    Email received from @SkyUK this morning advising that they’re not happy with the £92 I pay each month and now want to rip me off by another fiver when not delivering the service I should expect anyway. That’s one customer now going to be getting ready to leave them.

    @SkyHelpTeam Terrible reliability from your broadband. I’ve had more issues in 1 year of Sky than in 5 of BT. Why is Sky Broadband down, again? What are the terms of my contract? Do I get it free for three days down? Because we must be there? Recommend to a friend? No way.
