@SkyHelpTeam HI there my issue was fixed but it's very unusual that sky don't have a default sim pin which means the user has to block the sim enter the puk code then enter a new sim pin. Ur web site also gives out the default sim pin on sky mobile Sims which is a security risk

Find it odd that since upgrading our broadband (Superfast) with Sky it's gotten worse. Slower speeds than we were previously getting (35mb which it never hits, line is capable of 56mb, confirmed by OpenReach), and WiFi signal is dire @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, did the test again, i get no number. It says everything is fine, but my download speed is currently 20mb, we constantly get buffering and disconnects, which i never previously had. I have changed router channel in the hope it improves, but nothing yet.
