@TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

.@TalkTalk your customer service is APPALLING. My 83 yr old dementia patient mother needs live in care - your broadband has been down for months. She has lost capacity to operate her account and you won’t help because we “aren’t account holders”.

@TalkTalk No Internet since 2 pm..3 hours of phone calls,still no Internet,only to state can't get an engineer to look at it.Have to get the case manager to call you within the next 72 hours to decide if Need an engineer. 2nd time in a month this has happened. Worst service ever..explain?

.@TalkTalk I just spoke to someone on 0345 172 0088, and complained at being charged £57 pcm when you are adverting at ~£32. I think I have been overcharged for 5 years now! And I have been a customer for over 10 years.
