@SkyHelpTeam My SkyQ box doesn’t work on live sport channels. It says no satellite signal, but is working on all other channels including non live sports events. There’s no issue with weather or line of site, and the box settings are telling me the signal ok

@SkyHelpTeam disappointed with communication re local outage. No internet since last night and no explanation of the cause or timeframe for repair on your website just generic text which is unhelpful. I don’t know whether to expect internet back in one hour or one week!
