    @virginmedia why call me twice today, tell me I am a valued customer (22 yrs) and offer me a broadband speed not yet available in my area!! Once again a waste of my time and yours. I would feel more valued if you call and offer me a small saving on my monthly bill! 🤔

    @virginmedia Hi, we are having issues connecting to the wifi throughout the house. The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.

    Shocking customer service from @virginmedia this week for mobile account setup for my son. Didn’t port his number over on Monday as promised & then agent hung up on me when I rang today to complain. I wasn’t abusive and I didn’t shout, but I do expect my complaint to be taken

    With public service cuts, why do we year upon year pay more Council Tax for less service? Virgin Media put their prices, but do not reduce my service - If they did I'd cancel the service. We are legally obliged to pay more for less - go figure 🤷

    @virginmedia @YodelOnline shocking service. Supposed to have a delivery today. Apparently its on its way back to the sender. Yet no one has attempted to deliver, no cards left or nothing. Had no updates. Customer service are unhelpful. Fuming.

    @virginmedia All browsers, bad request - 400. Login as an existing user and go to add an additional service, asks for post code and throws bad request. Happens on my phone and laptop.
