Once again @virginmedia tried to ring you but your customer care is shocking. I know of over 100 people plus in the Bolton area with continuing pixelating on ur TV Service which means you cannot watch TV! This needs sorting ASAP! Shocking service and unacceptable with what I pay!

@TooToughToDie @virginmedia @richardbranson I've been with virgin since 2016. I got a £36 discount until September 2022 🙄. There discounts don't seem as good these days. They appear to be getting less and less. I'm guessing it's down to inflation and bills they have to pay out 🤔. #virginmedia

How is it that I use my mobile data more to go online because @virginmedia’s internet and customer service is so awful. Including an online chat which was interrupted because he needed to go for his lunch.
