Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! They basically blamed me, even though their own speed test said that I was not getting what I'm paying for! Wrong choice of provider . 1 month in they have let me down dramatically!

They said only way is to cancel current broadband only contract, and give me a new broadband only contract, which sounds wrong. At this rate I shall probably cancel both landline and broadband and use mobile!
