    @TalkTalk can you explain me why I received a letter from your company telling me that someone had contacted your company telling them that they were moving into my house and wanted to have your broadband etc to no knowledge to me then you contacted my provider to cancel

    @TalkTalk Not really. After waiting weeks to find out talktalk isn’t available in my area after a system error, I now have to wait to cancel my subscription because of yet another system error.

    I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. If it doesn't work, they shouldn't take my money. @TalkTalk is a useless outfit too. I was called for months by fake Indian call centres after their data hack. My home internet sucks. @AOL @Ofcom

    @TalkTalk Yes but they haven’t actually helped us because you don’t have a policy to help relatives of vulnerable people so we are still stuck. Your staff just asking for account details again which we can’t get because Mum is a dementia sufferer

    @TalkTalk 1.5 hours on the phone to you and still refusing to cancel our contract -£115 last month, £111 this month and no internet/broadband today.. you want MORE money for us to pay for an engineer and us to wait 3 days for them. NO-just cancel it!!!

    .@TalkTalk your customer service is APPALLING. My 83 yr old dementia patient mother needs live in care - your broadband has been down for months. She has lost capacity to operate her account and you won’t help because we “aren’t account holders”.

    @TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

    @TalkTalk For past 2 days and still today, getting horrendous intermittent wifi. TV keeps freezing then back on. Laptop keeps freezing. IT IS SO FRUSTRATING. Live in DE23 area. What is going on, more so, can you fix it please??!!!!

    @TalkTalk Iv just spoke to a great lad Bailey at Ur call center in Leicester ! 10 mins on the phone and the lad had all my issues sorted .!!! I spent 45mins on Saturday to a foreign call center and had no help . Bailey needs a pay rise and promotion !!! asap!! let the lad know !!! good job
