Helped my nan sort her @SkyUK bill today. really helpful service happy with the outcome... But she's in her 70s and has been allowed to have her bills increase to between 130-160 per month for over 2 years... Surely Safeguarding volunerable customers should stop that happening!?

@SkyHelpTeam Good morning, I have been having issues with my broadband for 3 weeks. Randomly my devices will not connect to the internet. The amber face appears as well as flashing on occasion . Seems to happen on a weekend and in the Evening? Can you help? Thanks

@SkyUK sky are the worst!! They told me to go for full fibre internet. It would easy installation. Their engineer came out told me it’ll need special work. They also cut my copper internet off. I’ve had no internet access for 2+ week and sky keep fobbing me off!
