Been told early next week but have no faith in this as been waiting far too long

I took a day off work and now @RoyalMailHelp are saying it’s in transit somewhere and will turn up whenever, if it does turn up that is. I’m working the rest of the week. Appalling service.

We’ve never not paid a bill and are supposedly VIP customer. I am shielding at the moment & now have no landline.
