    @virginmedia my grandads phone hasn’t worked in a week! He doesn’t have any of his phone numbers, so can’t contact anyone other than me! I don’t live close so can’t help him!He’s 78 with no phone and you told him I don’t know when it’ll be fixed! Terrible service!

    Whole experience with @virginmedia has been awful - from getting the account I was paying transferred it to my name when my ex left, through the actual quality of broadband to customer service. If you are thinking of changing supplier avoid them like the plague

    @virginmedia @GadgetsBoy No ISP has broken down more then Virgin Media in the last 24 months and it keeps getting worse. So glad I left them a year ago and so happy with BT. I would rather have less speed and more consistency. Talk about deliverence and QOS.

    Hi @virginmedia. Day 2 without internet now and just called your customer services number again. Your automated service previously gave times as to when you expected the issue to be resolved but now it just says ‘soon’ when you call the number. I can’t work without internet 😕
