    Not one full day of internet for 10 days and no help whatsoever from @TalkTalk , hours wasted on the phone just being left on hold for 40 minutes, partner and I not able to do any work for days... supreme ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

    @TalkTalk My fancy new fibre line stalls every evening without fail at 10.01 pm. Itโ€™s not the end of the world to me but the moaning from the wife is getting a little out of control when Line Dancing with Debbie McGee or whatever **** she watches stalls. Please help!

    @sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Apparently BBC1 The One Show like to know if these things as does the Times and Daily Mail. Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (ยฃ31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

    Spent 3 hrs 20 mins trying to resolve an issue with @TalkTalk Received a router that was clearly faulty, damaged and previously used. Trying to charge me. Multiple transfers btw teams, full diagnostics completed, photos provided, still no resolution. Absolute Joke. @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk I refuse to pay the cancellation fee or call this number. I need an express guarantee that I will not be charged an exorbitant cancellation fee for a service I have not used yet. This is the only action I want from TalkTalk..

    @tesssummers98 I've just spent over 4 hours talking with a TalkTalk chatbot. Eventually managed to resolve my issue by cancelling the service. If I'd spoken to an actual person the problem would have been solved in two minutes. It's absurd.

    @TalkTalk Way way too late for that!! You should have helped every time I raised my lack of good connection and then perhaps when you lost mt service completely but claimed it was fixed!!
