We’ve never not paid a bill and are supposedly VIP customer. I am shielding at the moment & now have no landline.

Been told early next week but have no faith in this as been waiting far too long

No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

I don’t need a help guide. I need the service I pay a lot for to actually be functional.
