@virginmedia I’ve been trying to call the past two evenings to cancel my new package and both evenings I get the message saying that you’re too busy and to call in the morning. Not handy for people working full time! I just wanted to make sure that you don’t charge me for it!

@virginmedia It's for the broadband, we've had issues for the past few days and speeds of <1mbps, the automated hotline said there were intermitent issues and we didn't have a chance to talk to anyone because the hold was too long

So @virginmedia why is the TV guide always wrong, every week I have to rewatch love island (I know it’s crap) on catch up as the guide is never updated if the show is extended. You do not get that with sky! Explanation please

@virginmedia Firstly, I am new to virgin (3 weeks). I have had to call the faults team 3 times and on each occasion 60+ minutes to wait. Having faults is bad enough but to wait over an hour (almost 3 this evening) is not on. My speed is not as advertised / promised. 1/2

Just ended my internet contract with @virginmedia it was very much like communicating with a stroppy teenager. That plus the 48 minute wait on hold doesn’t make me feel like ever returning. Very poor customer service.

Virgin media just rubbish. Just so disappointed in a service that for the past 2 months has been rubbish. Worked all over the house and even in the garden for all the time we have been customers but now only working on one side of the house and not upstairs.

@virginmedia WiFi is really slow in one of the bedrooms upstairs. I’ve spoke to Virgin and they’re adamant everything is fine. My phone wifi connection and PlayStation suggests otherwise! Really disappointed to see no action.

@virginmedia My phone line is down - but it won't let me report it as a fault - only auto book an engineer visit for several days hence. It's clearly a virgin fault as it's dead when you call the line. The 'auto check' service says there's no fault - but that's BS tbh! Help!
