Sky Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
LW (@Bredebeck) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK I worked with @SkyUK The amount of elderly who never knew they were paying for movies or other services....people who were given Netflix free for 3 months then charged and the elderly never knew. Sky has no moral compass. The agents are on commission too!
-
Crimson King (@ThudVisa) reported@jammierooroo @Nelia23893053 @SkyUK You yourself must be sick in the head spending 1300 quid a year on watching woke/ celebrity/ lefty shite on TV, never mind your MIL. No sympathy whatsoever. £25 a week for **** sake.
-
Jammie Restore (@jammierooroo) reported@Iolanthe2345 @CindyTh3Dog @SkyUK It amazes me, any of us could get hit by a bus tomorrow and the family are left with this horrible situation, it’s 2026 for gods sake, there has to be a better way to deal with the bereaved.
-
Liam 🇮🇪 (@LiamM464) reported@BrianSPotter @jammierooroo @SkyUK get xevatv, the solidest dodgy stick service in the uk
-
Susan Ann Day (@CatwomanDoris) reported@KevinSmith1389 @jammierooroo @SkyUK The last time I spoke to sales and customer services they certainly weren’t British.
-
Iain Morrison (@JessKa73) reported@jammierooroo @timcaulfield @SkyUK Get the call time from your mothers phone. exact time, speak to cancellations department. ask them to flag the call for you and say you want that call listened to. Sky are under obligation to record all calls. If they have broken the rules OFCOM Complaint. Cancel contract...
-
Kevin Med (@KevinMedin18664) reported@Chels_HQ @SkySports Who tf is buying this crap??
-
PorscheTime (@PorscheTime) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK My 77yo MIL was recently scammed out of 75,000 by fraudsters and M&S, MBNA and Santander also loaned her 20,15 and 20k . Problem is she didn’t apply and is a pensioner living alone, half deaf and early stage cognitive decline . The police are looking into the fraud which involved clearing her savings accounts at BoS, opening a Revolut and Kraken crypto account to funnel all the money to from her savings accounts and the loans on top. To say the BoScotland, Revolut , M&S, MBNA and Kraken have been unhelpful is an understatement of enormous proportions. The elderly need better protection from services that insist they hold online accounts. How does anyone lend a 77year old 55,000 in 48 hours with no affordability checks or veracity checks and then only want to talk about paying on time. The elderly are so vulnerable online and none seems to give a monkeys. BoS allowed over 130,000 to flow in and out her bank account over an 8 day period on an account that averaged 280 pounds per month flows over the last 2 years and total balance never changed more than 1-2,000 in that time. M&S will lend online easily but to complain or speak to anyone about you have to write to them and after doing so they refuse to discuss it . The elderly are cannon fodder online.
-
shells (@31Shells) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK I worked for BT retentions briefly, spoke to an elderly widow . BT sales had previously sold her a package, fibre, BT tv, BT sports and a bunch of add ons. she only used her landline, spoke to my manager and got it all cancelled without cost. Poor lady was taken advantage of 100%

Woody223555 (@woody2235554) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK Sky are absolutely atrocious and their customer services are absolutely shocking
