So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

go to the @discoveryplus website to cancel the subscription and they tell me to cancel it via @SkyHelpTeam go to #sky and they tell me to cancel via discovery+ website. Why do we always get the runaround when we need to cancel FFS
