO Subs unlike 4k netflix & prime. Expect it would be best the service (probably) if you could charge for it.
