@virginmedia Been on the phone twice today in relation to this. My broadband is now being monitored (apparently) for the next 24 hours. An engineer will then be booked, depending on the results. It’s not good enough when I’ve had nearly as many engineer visits than months using your service!

@virginmedia There were no outages in the area, every time I tried to use the system to fix the problem an error or maintenence page came up. Tried logging into the router to fix and the tools were all broken. Finally an hour later it just came back on by itself.

Virgin Media have been absolutely terrible since we recently joined them in October. Currently have no internet connectivity to the house and there is (apparently) nothing they can do about it until they send out an engineer. Absolutely won’t be recommending them to anyone.

@virginmedia Currently not so bad as of yesterday evening. But as @GGTVBD has stated, quite expecting that to change later today. I have noticed however that at a few points throughout the night it must have dropped again as parts of my cctv recording I've reviewed says 'Poor WiFi connection'

@virginmedia I was moving house they said the bill would be different for the first three months, then back to normal, however apparently I agreed to a new contract @ £14 extra per month, I’d only had my previous contract for 6 months so why would I do this, oh and the house move was cancel

@virginmedia Is there any update on no internet in parts of Belfast still? Your service status says 12pm today it will hopefully be fixed and that's from a outage from 2pm yesterday.
