So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

@wright010619 @SkyHelpTeam Reading sky forums offering various troubleshooting Mark. One offering is (if you have not already tried it) power everything down. Remove the sky q power cable wait 30 seconds and plug back in and power up. Power cycle, this often works with Broadband issues

Sky Glass fitted last week. Since then, the colour has been awful, if you don't select 'vivid' it looks dull. The voice-commands have been intermittent - you have to switch it off-and-on-again to rectify.. And now the remote has died. Not the best start haha @skytv @SkyHelpTeam
