    @SkySports Dont see a problem playing. I'm still working. At least they're being tested regularly. I've not been tested. Everyone can work except a footballer .

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve already faffed about with that. Moved equipment around, changed broadband channels, unplugged and plugged back in - all of no help! That’s why I checked @WhichUK & tweeted you! I’d call Sky but I think I’d have more chance of winning the @NationalLottery than getting through

    @SkyHelpTeam can’t seem to find any help online, our broadband router is overheating, (one of your engineers informed us of this and did nothing at all about it), and we seem to be getting an average download speed of 9.1mb/s & upload of 1.1mb/s (1/2)

    So according to @SkyUK advisors on the phone, they arent allowed to put phone down on you. Twice now they’ve put the phone down on me. Disgusting. Also my contract is nearing the end and youve put my up by £30. And told me they will see if they’ve any deals. I dont want a deal.

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope it’s not routing packets the line is up. 0 packets in or out over WAN interface. Forget trying to fix it for me. Just report it to your NOC

    @SkyHelpTeam Still no answer when trying to call and still mini box keeps dropping signal. Every device in the house has no problem with Internet only this one so must be something wrong with box

    @SkyHelpTeam Yep. Then I called your guys and he said it was a BT problem if it was just channel 414/BT sports 2. Called BT my a/c is fine and they did some checks and it’s definitely a SKY/satellite problem. What now? I’ve missed an entire half of the game!
