@SkyHelpTeam we want to change our address on our account (we moved 5 years ago) as you have it incorrect despite sending out an engineer when we moved. Please help as your automated phone service is useless and apparently all ‘real’ people are currently furloughed!!!

My @SkyUK fibre is cutting out 20+ times a day since lockdown ended (was fine during) and the website helpfully tells me not to call them at this time and to use their “help guides” online. I don’t need a help guide. I need the service I pay a lot for to actually be functional.

@SkyHelpTeam I have an issue with my mums sky broadband and talk. Her broadband is working fine and she can dial out on her phone no issues. However she's not receiving calls from anyone other than my sky mobile number. Also your records show her broadband & talk as not activated

Not one to usually complain but @SkyUK your mobile & customer service is appalling. Got a new phone with you in January and have had no end of issues. I have been on the phone to 5 different agents today to resolve and they are clueless and made it worse!! can’t wait to get out!!
