@virginmedia It says there are no problems in my area!what does it take to actually speak to someone, or get a technician out to check where fault is originating from!it’s absolutely shocking!Ive worked in customer service for a good many years, and never experienced such awful service!

@virginmedia Long story short I was told information that was not correct claimed my money back after being advised to do so the money then has been added back on to my next bill and after endless chats emails complaint forms promises of a call back I’m still waiting to get this resolved

@virginmedia I was advised to apply for the indemnity off a supervisor no one said it would be added on at a later date and the whole reason it happened was because an advisor on the chat told me I would have no charges to pay in feb this is my problem too much Erin info and no one fixing it

@virginmedia YouTube app on V6 box has had playback issues for months. Used to be black screen flashing up for a second at beginning of every video, today it's black screen throughout video and only audio. Not good 🙄

@virginmedia Yes I have had an engineer come and it was a wasted visit because he thought it was a router problem and it wasn't so he booked a technician. A technician visited and said the cable needs to be replaced and another team does this. Now they need to wait for permission to have...

@virginmedia No never anything showing on the service status. I have a hub 3 not a hub 4. This problem has been going on for years. And once another provider becomes available with full fibre in the area I think I will definitely be leaving virgin.

@virginmedia ...to have access to the property downstairs to fix the cable as it goes through their garden and up to my property on the 2nd floor...and now, like I've said I have to wait for the area issue to be resolved also, very frustrating!
