    @TalkTalk This isn't good enough! Having an excuse in small print is not a defense against misleading advertising or mis-selling services. I note, also, that you are intending to increase the charge for this service in January by £2 a month as well as hiking your already exorbitant rates.

    Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

    Not one full day of internet for 10 days and no help whatsoever from @TalkTalk , hours wasted on the phone just being left on hold for 40 minutes, partner and I not able to do any work for days... supreme 👍🏼

    @TalkTalk I’ve had issues with rubbish service and on-off WiFi for months now. Moved my router to my hallway with wires trailing around as I was told no one could visit - first lock down. Last two days have been horrendous! Absolute joke

    @TalkTalk Internet in Hackney, London went down at 00:01. Anything to do with the scheduled maintenance mentioned on your website? Several router restarts and nothing. This is a near-daily occurrence. Not workable. Please sort it out.

    Talk talk are ****!! Called to just get a new remote the Chinese were partying in the background and have stall me tv!!!! @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk got no tv no remote!!! Disgusting behaviour not only are we on a lockdown but u guys want to rub it in partying!!! Send me a remote!!

    Anyone thinking of signing up to @TalkTalk fibre broadband, don't bother. They can't provide a service, you will lose your internet for God knows how long (we're looking at over a week), will offer no alternative in the mean time other than suck it up

    @TalkTalk When one decides to leave Talktalk for an already not so good service, the service while waiting for the switch over becomes even more deplorable. The worst ever. Good bye Talktalk. I will never put up with an unacceptable service, never to be returned.

    @TalkTalk I've been erroneously billed for a disconnect, spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue to no avail, SMS service also useless, attempted to make a complaint and was told I'd get a call back, never did, only to receive an email saying you presume I don't need support.

    @TalkTalk Hi everyone. Don't even bother asking for help here. It's a waste of time. I spent 15 mins described my problem in detail (fibre activation delayed for 4 weeks now) and all they did here was to send me a link to the talk talk website...

    Man really disappointed with @TalkTalk customer service to be honest. Getting told conflicting information from their online reps/twitter reps/and face-to-face reps. Just want a straight answer.
