For the last two or three days my Q box tries to do an update in the early hours but seems to get stuck leaving no option but to unplug! I’ve tried a software update but that didn’t help! Any ideas?

No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

PS (@steeleyp_) reported@woddle1000 @SkyHelpTeam So then put it all in an email. If you’re wanting to make a complaint, you have to follow their complaint process or it won’t be dealt with. Also useful if you do happen to have basis - you wouldn’t be able to refer to the ombudsman if you fail to follow the process.
