    @SkyHelpTeam Sky tech team came out Monday checked all in house equipment and passed it over to open reach/ open reach came out today and still being advised damage to by hub. Been told early best week but have no faith in this as been waiting far too long

    @SkyHelpTeam hi team, I had a load of issues over a year ago with latest sky q boxes and Bt Wi-Fi mesh discs - boxes kept freezing and getting overly warm. I had to cancel membership. Has this issue been resolved yet?

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam new customers get the same package as me for £33 per month. £15 per month cheaper than what I'm paying. What happens if I cancel today and re-join with a different number, email and debit card tomorrow? Will I get the discount? Thanks. @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam contract coming to an end so I phoned upgrade and told to ring customer service so I did and they told me to look on line for an offer and ring them back… so your customer service is for the customer to do it themselves …. I’m sure BT or Virgin will help me

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there any issues with the “info” button not working on Sky+ at the moment?? Because it isn’t for me?? And the remote/button is working fine, because the light on the front of the sky box flashes when pressed. But no information comes up on screen? Thanks
