So the sound from our @SkyUK has gone, and after going through about an hours worth of checks(!) been told we have to wait without sound till the 20th June for an engineer 😡 so much for help for key workers

@SkyHelpTeam can’t seem to find any help online, our broadband router is overheating, (one of your engineers informed us of this and did nothing at all about it), and we seem to be getting an average download speed of 9.1mb/s & upload of 1.1mb/s (1/2)

@SkyHelpTeam Bit confused by that… I’m using the sky go login on my laptop via the internet as normal then just connecting it to the tv with a HDMI lead. Surly that’s supported?
