    @SkyHelpTeam Guys, I have signed up for broadband at my new home after not being with sky, but the login keeps bringing up my old account information which has closed. Can someone rectify as I can’t see my bills and my information about my address has changed.

    Betweeen them @SkyUK and @WeAreOpenreach have disconnected our phone line, without telling us or warning us We have lost our number which we’ve had for 35 years. We’ve never not paid a bill and are supposedly VIP customer. I am shielding at the moment & now have no landline.

    Basic Tv package £28 Landline & very slow broadband £38 £66 a month I don't even use the landline!! Think its time to think about migrating from @SkyHelpTeam #Overpriced

    @SkyHelpTeam now on day 3 of no broadband and just been advised that no idea of fix time! Plus no comp or refund for no service for last three days as its an outage not unique to our property. That's disgusting and really poor customer care.

    Hey @SkyUK, my remote has stopped working on my brand new Sky Stream and we’re being told that there’s no way the remote can be replaced as there’s a known technical issue…… I can’t access my subscription!

    @SkyHelpTeam I really want to give back my sky glass - it is useless! It’s not getting any better. Now it keeps going black and turning off!! I don’t want to keep fixing/rebooting I want you to have it back, fix it and then when it’s actually ready for use give it back!

    @Bobcat2010 @SkyHelpTeam Same problem here but finally managed to do it an hour ago. Click start again, on left hand side account menu, select mobile then sim activation. Keep repeating until it asks if you want to set a spend cap and it’ll work.
