Been told early next week but have no faith in this as been waiting far too long

We’ve never not paid a bill and are supposedly VIP customer. I am shielding at the moment & now have no landline.

The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia
