    Got this in email from @virginmedia / O2, "Each year your Airtime Plan will be increased by the Retail Price Index (RPI) rate of inflation announced in February plus 3.9%. If RPI is negative, we’ll only apply the 3.9%." No problem with RPI increase, whats the 3.9% for? #robbery

    @virginmedia The service checker tells me either nothing, or - as in the screenshot - something completely contradictory. There is no way to communicate with anyone and yet, strangely enough, you still charge me for a service which only works intermittently.

    @virginmedia The checks tell me there are issues. regardless I don’t really care about wider issues in my area. I’ve been sent in a loop for the past month and it’s still broken, I’ve been paying for this time and not receiving a service - this is not the first time either @Ofcom

    @virginmedia He treated me like I was stupid. Turned it off and on again and replugged the wires, he replaced the box and left. I mean I am stupid but there really was no need @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Yeah, I’ve already done this. I had a guy sent out to take a look and he just left without fixing it. Mind I can’t use most of these support things cause I was never sent my customer number or contract information. This does also make it so I’m unable to cancel my contract @Ofcom

    @virginmedia It's a joke though, we pay for a service and it doesn't even run properly. I'd love to say it's only a one off scenario, but it's happened more this year than others. I'd swap provider if I could but Sky in this area just doesn't reach the same level as you when working.

    @virginmedia a little unhappy that my Virgin Media services have been down from around 0730 this morning and it shows it's not going to be resolved till tomorrow afternoon. My postcode is TW19 7HY. A little unhappy as we've been unable to use services we pay for due to WiFi.

    @virginmedia Hi. Missed the cricket yesterday cos I couldn't sign into SkySports. Still the same today. Any estimated fix time as I think it might be a national issue and not just me.
