    Talk talk are ****!! Called to just get a new remote the Chinese were partying in the background and have stall me tv!!!! @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk got no tv no remote!!! Disgusting behaviour not only are we on a lockdown but u guys want to rub it in partying!!! Send me a remote!!

    @TalkTalk I’ve been with you over 5 years and to be honest I’m shocked at the service to a loyal customer. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more

    I feel completely let down by @TalkTalk & @OpenreachHelp. 16 Days without Internet. Three engineer visits & a new route & still nothing. I really do feel sorry for the Customer Service guys who just aren't able to help, but I have been fobbed off enough. It has been appalling!!!
