.@TalkTalk your customer service is APPALLING. My 83 yr old dementia patient mother needs live in care - your broadband has been down for months. She has lost capacity to operate her account and you won’t help because we “aren’t account holders”.

@TalkTalk 1.5 hours on the phone to you and still refusing to cancel our contract -£115 last month, £111 this month and no internet/broadband today.. you want MORE money for us to pay for an engineer and us to wait 3 days for them. NO-just cancel it!!!

@TalkTalk Yes but they haven’t actually helped us because you don’t have a policy to help relatives of vulnerable people so we are still stuck. Your staff just asking for account details again which we can’t get because Mum is a dementia sufferer

@TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

@Ry5ter @TalkTalk @Ubiquiti Did you get to the bottom of this? Network sniffer to find any rogue devices, turn off you Ubiquiti to see if it still exists, do talktalk do a rebranded Ubiquiti and you have ended up with the wrong firmware or branding?
