@SkyHelpTeam hi, am a New customer, placed an order for sky tv few days ago. An engineer is supposed to come today to give the new connection. Am waiting... no email or call or text about the time of visit. Called few different numbers but no response 😕

@SkyHelpTeam Hi dunno if you can help! For the last two or three days my Q box tries to do an update in the early hours but seems to get stuck leaving no option but to unplug! I’ve tried a software update but that didn’t help! Any ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

@ianmhowarth @SkyHelpTeam When your contract is up, if you say you are leaving they basically give you the whole package for nothing if you are persistent in leaving. If the person you are talking to isnt playing ball hang up and phone again and speak with someone else.
