    @SkyHelpTeam An approximate 45 minute wait is not acceptable to cancel a part of my package when the customer should be able to cancel with one click online. Am guessing it’s because your call handler has a script to follow to try to persuade us not to drop sports pack (2/2)

    @SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

If a player wants to leave that desperately to force it during a pandemic let them. Clubs’ seasons should not be debated cause some entitled players have cold feet.

Literally mid table and even I think the season should resume - I’ve paid into this season, traveled away, I haven’t for next. 19/20 deserves a conclusion.

    @SkyHelpTeam The fault started Wednesday last week when I assumed it was a box issue, despite trouble shooting with an adviser this failed too work and adviser said would be better too upgrade (as a 10year customer we had a special offer)
