@SkyHelpTeam My SkyQ box doesn’t work on live sport channels. It says no satellite signal, but is working on all other channels including non live sports events. There’s no issue with weather or line of site, and the box settings are telling me the signal ok

@SkyHelpTeam I think Sky should be a little more transparent with the offering and say that you are covered to some extent by your contract so it’s just about accidental damage and not equipment failures. Valid point ?
