Her internet hasn't been working for a week and we've called the automated line but no one has got back yet. She's in the vulnerable category and we need to get her back online. They text a link so you can report the fault…using the broadband that isn’t working. So, if you’ve no mobile data, it’s perfect: you need the internet to tell them you don’t have the internet.🙄

I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.
