    Hi @SkyHelpTeam - Just received a letter to say my offers are ending soon, but you’ve kindly extended my offer by 15 months. “Your price would normally go up” - indicating no increase. Bad news is - I’ve checked my future bill and they are showing as going up by 25%! Explain?

    Liverpool the latest city centre where @SkyHelpTeam mobile signal doesn’t work. What a truly awful network. Add to that no signal the entire train journey up from Birmingham and I wonder what I’m paying a tenner for every month. Can’t make calls “sorry bad line I can’t hear you”

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, I was running that test repeatedly through yesterday afternoon, evening and night and each time it just told me there is a problem and it’s usually fixed within a few hours. It seemed to take till nearly breakfast time to be up and running again.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my sky is saying no satellite signal. It’s been saying this since Friday morning! I’ve seen saw that there is issues in the M34 area. Is this still the case? If so, when will it be fixed?

    @SkyHelpTeam It's connected to the router via ethernet and I'm consistently getting over 100mb. No other live channel is a problem.
