    Funny how you can do most things with your package on the my sky app but not cancel BT sport! Having to phone up and queue for upto an hour! It's like as if they make it too difficult and you just end up keeping it 🤔 @SkyHelpTeam

    Liverpool the latest city centre where @SkyHelpTeam mobile signal doesn’t work. What a truly awful network. Add to that no signal the entire train journey up from Birmingham and I wonder what I’m paying a tenner for every month. Can’t make calls “sorry bad line I can’t hear you”

    @SkyHelpTeam my friend has just moved house. Sky were scheduled to come yesterday to set up her TV service but they didn’t come and now she has been told they won’t come until 23 December! A very long time to wait and very poor service. What can she do to get connected sooner?
