It’s a regular thing now that @SkyHelpTeam rip me off but I guarantee they’ll never get another penny off me. I’ve been paying full price for @SkySports whilst they’ve been giving it away for free. I don’t think so.

@primevideosport That was rubbish laptop worked then kicked out, TV did not work, iphone could not cast errors, back on laptop message too many devices playing stream (I wish!!) so all in all thanks for the rubbish experience. Leave football to @SkySports or @btsportfootball

@SkyHelpTeam Can you send an engineer to find out why ( everyday) the main Q box loses signal? Seriously every day! It’s taken 3 hours to get this to reconnect. Surely that’s unacceptable ?

@SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

Why won’t you fix my sky box @SkyHelpTeam we pay you a fortune a month and because we ain’t in a high risk group you won’t speak to us! Time and time again we lose signal. This isn’t good enough.

@SkyHelpTeam Internet seems to have gotten better since, but from 9PM last night for a good 3 or so hours, everything was going extremely slow and I could barely watch or tweet anything. My mobile data was affected too. Someone else had a similar issue and they are also with Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam @steampnkpharaoh Received same letter. 5 weeks notice is appalling & letter very unhelpful. No details if Talk Talk and cityfibre are still offering this same service? I read that Sky stopped funding this project after phase 1, which is perhaps why they are no longer able to offer it.

@SkyHelpTeam No action was taken. I was simply told the error was on file as others had experienced a similar problem. First reports of this are in the Sky Community page back in May 2020. It appears no resolution has been found in over a year!
