  @LundJodie @TalkTalk There you go. Cant talk to anyone . Went on the chat with 3 different operators yesterday. They basically blamed me, even though their own speed test said that I was not getting what I'm paying for! Wrong choice of provider . 1 month in they have let me down dramatically!

  @TalkTalk I’ve had issues with rubbish service and on-off WiFi for months now. Moved my router to my hallway with wires trailing around as I was told no one could visit - first lock down. Last two days have been horrendous! Absolute joke

  @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk It's crazy, their message is that they're not running those services because of covid which suggests they haven't managed to make the move to working from home. I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

They said only way is to cancel current broadband only contract, and give me a new broadband only contract, which sounds wrong.   Real world weight, then the fix. SQL injection has powered some of the largest breaches in history. The 2017 Equifax era of breaches, TalkTalk, Heartland Payment Systems: hundreds of millions of records, much of it through injection flaws. It has sat at the top of the OWASP vulnerability lists for two decades. The fixes are well known. For SQLi: parameterized queries, which keep user input permanently separated from database commands. For XSS: input validation and output encoding, so anything a user submits gets treated as text, never as runnable code. Never trust user input. Sanitize and validate everything, every time.

  @alex_weel @TalkTalk I went 2 weeks over Christmas with no wifi and no 4g - nothing. I was never reimbursed by @talktalk for this. I was told my current issue would be fixed by an engineer today.. Apparently are relaying all fibre in the area and didn’t think to notify anyone about it. Shocking

  @TalkTalk I refuse to pay the cancellation fee or call this number. I need an express guarantee that I will not be charged an exorbitant cancellation fee for a service I have not used yet. This is the only action I want from TalkTalk..
