    @virginmedia Our computers have not been able to log in since Friday pm - we have rung the helpline an automated check asked us 15 mins ago to reset the router and wait 10 mins - we have and it’s still not working. Just renewed my contract with you in Thursday and now patchy

    @virginmedia I’ve called twice now to cancel and was very specific the 2nd saying, and then sent me a £5 voucher. So why would I waste my time calling them a 3rd time? Everyone I’ve spoken to has been useless and unhelpful 755136803 Here’s my account number, can you cancel it please

    @virginmedia Nope. No one has contacted me again, which is pretty much what I expected. If you want to come and do the outside work and fit the cables you’re more than welcome to. But my Sky broadband is being installed Wednesday so and I’ve tried to cancel my contract 3 times now so I’m done

    @virginmedia 2. The 2.4ghs remained ok, our internet connection was fine. The intermittent problems are that we have a loss of WiFi connection and/or drop in performance. This seems to only to affect the WiFi devices and not the hardwired devices leading us to believe it’s an issue with the

    @virginmedia My issue has been going on for ages. My WiFi (direct line of sight to the router and in the same room) i often get 30mbps. Trying to force a 1hbps connection through an older home hub is like trying to get a 386 computer to run a modern Blender!

    @virginmedia it’s not just your broadband that is down my mobile internet was down for over 2hours and now I’m not getting my full 4g it’s put me on 3G which doesn’t properly work for connection

    @virginmedia Honestly, the level of service is shocking and you have the nerve to raise prices by almost 26% mid contract. If the service was stellar it would be easier to stomach but you can't even give an ETA on when you expect services to be back up.

    @Red0rDead1988 @virginmedia Yeah it's crazy in this day & age. I work as a GodSam responder, not having mobile or Brandband to call, text or message was extremely problematic. I've even an esim with another company but doesn't work without data or BB. Highlights a big concern of keeping things together.

    @wavemobileuk @virginmedia I shall certainly be leaving. Terrible service. Mine went 1am. I was working. They should be forced to pay us all back a month's subs. No mention on BBC tv through the night. Awful awful awful.
