Yes its not half as bad as the US but we'd be daft to think rascim isn't an issue in indusrties here.

@SkyHelpTeam I have my two Sky Yahoo email accounts forwarded to Gmail. Since 8pm yesterday (Fri) I’ve only received 2 of the 60 emails sent to me until it all started working again around 9pm tonight. Was there an issue with Sky Yahoo Mail (they are all visible there) or Gmail?

Hey @SkyHelpTeam trying to downgrade my TV package but hitting a brick wall. No option on the app/website to downgrade even though the help section says there is. Currently been on hold almost an hour. Plenty of options to upgrade but not to downgrade

@SkyHelpTeam An engineer from @OpenreachHelp will be out to fix it on 16th jan. Never happened! Someone will fix it no later than 25th Jan. NEVER HAPPENED! An engineer will be out between 8 and 1 on 30th Jan. NEVER HAPPENED!
