I'm staggered that it has taken 50 hours for it to be made official. How will we be notified when service is restored?

Please advise. Broadband is essential for ppl right now and this is terrible customer service!

Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Their system is not working again, can’t log in and their chat box service and customer response team is hopeless. Need a UK address to send them a complaint. Have you got a contact point?
