    So it's 2022 & yet @SkyUK & @SkyHelpTeam cannot handle a bit of bad weather, I missed the end of @BlueBloods_CBS here in Liverpool, England because Sky are shite, why do we pay our bills when we are missing the shows we love, their tech is shite & their tech support is even worse

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, I was running that test repeatedly through yesterday afternoon, evening and night and each time it just told me there is a problem and it’s usually fixed within a few hours. It seemed to take till nearly breakfast time to be up and running again.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK so after been a sky customer for 22 years and now a vip diamond customer all you can offer me is £4.50 off my monthly £79.50 bill when a new customer can get my package for £49 per month is a total disgrace. Time to look for another supplier!! Absolute joke

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam - Just received a letter to say my offers are ending soon, but you’ve kindly extended my offer by 15 months. “Your price would normally go up” - indicating no increase. Bad news is - I’ve checked my future bill and they are showing as going up by 25%! Explain?

    @SkyHelpTeam the number 4 button on my SkyQ remote is not working. All other buttons are working fine. I’ve tried resetting box and also reconnecting remote. Problem is not solved. Please send me a replacement remote

    @SkyHelpTeam When I 1st got glass the sound system worked then not sure how many months ago it stopped the sound system cost me £1600 did mention this to u and u and gave u all the information u were looking into it but never got back, if I can't use my own audio then the tv is no good to me.

    @SkyHelpTeam got super fast broadband and we wasn't getting Internet upstairs so they sent me a booster box out said free of charge because we should be getting such speed that we wasn't, just checked me bill and they're charging me for the box and delivery, avoid sky, terrible

    @SkyHelpTeam gonna have to phone sky when I'm off this tv needs replacing to many problems been having trouble switching on had to unplug when I reboot need to reset tv audio no can no longer get audio through sound system and having to keep putting WiFi password in

    @empireofthekop @SkySports 9 first teamers injured. 1 suspended. We expect greater fortunes down the road. But we are drastically deficient in creativity. To really challenge we can’t rely on just Thiago. More creativity needed. Opponents are learning how to negate our high line. Defensive rethink required

    @SkyHelpTeam To have a choice of menus like the old Sky+ or Skyhd ones! My older parents love sky but have problems navigating the SkyQ menus! It would be great to have that option and I’m sure many would benefit

    @SkyUK Sky customer service non exist ….. robot 🤖 answering calls and getting it wrong then cutting you off….. an advert here for 23 and click on link 30 company totally lost its way …… been rung twice offering Sky q and said no twice….. a lost company with customer care

    @SkyHelpTeam My Internet just gone down. I have logged online and it days there's a problem and it will need to be fixed. Tried calling but that is automated and says the same thing. How can I speak to someone o find out what the actual problem is and when it will be fixed?

    @SkyHelpTeam My new years wish is for you to stop changing my VIP status from diamond to gold. It’s happened about 5 times now and I’m sick of having to phone up every 6mths to have it reinstated and go through the rigmarole of explaining it to a customer service representative.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve got sky q and 2 minis,yesterday the main box would not work so I rebooted my internet then the q box but after the blue setup screen I just had a balcony screen,got it working eventually but all the boxes are continuously having to be rebooted due to not conecting to network

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it states that there is an outage in the area but we've been without broadband since Thursday morning last week. Are engineers working on this and will we also receive compensation ?

    @SkyUK Was telling Sky for the last 2 years Internet wasn't fast and not constant connection, dipped to 3.5kbps, £35 for the privilege, told me the fix was to buy sky multiroom!? Cancelled and went to BT, cheaper, faster and better connectivity all over the house
