Keep trying to connect to the box which works then immediately disconnects! Have tried turned it off &on! All other devices in household connected!

I appreciate you are trying to help but I shouldn't have to be messing around with menus to access football which I have paid for. If the main event system is not reliable,major football matches should always be on 402/403
