@virginmedia two attempts to upgrade package online. 1st included emailing confirmation and waiting in for delivery of equipment. Didn’t happen. Also spoken with someone on your chat and after 50 mins they couldn’t find order or offer same upgrade deal. Very poor indeed

So @virginmedia can’t honour the upgrade offer they’ve made and the subsequent order I have placed. So from trying to upgrade to now cancelling our existing package altogether as a result. Poor customer service

@virginmedia turns out speed is not the main thing when choosing a broadband provider it’s WiFi availability. This contract is not working for me, I need a provider who has high WiFi availability in all my rooms, especially if I am within 10 metres of the router

@virginmedia how do I book an engineer to move my hub 3 to another room in my house? I’ve had a new kitchen installed and the hub no longer fits in this space, it’s causing problems with wiring. Webchat does not recognise relocation inside the same property so no use to me.

@virginmedia I have hub 5 but had nothing but problems with it constantly cutting out, then worked great for 4 weeks and now the WiFi is worse than it has ever been. I can't connect unless right next to the hub, so WiFi cameras laptops phone and heating don't work. Please help

@virginmedia I placed an order online for a new fibre broadband on 23rd May and engineer visit was scheduled for 6th June. But I haven't received any communication since then. Upon checking today with your support team I came to know they don't have any order from me. Ridiculous!

@virginmedia what shocking customer service I have experienced this afternoon!! Send me an email saying that my contract will be ending and doubling in price. Spend over an hour trying to get through, speak to the ‘leaving team’ and get offered a deal to stay, he says call back
