    @SkyHelpTeam I have an engineer coming out tomorrow after a nightmare day with awful WiFi I shall update after they been but I will warn customers they are dependant on how many devices you have connected which I wasn’t told when I signed up!

    @SkyHelpTeam help please before we go insane 😩 we have Sky Q & trying to download a box set it says we have no internet connection. Keep trying to connect to the box which works then immediately disconnects! Have tried turned it off &on! All other devices in household connected!

    @mark_1367 @SkySports It’ll never happen now. Even more unlikely after the Leicester miracle. Salary and transfer cap is the only way it could ever happen, but as you said the PL, UEFA etc make far too much from the same clubs remaining successful. So they do all the can to keep it that way.

    @SkyHelpTeam I want to rule out whether it’s a router issue. I’ve hard reset and the problem remains. Why won’t sky swap my router while I’m waiting for the open reach appointment? Makes no sense waiting 5 days before even ruling out whether the issue is the hardware

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there....have had Sky installed now for a couple of months, and I’m afraid it’s not really producing the goods. The WiFi upstairs is intermittent, slow and cuts out, but okay downstairs. Not happy, tbh.
