I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. If it doesn't work, they shouldn't take my money. @TalkTalk is a useless outfit too. I was called for months by fake Indian call centres after their data hack. My home internet sucks. @AOL @Ofcom

@TalkTalk Perhaps you can help by getting your CEO office to ring me (as promised!) regarding my complaint that’s been going on for 3.5 months! CEO complaint 1-505-760071-0 [Incident: 181120-001480]. Never met a more incompetent company in all my life.

I have received absolutely abysmal service from @TalkTalk - they installed full fibre on 4/2/22 & it has never worked !! Despite hours of calls, openreach tests, replacement routers & hours of calls. They tell me today my original order was cancelled & I have to re-order!! 🤬😡👎

10 days without internet after moving to fiber from copper with @TalkTalk after 6 hours of calling. 4 BT engineer appointments no updates. STILL no internet. So many promised returned calls and updates that never appear. No answers and no solutions. Do not recommend.

@BrixDez @TalkTalk I know mate!! But that’s part of the problem. I have been with them for years and I am currently using their ADSL router which still works and I need to WFH. You couldn’t make it up. Hopefully someone @TalkTalk will contact me to sort this mess out. I’m fed up of calling them.

@GiselleDrouill2 @TalkTalk I was told (by the CEO complaints department) that staff are not given sufficient training so don’t know how to respond to customer issues. Embarrassing for an organisation of this size
