Thanks @SkyHelpTeam for wasting an hour of my life for nothing. I was called months back asking how happy I was with my services and if I want to and insurance for any of my smart devices. I said no - on the call I made the agent aware that my Internet signal is shocking.

@SkyUK Really disappointing service,I cancelled my tv subscription yesterday and tried to cancel internet.However Sky want to charge me claiming I am in contract. Issue is I moved house but did not extend contract.Whole package taken out at same time so should expire together 1/2
