    He claimed 2 b from #talktalk proceeded 2 ask me install "teamviewer" obviously so i cld and him control of my device. Whn i refused 2 cooperate he began 2 verbally & racially abuse me. He clearly knew i ws customer 01273 404068 that ws his number i will be report 2 @metpoliceuk

    @TalkTalk Yes and i emailed and contacted you online no has called me to date. Recieved call today from some indians someone called "paul" no idea what he was saying but began to verbally abuse clearly knew i was a talk talk customer.

    @TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup hello, can someone help! Broadband still not working after 2 very long hours yesterday evening on phone to customer services, was told it would be fixed by midnight! Letter sent to customers with wrong info and no customer comms. Very dissatisfied

    @TalkTalk Have odd problem with Broadband last 3 weeks or so. BB seems to be connected to Spain; spanish language Spotify ads, spanish search results, YouTube-[es] not [uk], spanish language options in Google, etc. Affects Wi-Fi and Ethernet.

    @TalkTalk On the 28 December 2022 I sat home all morning waiting for Talk Talk to upgrade my Broadband to full Fibre, The engineers never showed up, they are called City Fibre, I contacted Talk Talk who said they would look into why they had not turned up, and still contact or apology
